The taste, presentation and service were all exceptional... especially given that they have only been open for three weeks. The Mole Enchilada was the best I have ever had. “If you're looking for a casual place for tacos & burritos The Super Taco place on highway 111 by Del Taco in Cathedral City is great! Went there for lunch today and ordered a carne asada taco with the works and a chicken hard shell taco. Both filled with tons of delicious meat and fixings. Price was less than $15. Cute place and a great patio in the back that would work well for a group of maybe 40+! I’ll be going back again!“

“Stopped by Elvira’s Taqueria for lunch after a notary appointment in Cathedral City. The restaurant was very clean, friendly staff and food was made fresh to order. We ordered the 3 quesa birria tacos with consommé plate. They were delicious! The meat was flavorful and shells just the right crispness. The consommé was definitely authentic and very flavorful. The salsa served with the tacos was also delicious I think maybe habanero salsa. It had just enough heat that you could still taste the flavor of the tacos. I will definitely stop by Elvira’s Taqueria next time I am in the neighborhood to try some more of the other menu items! Definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic Mexican food!“

“I'm embarrassed to say my favorite hamburger joint is this amazing Mexican restaurant...but it's true! I can't decide which I love more, their spicy burger or their teriyaki burger. Every week I promise myself I'll try something different--those tacos look amazing-- but I'm hooked on these juicy burgers.

“Perfect joint to grab some drinks and great Mexican cuisine. They have a full bar and a nice big menu of food. We got the Chilaquilas Con Carne Asada with eggs over medium and red and green salsa. It had the perfect spice and was an extremely big portion. The carne was tender and not chewy. The eggs were also perfectly done. We also tried a veggie omlete that was also cooked to perfection. Fluffy egg, not dry and tasty fresh veggies with fresh slices of avocado. Served with rice and beans that are fresh and delicious. My buddy ordered two Michelada's with Modelo and loved them!! Our waitress was also SUPER friendly and took care of us. Will be back again soon.????

“I had probably the absolute best chicken mole enchiladas I have ever had outside of Puebla Mexico. My partner had a chickpea cerviche which was really yummy. What a surprise accidental find. To me, it's the best Mexican restaurant in the entire valley. The decor is quite pretty.“

“It's a very nice Mexican restaurant. My waiter was great and the food came out fast. I only have one complaint. I'm from the Midwest, Kansas and our Mexican food is served with ground beef, not shredded meat unless you order fajitas. I guess it's a California thing to use shredded meat instead of ground beef. Next time I google a Mexican food restaurant, I'll check out the menu first to see if they use ground beef!!“

I think the highlight was the salad. Everything was chopped up. I love my lettuce, chopped that fine. The tomatoes were chopped up the cucumbers, absolutely beautiful, everything was superb. “We finally made it to this restaurant for dinner. We sat on the patio and watched a beautiful sunset as we dined. We found the menu had some great selections, but we stuck with some ala carte choices as a way to sample several items. The sopa with beef, the beef taco, and tostada were excellent. The enchiladas and tamale were just average, I'd say. The salsa and chips were a winner ( not too spicy with the salsa). Great pricing and service were additional reasons to come back for more.“
