“Just got back from Waikiki. Service was great. Food was o.k. did the chicken katsu, and the 3 meat plate. There was gristle, bone, fat, etc. Zippy's and Rainbow drive in blow this place out of the water (in Waikiki). Those are in and out spots, no gristle, fat you can't chew, bone pieces. Where's the spam? Anyhow, tried it. It's o.k. won't go back. Does not represent the food in waikiki.“

“The most authentic Hawaii experience you can find outside of Hawaii! Not only was the storefront decorated with Hawaii themed memorabilia that made me feel at home but the service and food was A+We ordered two spam musubi ( a Hawaii classic) the Teri Mix Plate and Seafood Mix Plate.First off, everything is made to order NO food is sitting around and the food is FRESH!All the food was excellent and had amazing flavor reminding me of home! The spam musubi and Mac salad were amazing and it felt like I was still in Hawaii!I 1000% recommend this restaurant and you should definitely stop by when coming to Disneyland!P.S. We would have taken pictures but we ate the food too quickly it was that delicious!Thank you again Aunty Cheryl for all the kindness and great service!“

The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through the menu, helping us navigate the variety of proteins and sides for our poke bowls. “Came when it wasn't busy. Shared a large poke bowl between the 2 of us which was plenty of food. We ordered salmon, tuna, albacore, and tempura shrimp as our proteins and liked that they offered seaweed salad, mango, mandarin, tamago, edamame, ginger, smelt egg as toppings.
It was a little warm when we stayed indoors to eat. They also had outdoor seating.“

Reminds me of a NYC Automat only a 21st-century interpretation with self-service menu ordering terminals, no coin or currency, smartphone updates, and access to retrieving your order from numbered/lettered lockers. Very clean, fast service, and no on premises dining. Many restaurants and foods are featured. Location is in a light industrial area and well traveled. I recommend you try this place.“

Place looks good ONLY 1 issue the drink station is bad looks like it has some rust and old dry liquid that escapes from it I think all that rust is in the ice and maybe in the water that mixes with the soda they need to change it or get it maintained as you can see in pictures it’s been like this for a while…“

I weil suggest “easy rice” for less rice and the chicken/spam were cooked/sauced perfectly.I’d definitely come back and try their other menu items.“

“It was good. I really enjoyed my poke bowl, and so did my asian mother who actualy doesn’t enjoy very much of anything not Chinese. My mother was kicking and screaming when I suggested the hanger. She was originally going to go somewhere else but I was very surprised when she brought a poke bowl back to our table. And she liked it. I ate a large, ate a half of a bowl, and brought the rest home. Put it in the fridge and took it out and just ate it and it was good! Some places the rice and other stuff isn’t good quality anymore, but nope this was just dandy. I got the brown rice, the salmon, albacore, spicy tuna, and octopus. I got most of everything. Got the asian sauce and the spicy mayo. I am accustomed to having poke bowls not as often but sometimes. But for my mother who I didn’t think would like it, to like it thats pretty good. It was her first time eating a poke bowl too.“

“First time eating here and we had a positive experience. My husband and kid both had the regular katsu curry plates and I had a regular size Loco moco. They ate their whole plates and I only ate half, trying to save room for ice cream at Afters next door. I would say I enjoyed my plate except for the ground beef patties were tough. I wish they were more tender like burger patties at fast food restaurants, but the gravy was better than all of the other local Hawaiian style restaurants around since it tasted real and not from a can or dry mix taste like other places. The macaroni salad was yummy too. Reasonably priced with generous portions, we would definitely come back to try other menu items!“

“Normally great food/service. Not today. I specifically asked for the sweet/sour sauce for my 6 piece order of Rangoons. What I got 6 packets of hot sauce.
While Normally very clean, I watched as one employee stood on a chair to clean the top of the canned beverage cooler and then stood on a seating bench to clean. She did NOT wipe off the seats she was standing on.“

“I was able to come here twice while on business. I did enjoy all the variety of toppings to the 3 or 5 protein bowl. The rice was great for the foundation.I tried the volcano 2 and spicy mayo combo and couldn't really taste the heat at all. Probably needed more flavoring. A but bland. But the bowl size and portion for 5 protein is good. 15.99. Adding an avocado baby scoop is probably worth it at 1.50 extra to give your bowl extra texture. Enjoyed the bowl. Spice up the sauces.“

“I was famished and tired this day leaving from an oil change I found on Groupon. I’d been waiting on my car service 3 hours so as I finally left I found this place.
The man at the counter was smiling and very welcoming. It brought me a bit of joy. My food was hot and he even asked if I wanted extra sauce (never heard before) . The places that just waste sauces because it’s not their money makes me a BIt bothered But this place seemed to have a well oiled system that included great customer service. “We really enjoy the Loft Hawaiian food. They closed the really big nice one in Torrance and now there are multiple small ones with simple decor. The food is still amazing but the atmosphere is a bit less than the big restaurant was. I recommend everything but my favorite dishes are. Lomi Salmon, spam musubi, island style fried chicken, lau law and of course the kalua pork. It seems like everything comes with rice and macaroni salad. 😋 so good. I don't think you can go wrong here everything is delicious.“
