Not only did they offer Vietnamese coffee made from equator coffee, they also offered a variety of matcha for matcha lovers like me. They pretty much have everyone covered. “I had the Jasmine Apple Green Tea and I thought it was tasty. The diced apples was a refreshing experience. My husband got the summer melon drink and didn’t quite enjoy it but the store was accommodating and let him exchange it for something else.

I wanted a drink with boba already included so I ordered the black sugar latte ($5.95 before tax). The drink comes cold and I picked less ice, medium sweet, and in a paper cup (they offer this as the sustainable option). The straw is also compostable commercially so yay! My drink was sweeter than I anticipated, given I ordered medium sweet (which is the less sweet option), but still delicious.

There's minimal interaction with the employees. You order at the self serve kiosk (unless you want to pay in cash. I didn't see a discount mentioned for paying cash) and then they bring out the drinks and call out the name of the order. Also didn't realize that SF has a healthy mandate of 6%, which looks to be separate than the SF city employer mandate of 5%, so my order was applicable for the 6% mandate, but not the 5% mandate.“

They had so many different variations, bases, and flavors to choose from, so you were practically guaranteed exactly what you were looking for! This is also a women-owned and run establishment! So that's just another great reason you should go and support!“

It’s a little on the pricier side but they do oat milk for free, and I don’t mind paying more for a good quality matcha drink, as they can be so hit or miss. “I ordered all the self service kiosk. It got myself a fresh taro mochi milk tea with pearls, less ice, 50% sugar. It was perfect for me not too sweet and not watered down. It took less than 10 minutes for three drinks to come out. While waiting, there is a very cute set up by the front of the store where you could take pictures. They have various snacks at the back of the store available for purchase.“

“I find this to be a consistently good tea drink place. If you order less sweet + less ice it will come out that way. They have a lot of flavor options, from basic to more adventurous. One thing I especially like about the sharetea is they have lychee chunks as an add-in, which I prefer to boba. Note: there is only one large size available, it is ideal for sharing. It's kind of too much for one person.“

“My favorite boba place in SF, been to this store 5+ years. The drinks here are consistently great. The lines can get long, which happens a lot, but I honestly don't mind the wait. My go-to favorites are the strawberry matcha latte and the classic milk tea with boba. You'll notice the service changes a bit since they have a ton of different part-timers, but the taste of the drinks is always solid. Totally recommend it!“

“Glad to find this place. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their offering and even their service. Well I don't really like coffee drinks that have flavorings in them. I was pretty hungry and was almost about to order one when I saw that they had more extensive boba type menu. And I ordered the taro drink which had a combination of fresh taro milk and kind of the artificial taro milk mixture. You can see that they have different layers and it looks pretty nice. I would go back and try the other boba things. The staff were pretty nice and willing to answer my questions about what was in their drinks.“

“Wanted a sweet treat and this adorable place caught our eye. I really only wanted the matcha but their 3 for $11 was tempting so ended up getting three donuts.

Tried the matcha one as I left the shop and it was yummy. I did notice it seems more oily than other mochi donut places and could’ve done without the extra oil. The napkin I was holding was quite soaked by the time I had finished it.

Flavours were great, soft and chewy on the inside, I think it would deserve a 5 star if they could tone down the oil a bit.“

I stopped by Liliko Boba after visiting a friend who lives nearby. It had been a long, busy day, and I was really craving something refreshing — a mix of coffee, tea, and boba. When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind and welcoming woman. I explained that I was in the mood for something unique, and she said, “I’ll make it special for you.”

She crafted a delicious cinnamon coffee-tea blend for me, and I was so excited that I forgot to mention I wanted boba added. When I realized and told her, she didn’t hesitate at all. Even though the drink was already made, she smiled and said, “No problem,” and added the boba right away.

Her friendly attitude and great customer service truly made my day. The drink itself was amazing — flavorful, balanced, and just what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I also ordered there Oolong tea with the cream cheese on the top with Osmanthus jelly as the topping which was tasted so good. Not all ShareTeas are the same, and the owner here is doing everything right. The taste of the tea, ratio of milk, sweetness, boba consistency, etc. is consistently perfect and I’ve yet to find a match anywhere else. My go to order is a classic black milk tea with 50% sugar, normal ice, and boba. Other drinks that are great here are the strawberry ice blended with boba and lychee and 50% sugar, and the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Lychee and 0% sugar (because the fruit juice is already sweet— and it’s real! has seeds in it!). Make no mistake and don’t sleep on this little gem in San Rafael!“

“I go after school most days before walking home or volleyball games and practice, and I get the guava snow with oreo crumble, and it's really good.
The only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 is the prices. Don't get me wrong about the inflation issue, but like some of the prices are unreasonable. They should lower it.
Go here if you have the money but the workers are really nice. Just go to Starbucks, it's more reasonable there.“
