“The place was packed for lunch on a Tuesday, this fact alone speaks to the quality of the restaurant. The food was excellent and service on point. We had a private room and about 25 guests, yet everything came out together, was hot, and tasted very good.“

So my last review was 3 stars 🌟 because it was not a positive experience, bad service etc... but giving it another chance I've gone back with friends 3-4 times in the past 2 months, had to see if it was a trend in anomaly. I'm happy to say that the service has been great, even greated at the front door, and a thank you on the way out, the food was great, came during Happy Hour and portions are the same, no games! No short order kinda deal, place was packed and food was great! Ill be back for sure and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“This is the best Ruth's Chris in California in my opinion! I have been to many but this one is my favorite. Great service, great drinks and amazing hot food! The manager is awesome make sure he checks on you. Our waiter recommended great appetizers. Overall 10/10 and my kids love their steaks! My favorite dinner place and my favorite drink place. “The meat was delicious. Two meat servings was enough for three people. The staff was attentive from the beginning and cut the meat and cooked it for us very well. Lots of sides were included with the meal including kimchi, cold and hot vegetables, and whole uncooked shrimp. I noticed the meat quality was superior to meat at other KBBQ restaurants. Additionally, the restaurant was very spacious, so it didn’t get too loud and we could hear each other talk.“

While I enjoy most of the entrées on the menu, my favorite is the bone-in filet—super yummy! The owners and staff are always on duty and aim to please, making you feel like family. The ambiance is great too, whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors. For a more intimate setting, sitting indoors is perfect, but if you want to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, the outdoor patio is the way to go.“

“Shabby booths, torn, taped, and dirty. So disappointing how they seat you in the scrappy bar area, but the main dining room is empty. The booths are in much better shape, better ambiance, and clean. Why? What has happened to this place? It's so sad. They also do not have the mud pie or the chocolate cake anymore. Both are still on the menu, but according to our server, the supplier went out of business. They haven't had them for over 4 months. My guess is why would corporate put money into refurbishing the restaurant, updating menus, and their website unless they are planning to shut it down. Our server apologized over and over and don't get me wrong, he was great. This review is directed to management and the corporate management. I hope they get it together.“
