“i'm from LA and have been SEARCHING for a gelato shop that makes it the authentic italian way, with no artificial dyes/flavors and the correct texture. i stumbled across this place while in newport with my family and knew i had to try it immediately when i saw the way the gelato is stored (in the steel tins, as opposed to giant mountains like most places in the US). definitely not disappointed. the flavors were done perfectly and not overly sweet, and you could so tell it was natural. i honestly think it's worth the 2 hour drive from LA to come back here🤣 please open a second location“

“Very good yogurt eatery on Pacific Coast Highway. I had their regular cup of peanut butter frozen yogurt and it was great. I’ve gone to another Golden Spoons on La Palma and Imperial in Anaheim which seemed to have more frozen yogurt selections and a greater variety of toppings. This facility had milkshakes and cookie dough as alternate selections.“

“We recently catered sandwich platters for a club meeting and they were delicious! Service was quick and easy, pick up was a breeze, and extra points for the pickles and lollies! Already looking forward to coming back to try something new.“

“I had the black cherry shake one of the best shakes I ever had will definitely recommend it to anyone my girlfriend had the strawberry shake and it didn’t disappoint us they were both good. “This place is tasty. Very sugary sweet treats, but yummy. We ordered one bar and one soft serve type, but the soft serve is a way better base. The girls working the ice cream shop were young, but attentive. But, they had no AC in the shop which was really brutal with our hot summer. I asked one of the girls about the heat and she said the AC broke. But, you're in Laguna Beach, charging top dollar, have a busy flow of people non-stop and have ice cream and workers that need to be supported with cooler conditions. I hope the owners chopse to address the cooling conditions.“
