“We came in an hour or so after they opened on a Friday and there was only one other table occupied.

The food was amazing!!! We ordered the spicy cajun edemame, crispy pork, and tom yum seafood fried rice. All three dishes were wonderfully prepared! Great job to the chefs!

The only thing lacking was the service, but the staff was young, but I would venture to guess that they will learn and the service will get better in time.

We will definitely be returning soon and recommend giving them a try!“

“James is so courteous and went out of his way to provide excellent service to my boyfriend and I on our date night. The dining area is clean and comfortable. Most notably, the broth is prepared for over 10 hours, which makes the pho exceptionally flavorful. This is our new favorite neighborhood spot!“

“I will say.... for simple, straight to the point banh khot.... this place was good. The batter was good, and I liked the ratio of batter to topping. It was not too thick of a banh part. BUT - I will say I've had better banh khots that are a bit heartier and Maybe made with more attention, meaning ones that have the other Toppings on it. I was so surprised when the Shrimp one came out and it was basically just batter and shrimp. So basic. It was good!!! But basic is all. And it matched what we paid for it. So I'm not complaining. I'm just saying that be aware that it's that type of banh khot and not like others in more upscale restaurants. It's 5 stars based on the style of banh khot this place is known for. Service was ok. They were busy. There was a wait. I'd say it matched the ambiance and price point.“

“You cannot tell this is a Vietnamese restaurant by reading its name. And surprisingly it has much better quality than many other places.
Foods were well-seasoned and tasted like some old good restaurants in Vietnam in the 90s. Staffs are really friendly. Highly recommended“

“What a wonderful experience dining here at Moi Cuisine. The food is so delicious. Delectable and colorful. We had five-course dinner but felt like we ate eight courses. Beautiful ambiance, very, and truly enjoyed the good foods and conversations. My friend and I finished a bottle of wine. We left a generous tip to the staff as they worked so hard: constantly moving. “I went here today for a late lunch/early dinner.I was craving banh cuon and I remember an old friend saying this place sold it. I bought a pound of each option. I think it was something like 5.99/lb for plain and 6.99/lb for meat? It came with bean sprouts and sauce but I stopped by green farm market to grab some more veggies and assembled a bowl for myself at home.Additionally, I got a banh bao and baguette and mayo+pate($4.5) & cha chien ($7) . All totaled about ~$27 and i got approximately 6-8 meals out of it.The baguette was really good and flavorful, I could smell the butter. My neice really liked the cha chien , she kept asking for more.They also take card !! Definitely would come back :)“

I love the purple ? color interior.The employees are very welcoming and nice.We only ordered 2 items since we didn't have time to eat.1: Bun Bo Hue - was delicious with lots of flavorsI thought it could use some more lemongrass but it was friend's favorite; she couldn't stop saying how good it was.2: Banh Beo - it was perfect! There were fresh shrimp chunks which I've never seen at other restaurants. I would of gotten 2 orders !I highly recommend this place.“

“Very good. Broth is great. This is more or less Vietnamese ramen. The portions are good for the price. I m a big dude and is filled with a regular bowl. Only negative is the place looks unorganized and slightly dirty when I was there so can't really give perfect score. I will be eating here quite often“

“A hidden boba shop that just happens to serve pho and other food options. They don't specialize in pho and only have one variety (prime rib pho), but it slaps and is jam packed with meat! Only 10 bux and comes with a free small drink of your choice.

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star for lack of consistency. The pho ranges from amazing to just average, and I suspect it depends on the time of day. Try to come in the mornings.“

The service was pretty quick, due to not many people in the restaurant around 7pm on a Wednesday. “Absolutely wonderful experience!! This is our sixth trip here in the last ~3 years, and they deliver every time. In addition to the modern ambiance in a beautifully natural-lit room, dishes were packed with flavor and arranged in gorgeous presentations. + The Dao: A classic. Potato espuma on top adds the perfect creamy touch to a slick, perfectly put-together dish. A must-have!
+ Seafood Ceviche: Sublime flavors and presentation. A happy mix of spicy and tangy, with generous proportions of seafood! Served with crisp shrimp crackers.
+ Chicken Wings: Finger-lickin' good! On the sweeter side, and the crunchy bits on top added a beautiful texture. Lovely garlicy flavor.
+ Xoi Man: Order this every time. Very classic dish, and the consistency of the rice is impeccable. (Generous # of) quail eggs melt in your mouth. The included pate was rich and flavorful.
+ Coconut Matcha: SPECTACULAR!!! Was absolutely divine. Comes with refreshingly sweet coconut water, topped with a creamy green matcha cheese foam, and a of slice tender coconut flesh (photo added). Presentation was impressive. Definitely a sweet-tooth beverage, but that's how we like our drinks. ((: Would order this again any day.

“Went there for lunch and had vermicelli bowl. Was delicious. Place was not crowded. So for a working lunch break it worked out perfectly. We ate and got back to work within an hour. “Had a good experience at this THH. It was a great spot for a quick bite and they had a large selection of ready made foods. We just got a few different banh mi. My son and husband got bbq pork and lemongrass beef. They said the pork was the way to go. I had the fried shrimp and really enjoyed it. We also picked up some spring rolls. The Vietnamese iced coffees are nuclear strong, but super good. My husband has tried other locations and said this one is different and has more ready-made foods. It was pretty busy when we went there. I would go back. I saw a lot of things I want to try next time.“
