As for the food, OMG! Flavors you recognize but don’t typically prepare, awesome sushi and sashimi. I am partial to simple dishes like a Gilroy roll, California roll and the like. I ordered the half plate of Carnitas Benedict, that came with one poached egg on an English muffin with carnitas, avocado and dice tomatoes, all topped off with their delicious house verde sauce with a bit of cilantro, my choice of side was their hash browns, in my opinion "The Best Hash Browns In Chico" Nash's was just like I remember, really good food with a great staff. My experience here is always top tier, yet no one is perfect and when I had a minuscule issue, the employees collectively resolved the problem with haste and the best customer service I have ever received. Always pleasant and quick. I don’t care if I’m on the other side of town, I will drive here just for the positive experience I consistently receive. Y’all are awesome sauce. Thank you👍👌💯%”

“At first I came to Cafe Maria because of the photos from social media and wanting to support a new small business to Chico. Let me tell you, I will be making this a regular stop. I got the Mexi Mocha, the sourdough toast with hazelnut spread and fruit, and the regular breakfast sandwich with bacon. Whatever sauce the green sauce is… out of this world. It’s so fresh, and the perfect compliment with the sandwich. If I could buy that sauce/salsa by the gallon I would.

Not only was the food amazing, but so were the staff. Although it was past breakfast, they made me the breakfast sandwich anyways because it was slow at the time. Such genuine, kind people that deserve all the hype. I’d rank this spot a 10/10. Such a great addition to Chico.”

“Great start ihop! Friendly hostess greeting, seated right away. Friendly waitress came right away and took my drink order and then my breakfast order.
I ordered the bacon and cheese scramble, it was cooked perfectly and very good, it came with hash browns that were also cooked perfectly and crispy. Servers check on me a few time and I left happy and full.”

“I like this place but can you update your hours? You used to be open by 10AM but I’ve gone a few times between 10-11 and you weren’t open. Love the food and great service other than that!”
