“Loved this place! Top tier chili dogs. The staff was friendly and got us our food pretty quick. It’s a very casual spot and isn’t a sit down restaurant (you order at a window and there’s a small seating area), so is best for a quick lunch or you want a lowkey dinner. It’s an extremely affordable option too.“

“The food is delicious! I had the 1/2 rack of ribs that were fall off the bone delish and my husband had the Prime rib sandwich. Soooo good! (& sorry no time to take photos as we dug in and couldn’t stop! Besides my fingers were full of finger licking good sauce!)“

“Nice little ice cream shop with good selection and generous portions. I thought the single scoop would just be a single scoop but they fill out a decent sized cup. The interior is tiny so can only accommodate one or two groups at a time. The flavors are all delicious. The staff seem very uninterested in their job, not super welcoming nor friendly. They are not rude, just apathetic and bored.“

“We had a great meal at Original Antonio’s while visiting Catalina Island! We tried the white veggie pizza, Margherita pizza, Roasted Turkey Breast sandwich, Philly Cheese Steak, and Roasted Prime Rib Dip & Cheese.

The pizzas were very cheesy with plenty of fresh toppings. The crust was on the softer side with a somewhat thicker dough, so if you prefer a soft, doughier pizza rather than a thin crispy crust, you’ll probably enjoy it. The sandwiches were generously filled and satisfying, especially the Philly Cheese Steak and Prime Rib sandwich.

The only area that could use improvement was ordering over the phone. The lady taking our order didn’t seem familiar with some of the menu items and couldn’t describe what came on a few of them when we asked, which made ordering a little confusing. Better familiarity with the menu would definitely improve the experience.“

“The monte cristo sandwich was really good, very tasty and a decent size. You need to put your name on the list and wait to be called and it can be a long wait. It is a busy place. They should have a text message service to message you when your table is available.“
