Most notably, the broth is prepared for over 10 hours, which makes the pho exceptionally flavorful. This is our new favorite neighborhood spot!“

“We came in an hour or so after they opened on a Friday and there was only one other table occupied.

The food was amazing!!! We ordered the spicy cajun edemame, crispy pork, and tom yum seafood fried rice. All three dishes were wonderfully prepared! Great job to the chefs!

The only thing lacking was the service, but the staff was young, but I would venture to guess that they will learn and the service will get better in time.

We will definitely be returning soon and recommend giving them a try!“

“I went to this restaurant for lunch and enjoyed the food. I ordered the Bánh Khọt, which I had also tried in Vũng Tàu during my trip to Vietnam. Compared to the one I had in Vũng Tàu, I would say the Bánh Khọt here is very similar. The only difference is that the ones here weren't as warm as the ones in Vũng Tàu. The shrimp were fresh and tender, and there were plenty of vegetables in the dish. The fish sauce was perfectly balanced. The restaurant is small and a bit old looking/design, but it's clean, parking is easy to find, and has very simple menu. I also appreciated seeing elderly servers working, as it's great that they support older people in earning money at their age. I'll definitely return to try their Hủ Tiếu.“

“They have the best Canh Chu Ca! Really really. My family has been going for years. We crave it. When we tried to go on a Tuesday and they were closed we went elsewhere but it just wasn't as good. Mirada cooks the fish so that it is still so succulent. The flavor of the broth is perfectly balanced and tart. Please give this place a try for healthy Vietnamese food.“

“I come here close to opening as this place is a little far out for me, but I come back everytime because of their food. My go to order is bun bo hue with extra broth on the side, and if I am feeling extra hungry, I will order a side of spring rolls or egg rolls. Their bun bo hue is delicious, packed with flavor despite the broth looking a bit light. The extra broth on the side is extra hot and a great addition for broth lovers. Their spring rolls are also great, rolled nice and tight for the perfect bite. Since it's the morning, I do not have a problem with their service as they are attentive and always makes sure I am okay.“

“What a wonderful experience dining here at Moi Cuisine. The food is so delicious. Delectable and colorful. We had five-course dinner but felt like we ate eight courses. Beautiful ambiance, very, and truly enjoyed the good foods and conversations. My friend and I finished a bottle of wine. We left a generous tip to the staff as they worked so hard: constantly moving. “I went here today for a late lunch/early dinner.I was craving banh cuon and I remember an old friend saying this place sold it. I bought a pound of each option. I think it was something like 5.99/lb for plain and 6.99/lb for meat? It came with bean sprouts and sauce but I stopped by green farm market to grab some more veggies and assembled a bowl for myself at home.Additionally, I got a banh bao and baguette and mayo+pate($4.5) & cha chien ($7) . All totaled about ~$27 and i got approximately 6-8 meals out of it.The baguette was really good and flavorful, I could smell the butter. My neice really liked the cha chien , she kept asking for more.They also take card !! Definitely would come back :)“

“Very good. Broth is great. This is more or less Vietnamese ramen. The portions are good for the price. I m a big dude and is filled with a regular bowl. Only negative is the place looks unorganized and slightly dirty when I was there so can't really give perfect score. I will be eating here quite often“

“A hidden boba shop that just happens to serve pho and other food options. They don't specialize in pho and only have one variety (prime rib pho), but it slaps and is jam packed with meat! Only 10 bux and comes with a free small drink of your choice.

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star for lack of consistency. The pho ranges from amazing to just average, and I suspect it depends on the time of day. Try to come in the mornings.“

“Food was delicious! We ordered crab toast, shrimp fried rice, pork belly rice bowl, curry crab omelette. It was a super busy Saturday lunchtime, above average noise level and food took a little time. I told our server, Brandon, that my son cannot eat anything spicy. I didn't notice when our food came out that my son's fried rice had chili flakes on top. Brandon checked up on us and immediately saw this. He apologized and tool the food back to the kitchen. It was given priority and it did not long to come out. I appreciate his concern and good service.“

“The bún bò huế tasted not as spicy as I had thought it would be since I do not handle spice that well. The service was pretty quick, due to not many people in the restaurant around 7pm on a Wednesday. If you are planning to use credit card, they have a minimum purchase of $25 or more (don't know if they are going to change this in the near future) and the parking is free.“

This is the first time i take positive energy from people working there Miss Tram she very friendly, beautiful smile, super good service she always smile when she talk with me . “Had a good experience at this THH. It was a great spot for a quick bite and they had a large selection of ready made foods. We just got a few different banh mi. My son and husband got bbq pork and lemongrass beef. They said the pork was the way to go. I had the fried shrimp and really enjoyed it. We also picked up some spring rolls. The Vietnamese iced coffees are nuclear strong, but super good. My husband has tried other locations and said this one is different and has more ready-made foods. It was pretty busy when we went there. I would go back. I saw a lot of things I want to try next time.“
