“My favorite banh mi ! If you're near the west Covina/Azusa area. It's a must try. The shop is a mom and pop shop with authentic pho. During lunch make sure you can find a seat cause it gets popping! And if you're there for breakfast you've got to try their huge egg tarts and Vietnamese coffee. It's not for the weak ! So strong and sweet. You for you vegetarians you've got to try the veggie banh mi. Adorable and filling 😋“

It didn’t completely match what Im used to but I won’t ever put that against anyone.
It was delicious, boiling out of the pot- just how I like it.
Noodles were a bit more chewy than I prefer
Service: Only that I needed to flag someone down if I wanted something other than water. But still better than most places.
It was slow but the inside is very warm and welcoming.

I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (special beef pho), and the broth was rich and aromatic. It came with a generous portion of noodles and different cuts of beef like brisket and tendon. The meat was tender, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime really brought the whole bowl together.

I also tried the spring rolls with peanut sauce, which were fresh and light, making a great appetizer before the pho. The portions were big and the prices were very reasonable.

“Very popular Vietnamese restaurant. We got there about 11 am on a Friday and it was almost full. 10 min later the people had to sign up on the waitlist. The size of the pho noodles is huge. The flavor of the broth was good. They charge 3% more if paid by credit card.“

“I tried this pho when they soft open. Pho was good, best in the area meaning Rowland and Hacienda heights. Our Viet food here in 91745 is medicare at best, until Phoholic opened and Arrived here. You know when Pho good when you walk into the business and come out smell like pho production lol!. Anyways the pho is very good but not the best. They can tone down on the sweetness a Bit too sweet for me. I think will try again when thing cool down in Cali, they need to tone down on the sweetness and I def give them a 5 Star for now its 4 four star. great quality noodles and meat just pho too sweet. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese home cooked meals at a restaurant in the area. The flavour is so authentic that can transport you back to the Southern of Vietnam (mien Tay) in a bite. We ordered the lunch set for family and cannot fault a thing. It came with canh chua, ca chien, goi tom thit, ca kho, bap cai chua. Flavour was mouth watering and all very good value for money. Had an open house and served it for homebuyers and they were blown away! Highly recommend! Cafe sua da is gold too, loved the shaved ice in the coffee and not too sweet. The ladies in the back are super sweet and you can buy the baguettes and freeze them, then 350 f for 6 mins in toaster or airfryer. Get the egg rolls, and pa te so is good too. My clients loved their vegetarian banh mi too!
