“For breakfast, you can choose one porridge + two kinds of food, plus a drink. There are many choices of food combinations, the portions are sufficient, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, the quality of the drinks they provide is really poor. This can be greatly improved. space. In addition, the store is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent, which is worthy of appreciation.“

“This is the spot for pineapple buns! Oh my god! The best in CA in my opinion!!! It had the same texture as the one in NY famous pineapple bun to my opinion! To some it may not be everyone’s favorite but I am in heaven! I’ve been trying to find something like this in years back home in SF and this place killed my cravings!!!
Loved how it’s only a 4 min walk away from home to get this food! The shop was popping! The only downside is some outdoor seating had some puddles after rain so it made it hard for some customers to not want to sit outside but I also understand the servers did their best to provide the best service, they were efficient so that made up the seating condition.
As a first time visit, only ordered chow mein, congee and rice noodle and they were pretty good! Except, the congee was too thick so it made me feel like I was eating a bowl of rice. Would be better if it was water down a bit to make it smoother. Everything else hit 10/10.“

“Thursday morning
I explored a Hong Kong-style restaurant hidden in a corner. The simple and straightforward decoration was my first impression when I first saw it. Scan QRcode to order food also has some modern highlights.
Four dishes to try under the knife
The first course: hometown wontons
The light and delicious taste can be said to be full of surprises on the taste buds and make you salivate with endless aftertaste.
And the second dish: Hong Kong-style radish and beef offal
the moment of chewing
There is a delicious taste on the tip of the tongue, it is really a delicacy that is full of praise and vitality.
The third dish is freshly made beef rice rolls
The smooth and tender rice rolls, paired with the freshness and sweetness of the beef, are simply a delicious treat that "dissolves only in the mouth but not in the hands"
The last classic dish: Pan-fried rice noodles with smooth egg, beef and pineapple
The refreshing pan-fried crispy rice noodles are a creative Chinese pizza crust, combined with a combination of filling elements, creating a "Happy Morning" brunch.“

“This was my first time at Wah Sing Dim Sum. I wanted a quick bite and saw this place had good reviews. And those reviews were right! I'm not a pork eater, so I was a little limited, but the Har Gow, a classic, was spot on! Well seasoned, fresh, good size/portion. The shrimp and chive dumplings, also delicious! I also got the chicken buns and shrimp rice noodle which were delicious. The only thing was the shrimp egg rolls, I think I may have gotten the wrong thing, because they looked to be filled with ground meat (not sure if it was pork) and not shrimp. But I was told they were good too!
They do have a few tables and chairs inside to eat there. But it looked like everyone was getting takeout. You just walk in, fill out a sheet with your order, pay and wait for a very short time for your food. Very quick and easy, no nonsense kinda place. Which I very much appreciated!
I will definitely be back to Wah Sing Dim Sum when I'm in the area. It was great!“

“It's more like a new-style morning tea. The environment is pretty good and the dishes are pretty good. The service is very good. The roasted duck on the copper plate is okay. The skin is thin and crispy. The meat is very tender. The baked rice with seafood is in white sauce and has almost no taste. It's average. The black gold quicksand buns taste like the ones I bought in the supermarket. The mangosteen beef balls are almost as delicious as the barbecued pork rice rolls with mushrooms added in them.“

“A small restaurant in Arcadia and right next to 99 ranch, offering a wide variety of authentic Cantonese dishes! I highly recommend the rice noodle – it's currently my top choice among rice noodles in LA. They offer four sets and only $9.99 lunch specials(and come with 1 free drink) that are fantastic deals for trying more dishes.
Parking: Easy to find a parking during weekday dinner time“

“A new store has opened here! Now it’s Cantonese food + Malatang. The rice rolls look great and taste good. The addition of chopped peanuts is interesting and the portion is not small, but the soy sauce is not very interesting. The spicy hotpot is super delicious, the soup base is very fragrant, and the ingredients are very tasty. I recommend that it be a little spicy.“

“Had breakfast at both their Rowland Heights and Diamond Bar places, and decided to give this place a try
For $11.99, you can get a bowl of porridge, a side dish (fried noodle, or steamed vermicelli), and a coffee or tea.
Porridge tastes great. The fried noodles are not hot enough. When it comes to service, I think the diamond bar place is better.“

“This wonton is probably the best in the Los Angeles area. It tastes really good, but the pork inside is too rough and there are chunks of fat that haven't been shredded. The shrimps are very green, and there are three or four shrimps.
The dry-fried beef he made has a first-class taste, and the pot is strong, but the beef is not very tender without the pulp. Highly recommended place to try.“
“Features: Came to this restaurant yesterday,I lived in Guangzhou for 20 year,Finally find the best rice noodroll in LA,it taste very authentic as the original location in gz.Super delicious rice noodle roll and congee place ?Fresh rice noodle roll, terrific beef, and chili sauce with garlic is impressively fresh (Highly recommend try it with nice noodle if you like spicy)? The congee also quite good, love their preserved egg with pork congee?Definitely love this place and will come back.“

“The taste is authentic and the portion is large. A breakfast is 17 yuan. Such a large set meal makes me full. I am a big eater. I always feel like I am not full every time I go to eat. I saw in the comments that the waiters had bad attitudes. I don’t blame them. Chinese food service is similar to that in Chinese areas. If you are enthusiastic about your customers, low-quality customers will think highly of you and look down on you. They will take themselves seriously. A God who does not treat those who serve Him as human beings. Just now I witnessed an old man with a cane walking in tremblingly. The waitress took the initiative to say hello and asked who he was, but he ignored her at all and walked to his favorite seat. His impoliteness made the waiter very angry early in the morning. His face was filled with displeasure and negative energy. You can imagine how the waiter would treat other customers throughout the rest of the day. The arrogant attitude of customers and harsh tips have caused a unified front in all ordinary restaurants. This is just a low-paying, hard and repetitive job, as long as she can help me order dishes, serve meals and check out in time to complete her job content. Just fine.“

“Went back to the restaurant and the restaurant has been remodelled and looks nice and clean.
They got new menu and new food and I tried the French style fish filet and taste so good with the fish being so fresh and also ordered my go-to food of sweet and sour pork, just like eating at Ongpin and orange chicken, who can say no to this dish. :) so to my Filipino friends, don't miss out this restaurant.“

“Bay Island continues to be a good choice for your Hong Kong Style cafe. With familiar Cantonese dishes, they are still a local favorite as seemingly there is a small resurgence.
Their menu is very complete with noodles, stir fry, clay pots, and some nice traditional entrees. Rice is served plenty without that single bowl service that other restaurants annoying do.
Drinks however are served in plastic disposables, but you can't enforce environmentally friendly practices everywhere.
The service is typical and fast. The value is exceptional along with Cantonese flavors that are not overly seasoned.“

“This is the best rice noodle I have eaten in the United States. The ones in the Bay Area are not as delicious as this one. The crispy skin is super fragrant. The rice noodles are extremely soft but not chewy. The other noodles are either hard or broken. I will go there again before returning to the Bay Area. once“

“This is a small independent shop that only does take out. Nothing fancy.
I came on a Sunday and the parking was packed. There are other shops and a supermarket as well. People do park and go rather quickly, though.
If you spend more than $20, you won't be charged a $1 fee. They only accept mastercard and visa; otherwise, pay cash.
Dim sum items are typically under $5. They sell other items/dishes for more and also specialty drinks.
I ordered $58 worth of dim sum and tried some in the car. I was happy with my order.
If you like cheap and decent dim sum, this place is it. Customers seem to love this place. There was a long line when I was here, and they kept refilling the food trays quickly.“

“We had a large party dining here and they were very accommodating for such a large crowd. The service was fine and the dishes were excellent. Unlike other Chinese food restaurants that taste as though the same sauce is used on all of the dishes, Here the sauces were varied and delicious. The portions were large and everyone enjoyed their meal. I never saw the final bill so I can't comment on bang for your buck.
Will go back again without reservation

“Yumcha is delicious, but the Drunken Chicken is a bit inferior. Maybe American chicken is not delicious! The bean curd beef balls are slightly salty...others are okay! The main hall was almost full at noon on Tuesday, and business was good….
I came here again, half of the roast duck feathers were not plucked, and I gave a big bill but didn't get any change for a long time. Does this mean that the change should be regarded as the entire tip? So disrespectful to the guests!“

“Food is always consistent and they're fairly quick getting parties in and out. The roasted duck is great along with the charbroiled pork. “I usually come here with my family since we have so many people and the tables can seat up to about 10 people which makes it really easy for us. Parking can be a hit or miss depending on the day but usually you'll be able to find parking. The menu is available in Chinese and English and there are also Photos for some dishes making it easy for you to order. The one thing that I love about this restaurant is that they have the lazy Susan and all of the dishes are proportioned to be family style so you don't have to settle on one dish for yourself, but have the opportunity to try a little little bit of everything. The food is extremely fresh, well seasoned and not too salty, and it comes out pretty quickly. We usually like to start out with the fish maw soup and work our ways through entrées like fried rice or the dry chow fun flat noodles. Then we choose a couple of proteins. I will say though the fish that I have here was $150+ so as good as it was I would not recommend it unless you are willing to spend that much. The staff are really quick on their feet and nice!“

“Food: The Vietnamese lemongrass pork chop tastes good. The pan-fried dragonfly is of good quality, but the mushroom sauce is too bland.

“The wonton noodle soup here is the best I’ve ever had and such an amazing value as well. They give you so many wontons (I think I counted 6) and they’re huge, and they also give you so much meat! I did wish I had extra noodle for all the meat and wontons I was given so I’ll definitely be ordering extra next time. One order of this dish was enough for 3 meals for me. I’ll never get wonton noodle soup at a different place again. I also love the packaging they use when you order to-go, it keeps the toppings and noodles separate from the broth and the steam from the broth keeps everything warm. The temperature of the broth was nice and hot as well. Can’t wait to come back!“
