“I had dinner here last night and I was blown away. The Italian food was better than most Italian food places. I had a green salad that had a perfect dressing on it. I also had the gnocchi that was seasoned and prepared perfectly. The service from Chris was as good as it gets. My friends had 2 different pizzas and both of them were amazing. The Malbec and Cabernet wines were top notch. The experience was great and the food was far better than most hotel restaurants.“

“We arrived on a Friday at around 11:00am and got seated right away. The restaurant has outdoor seating with heaters which I thought was really nice. Our food was great!! I order the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and egg. Everything was delicious and por portions was plenty. My husband ordered the Mexican omelette with a side of has browns and toast and he too enjoyed his food very well. The ranchero salsa was delicious.The service was quick and very efficient. On top of that everyone was very friendly and helpful.The star of the meal was the cafe de olla! This is a must if you try out this place.The only thing is parking can be a little tricky and may have to park on the street or nearby neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.“

“Brought the pups to Dialog Cafe for the first time on a sunny Sunday morning. They were busy but the line moved quickly and everyone from the staff to the other patrons were super nice and friendly. Drunk Cauliflower - light batter that didn't hold the cooking oil and not drenched in sauce- just enough to give it the right amount of flavor and the cauliflower were so meaty! A meal in itself!! Next was the Indian tikka masala. Flavorful land for me a little too spicy- but otherwise than that, full of deliciousness. Jasmine rice cooked to perfection and presented in the shape of a heart . Naan also yummy! Everything tasted home made ( I cook ) and the presentation was delightful . Cant wait to go back and try more. As I was leaving the dining room( very, very clean )& was filling up with hungry diners. Service is great too- very pleasant experience.“

“Matcha Village has the most delicious desserts! We tried the Green Vine Cheesecake and the Fruit Box Cake. Both were fantastic! The consistency of the matcha for the cheesecake was perfection. I wish I could explain it better, but it was amazing. Can’t wait to go back to try some drinks and the Peking deck crepe!!!“
“Came here on a random morning with my kid after their doctor appointment and so so glad I did! Called ahead to see if they had a high chair & thank god I did cause they only had 1! No biggie, strollers exist for a reason. We got the 1. Catfish special - 2 filet catfish (fried to perfection btw) 2 over easy eggs and cheesy grits 2. Fried chicken with 2 scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes Grits were okay, I make them better at home so obvi I wasn't expecting home outdoors lol Chicken and fish were PERFECT. Tasty and crunchy. My kid ate it up!! Each plate came with a choice of toast, we got the sourdough (it already came buttered) that's customer service! Not to mention, the waiter looked like he was handling the tables and the register. He did so with kindness, attentiveness and promptness. I was never waiting for someone to check on us for very long. I love Inglewood and moved away from here a few years ago so it was nice to come back and feel that community feel again Prior to getting the check, a young lady checked on us (we sat outside) and promptly got us our check and some to-go boxes. 10/10 would recommend. “Usually, my wife and I go in the mornings to have coffee and some pastry. We like to sit outside to enjoy the food and service. However, in the past couple of months, there have been these guys just hanging around the outside and smoking. Being a non-smoker, it really bothers me, and I have seen other customers being bothered by it as well. Even Porto's employees have asked us if it bothers us.“

Criss Cut Fries - this was your typical fry, I enjoyed them but wouldn't get again for $6. Black Sesame Bev - This had a really unique flavor profile but ultimately was just too sweet for me. I'm glad I tried it but would get something stronger next time! I'd like to go back and try a different sandwich! I think I'd only get the chopped cheese again if I was in a real want for a fast food cheeseburger feeling.“

“My first time here and I LOVE the ambiance, the environment is nice and the inside of this place is gorgeous. Just enough space and plenty of tables/seats to sit and even get some work done! GREAT music and vibes. However, I was not too fond of the managers here, they were a little rude and non-personable which rubbed me the wrong way. Especially the female manager here whose name I did not get, seems as though she was NOT fond of people of color. Lalo and Gabriel were lovely, had great energy, and were super attentive! Food and drinks aspect-wise, I LOVED the salmon cucumber toast and lavender oat latte. Very tasty, and would 1000% try again. I do hope if and when I return the management can be more friendly and receptive to ALL.“

“Recommended. I came by. There’s a kiosk to order and a cashier. I ordered the garlic bagel they are known for and the breakfast Becky. There’s an outdoor seating area as well as indoors. They have a merchandise wall in case you want to buy anything. Also a fridge section that has drinks. The kitchen is easily viewable to see what’s going on. The bagel was great. Also the breakfast Becky with its bacon and sauce. I really liked it.“
“This is actually a review for Homegirl's catering service: I hired Homegirl to cater my book launch at the University of Southern California. Nadine was super easy to work with in planning out the kinds of foods I wanted for my event. Abel did an excellent job finding our venue and setting up a delicious spread. I got turkey sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, and vegan sandwiches. Everything was delicious on fresh bread baked by Homegirl. We also had agua frescas, hummus, and salad. The hummus was actually so popular that I barely got to try any. My guests ate it all! Note to self: order extra hummus next time. Putting on an event is time consuming and stressful, but Homegirl made the food portion of my event easier to manage. I highly recommend them. They will be at the top of my list for future catering events.“
“I was in the area for a tire and in desperate need of coffee. I asked the barista which to get and they recommended the horchata latte, I got it with half the sweetener, iced and it was perfect. I even splurged and got a the tomato & mozzarella empanada (also recommend by the barista) chefs kiss! Came with a chipotle sauce of some kind and so fresh. I also opted for the spinach, egg and cheese empanada which was also delicious. Will definitely be back when in the area.“
“Blue Lounge is an amazing lounge to sit and enjoy Shisha. They have a large variety of tobacco flavors and all pipes are "Regals" unless you choose a different specialty pipe they offer. This place is safe, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of lighted parking out front and a large outdoor patio with heaters and seating outback. My family and I have followed Chef & Owner Kei since it first started and only had regular priority mail delivery and pickup from a co-op location in Downtown LA. I stopped by after the Montrose Farmers Market, where Sugarbird was before and I believe still is for other Farmers Markets, and Kei herself was managing the store. She was nice and really excited to finally have her own storefront. I got a free tea, free clotted cream, the tea sandwich set, six scones (ube, lemon blueberry, matcha, fig & rosemary, passionfruit & earl grey) and shortbread cookies.“

Something frustrating about West LA is everything closes by 9 ish.The service ,as soon as I walked in, was helpful without being overly enthusiastic. The waiter was spot on in his recommendation for me.Ordered Cafe con Leche. And a stuffed Churro. Both absolutely satisfied and soothed my tastes..I was delighted by this little cafe. “I have accidentally found the greatest toast in all of America. I was here to meet some friends for an event and thought I’d pop in for a quick bite. I ordered the avocado toast thinking it would be an unremarkable snack. Have you ever experienced something so above and beyond expectation you wonder if you’re on a hidden camera show? This toast is that good. Toppings were fresh, seasoning was on point, and the toast was perfectly soft but toasty. Also ordered the Michelle Wi which lemonade and black tea. Great atmosphere, really friendly staff, nice patio and neighborhood parking nearby. Would it be rude if I ordered another toast? Actually considering it.“
“What a delicious restaurant with authentic Ukrainian food. We traveled here from the Bay Area and were shocked to find a place that served only Ukrainian dishes. We got the varenyky with cabbage, borscht, Syrniki with custard, holubtsi , kompot (juice from berries) and nalisniki (crepe with chicken and mushroom. Everything was perfect. The service was also great, the server was attentive and he always made sure we enjoyed everything. Everything was very clean and well decorated. I love the Ukrainian music as well !! :)“

I don't know if it's because they are so busy or because of the kinds of beans they use, but many times I find them to not be my favorite. They seem to be worse during rush hour so I think it's an execution thing. Love that they have multiple bean options, I recommend going with one of the "darker" ones as they taste fruitier to me, Marus lightest roasts tend to be sour IMO.Also they need have some restrictions on dogs here. I've had so many dogs sniffing me, trying to eat my food, or literally jump on me. I came to a cafe, not a dog park.“
