“This place is very close to achieving what it's setting out to do: provide an elegant vegetarian dining experience. I think that might be hard to pull off in a strip mall however. The food and the art are fantastic but the interior design was poorly executed and comes off looking a little cheap. “The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

The crispy mushrooms and lettuce wrap appetizers were really good. Add a pizza, salmon tacos and a mushroom burger, we had a feast!! We’d definitely go back again.“

I was told wait will be 40 minutes, luckily they gave me the small table right away.I got the special Margherita, it was excellent.There are 2 Margheritas, one uses regular mazorella the other one uses fresh buffalo mazorella. “This was my first time at Dante’s and it was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. The food and drinks were amazing and the service was exceptional. My server Kathy was amazing, she had this radiant energy that just brightened up my day. I appreciated her checking in on my table to make sure everything was good while making some good conversation to make sure I enjoyed my experience. If you want to be successful in vegan world, you have to work hard, be a top chef, and be creative in the kitchen.Planta has all that. (Although, I have not been to Italy)I think about that Parmesan creama often lol.But I literally drove an hour to have this pizza.The server was attentive, gave thoughtful (and delicious) recommendations, and made for a great experience.Note: Parking sucks - but where does it not in LA? The extremely thick layer of high quality ricotta has such a delicate sweeness. “I finally made it there after a few months of thinking about it. I met some friends We had the daily special heirloom tomato. Pizza slice. We had the lemon pepper chicken wings. Yum. The Green Monster and the Margarita pizza. I think the heirloom tomato pizza was my favorite today, but they were all really good. And the chicken wings taste like fresh lemon. Next time I go, I am going to get some of that homemade lemonade and try the Mr. Pickles pizza.“

“First time trying this spot out. We picked up since we live a block away walked there and man I am so happy we have a great wood-fired pie in the neighborhood! What a great pizza!! We got the deluxe which for the prize was decently priced. The pizza is wood-fired so the crust was amazing. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were very good and I am so glad that this spot opened up in Burbank since the city is lacking a good pie place. I definitely recommend them and will be back. We never thought we would find better Italian food than we have in our hometown where there are generations of local Italian restaurants, but the food here beats them all ! “The pizza was solid from LaSorted’s. I had the Spicy But Oh So Sweet Boy and added some red onions and bell peppers to it. The dough was crispy and chewy just like it’s supposed to be. I supplemented it with some buffalo wings and the traveling kale salad. The wings were plump and meaty and the salad was fresh and hearty. I also grabbed the Stepfather Hoagie for lunch the next day and while I enjoyed it the bread got pretty hard overnight in the fridge and probably wasn’t a fair representation of the sandwich itself. I’ll have to go back for a do-over on that one. The staff here was pretty friendly too. This place has a great story and is a wonderful small business that you should consider giving a try because I’m confident you won’t be disappointed.“
