“I had the opportunity to visit this Michelin-starred restaurant specializing in noodles, and I must say that the experience was overall very positive.

The house specialty, the beef noodles, were truly delicious. The meat was incredibly soft and rich, making it the highlight of the meal.

However, I felt that the broth that accompanied the noodles could have had a little more flavor. Although it was clear that a lot of care had gone into its preparation, it seemed a bit neutral to me.

Overall, I give it a rating of 8/10. Although it was not a perfect experience, the quality of the meat and the presentation of the dishes were more than enough to make up for the small deficiencies. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any noodle and beef lover.“

“I like this place. $13.99 per pound of food. You get to choose all your toppings. I recommend going heavy on the meats and light on the carbohydrates. That’ll be the best bang for the buck. They also have frog meat if that’s your lingo. I tried their beef bone broth and I like it a lot. I’d come back again.

The braised beef noodle soup is very sour and salty. There is no beef flavor in the soup. It has a strong sauerkraut flavor and a strong soy sauce flavor and color. It is better to call it hot and sour beef noodles. The beef tastes good and the overall color is dark, very Shandong cuisine style. Buckwheat The noodles were very long and the waiter handed over the scissors in time. The large plate of chicken shaved noodles was bland and tasteless, thick and narrow, and the skill of the knife is hard to describe; but the chili oil was delicious and fragrant, which saved it one star. I came here on the recommendation of Kristy Hang, who posted about it on her instagram. I had the shu mai, har gow, wok fried turnip cake, and a pot of wonderfully perfumed Jasmine tea. The waitress was kind enough to offer me a to-go cup for the remainder of the tea in the pot. I would not have known to ask for it. So I'm grateful to her. There is easy parking in the lot. “Good stuff, lots of variety. Noodles were of course good, I got the tomato and eggs soup because that what my dad always got, and the three topping noodles. No complaints. Green beans were good too. “Good Alley is a welcome addition to the area for authentic dumplings! If you're craving traditional Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), this place is an excellent choice. As someone with high standards for soup dumplings, my all-time favorites are Ma Ma Lu and Thumbling in West Covina. I’d say the soup dumplings here are slightly better than Thumbling's, with fresh, high quality ingredients and a rich, flavorful broth. In addition to the soup dumplings, the Beef Rolls and Sichuan Dan Dan noodles are fantastic and worth trying.

I’m deducting one star for the price-to-portion ratio. The portions are small, and the prices are on the higher side, so you may feel like the value isn't quite there. However, the pricing is still more reasonable than Ding Tai Fung, so it balances out a bit.

Quick tips: This place gets packed during lunch and dinner hours. Use the tablet at the entrance to sign up for a table. Be prepared for a potentially long wait.

We ordered the combo for 4, came with 2 plates of already deboned chicken, 4 bowls of rice and soup stock, 1 plate of stirred fry Shanghai choi and 1 playe of smashed cucumber pickle and small tub of pried peanuts. The chicken was mediocre , the soup stock tastes like warm water which is really puzzling with all the chicken that they served. The 2 dipping sauce were not enough for the entire chciken plates. They charge extra if i you ask for more. Order through the QR code. Doesn’t work when we were there.“

Like everyone says, everything is so good, fresh ingredients and when you eat there, every dish is out with smoke straight from the wok. Seating is limited, so getting to-go is the easier option. “I came to eat at this restaurant today because I saw Taiwanese fried sweet and spicy food.
It is completely imported from Taiwan and is round and sweet and spicy, cut into strips.
It’s not Korean sweet or spicy, nor Japanese sweet or spicy, it’s exactly the taste I want.
Then I suddenly wanted to eat stinky tofu, so I ordered one too
In the end, the kimchi was a little bit too little for me because I really like kimchi.
I asked the boss if I could add $1-2 and then boss, please help me add more kimchi.
He just gave me a lot of kimchi for free.
Then he gave me two donuts
The boss insists that no MSG is added to the soup or noodle soup base.
It is recommended that people who care about health and wellness can come to the boss’s place to eat beef noodles or Vietnamese pho
The boss makes his own Vietnamese Pho soup base without adding any MSG.
I heard that the salty crispy chicken is also delicious. I will try it next time!
