“I will definitely be returning. I'm very happy to say that this restaurant is worth the price tag. The food was excellent, one of the best steaks in Southern California, atmosphere great, and service outstanding. I don't feel there's anything you can go wrong with on their menu, from the bread service, to the Mac n cheese, to the aged rib eye, and smoked old fashioned I left more than satisfied.”
“So much fun! Came here for my birthday and they did everything right- food, ambiance, staff, etc”
“Delicious as always!! It's our favorite locals spot for great wines, food & casual dining in Laguna Beach. Especially love sitting outside in summer, when the peaceful courtyard is perfect for al fresco dining!”

“Had a great meal and wine with friends. We did have to ask for olive oil and vinegar after they brought us the wonderful rosemary bread, but hey, no biggie. Otherwise, service was great!!”
“We celebrated a 90th birthday. Our server/bartender, Alex, took amazing care of us! From our drinks to our meal to the special desserts- a 5 star experience. We felt so well cared for.”
“I use to go to RH with my family in the 70's. Atmosphere always transported us to Hawaii. They were famous for BB ribs, drinks, unique salad (with mayo dressing) and even served a bowl of crudite' with celery, salami, etc. every meal. I didn't like the modern re model, however, NOW THIS RE BUILD iS so cool! Just like the 1970's but better!! Dim lit and Hawaiian music set the mood. I was really anxious to try the ribs again. The service was GREAT appetizer excellent but, ribs, BAD! They were not edible. Hard and chewy, like beef jerky. I was so disappointed and all of our party ordered and received the same. I may try again but won't order ribs!!!”

“Great Chinese food! Right at Laguna Beach, and the prices are pretty good! The food was flavourful and pretty authentic. I recommend going for lunch because the lunch deals are great, although the portion size is smaller if you get lunch deals. There was only one server and the service was a little bit slow, but it’s a really great location, and the outdoor seating is amazing.”

“We have been there many times and love it! One of the best sushi restaurants I know! I prefer sashimi and the presentation is beautiful and mouthwatering!”
“Yukino is one of the kindest, most hardworking people I’ve ever met. She and the team at Sea Butter Laguna Beach treat me like family every time I visit. The quality of the sushi is amazing, but it’s the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back.
Yukino goes above and beyond for every guest—she’s attentive, gracious, and genuinely cares about the experience. Sea Butter is lucky to have her. Highly recommend this spot—not just for the food, but for the heart. ❤️”

“If you want a unique dining experience this is the place to go. The wait staff and servers they were all on point very attentive I never had to look around to look for anyone if I raised my head somebody was right at my table to find out what I needed or how they could serve me. Awesome awesome experience wonderful food. I will be back!”
“My husband and I are visiting from out of town staying super close by. We saw this place on instagram and decided to try it and stay for trivia nite on Tuesday. We had so much fun and the sandwich was top tier!!! The manager was so personable as well!!! We came in last and we still got a prize. I was not expecting that. It really made my night. We left and are planning to go again today for another tasty sandwich. Cannot wait!!! They’re doing it right at wigz!!! Don’t sleep on this place! Back patio was so cute and comfy with a full bar. They offer a veterans discount as well”
“This is my favorite coffee in Orange County and I’m a coffee snob!!
First of all, they use organic coffee beans and organic whole milk as an automatic in the lattes!! This is literally my dream come true.
Each time I go, it feels like that small mom and pop coffee spot where you can have a convo with the barista and feel like it’s home.
The location is perfect. You have a view of the ocean and a few chairs and small tables to sit and drink with the view.
Whenever I’m on this side of OC, you’ll find me grabbing a 10oz latte from Equator.”
“Delicious ice cream. This was my first time going to south swell ice cream. The only issue I had was that the menu was a bit confusing. I wish they had images of the ice cream instead of the description. Since this was my first time I was asking a lot of questions. Otherwise the staff were very patient with me and answered all my questions. The ice cream is very delicious. The price is reasonable too.”
“The Lumberyard located in beautiful downtown Laguna Beach is a great place to have lunch or dinner. There is a new $16 lunch menu and I decided to try the fish tacos. There was a choice between salmon or halibut for the tacos which included shredded cabbage with a pink cream sauce and a side of black bean and corn salad. I chose the halibut for my taco and it was cooked perfectly. It was a generous portion of fish in each of the tacos so it could easily be split with a friend. The service was excellent. Our orders were taken within about five minutes of sitting down and the food came out quickly after we ordered. I would recommend the Lumberyard if you are visiting Laguna Beach. You will need to have reservations during the Art Festivals or when there is a play at the Playhouse.”

“The atmosphere is a wonderful and relaxing change from the high tech look of too many restaurants today. It's softly lit and comforting. The food is excellent. The branzino was cooked perfectly, the side dish of french lentils was a treat and the apple pie delicious. It's a treasure.”
“Splashes restaurant which is located in the, wonderfully renovated Surf and Sand Hotel, is just a marvelous place to have breakfast lunch or dinner. Overlooking the Pacific, the restaurant is bright and crisp and offers both inside and outside seating. The menu is extensive without being overwhelming, the service is excellent and the food moderately priced and wonderful, The restaurant is located on the lower floor of the hotel, just above the beach, so as you dine you hear the waves breaking on the shore and breathe in the fresh air of the Pacific. Absolutely perfect, a great place to dine whether you're staying at the hotel or visiting. (FYI, if you're visiting, remember to get your parking validated.)”
“The turkey & Swiss sandwich and tuna salad sandwich were insanely incredible! The dressing on their salad was delicious!!! Shyla was so sweet, a true gem! We’ll be back!!!! ♥️♥️”
“The best restaurant with mussels in South Cali. Highly recommend!”

“This local donut shop opens early with a delicious selection of donuts and croissants. In the early morning, your selection is amazing. As the day moves along, they do sell out of some of the favorites. I love an apple fritter, but they have a version with crumbs on it that takes it to another level of amazing.
The owner and the staff are always happy and friendly.
It's a small shop, limited seating available.
Very good donut shop!”
“Food wasn’t bad, the A5 Wagyu burger was underwhelming, however blue cheese burger and wings and Truffle fries were good
Be careful you automatically get charged 3$ if you just touch the iPad
Though it is written on it however we didn’t know that just by trying a silly tik tak tok game just twice for fun we were charged 3$ on the bill!!!
It didn’t feel right at all!!”
“I ordered the ramen tofu because there normal ramen was a combination of tonkotsu broth with pork and chicken.
Since I don't eat pork, it had to be the tofu one, which is really sad for me. I was expecting them to add chicken to it, but they couldn't, so I had to order a chicken lolipop on the side, which was actually pretty good.
So if you don't like/eat pork it's gonna be hard for you in there but otherwise the ramen tofu was good but I didn't want to eat tofu because I don’t like it but chicken but like I said I had no choice but to order it.”
“A traditional Americanized Chinese restaurant located in Laguna Beach, established in 1984, it has been a local favorite for years. The lunch menu is affordable around $15 per dish which includes fried rice, fried wonton, and fried chicken wing as sides. I ordered the house special beef and it was tender, sweet and tangy. The service was pretty good. We came with a big group of ~15 people on Saturday and they sat us down in the side room so we can have our own space.”
“A nice small café with a boutique attached. It felt to me like an original breakfast place with unique menu items.
Your order at the counter where you can also see the daily specials, and then you sit where you want.
The food actually came pretty fast.
The hot chocolate was nice - it wasn’t too thick and didn’t seem over sweet. The foam was actually nice to have!
There is an effort in presentation as you can see from the pictures.
We all liked it. I tried a bit of the swedish pancakes, it is very sweet and heavy as you can expect, but enjoyable!
The Eggs Anna were definitely original with that sauce. It was very interesting. I’m not gonna say it’s the best thing I ever had, but it was good.
It was farmers’ market, but we didn’t struggle to find a place to sit.
For parking, you need to find in the city - but, the place is not far from the main areas, so convenient. You just walk a few blocks.
Overall, a cool spot - we were not sure where to go and wanted a more local place. So, I guess we found it!”
“Great! First time here and really good. Just came back from Japan and looked forward to having god sushi here. Love it. Toshi-San was so nice and has had his restaurant for 40 years! Highly recommend”

“Delicious menu and excellent staff! I’ve visited this Rye Goods location a few times and can’t say anything negative. The coffee is fantastic—which is hard to find in this area. My favorite menu item is the “Seasonal Fruit Ricotta Toast,” always prepared to perfection. Definitely worth a visit!”
“This wonderful little restaurant is the gem of South Laguna. if you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by and try it out! The food is delicious and they offer a wide variety of dishes. I've been going there with my wife for over 20 years and never once had a bad meal. Papa's is also one of the best take outs in Laguna Beach”
“Love Neapolitan! Great service. Terrific selection. Our pizza was so tasty - crust and light sauce Yum! The Caprese Buratta was fresh and creamy. Fabulous, decadent dessert options. Very nice wine and beer list. Will return. Definitely recommend.”

“We searched high & low for a bakery to cater our wedding in Laguna Beach. Unfortunately we didn’t hear back from other companies, even those who were recommended to us through our venue. But, from the initial phone conversation with the staff at The B8kery , to our wedding day, the service, communication, & follow through have been amazing!! Lia & Madison helped us customize a Dessert Bar and wedding cake that fit our personal taste and wedding aesthetic. We received lots of compliments on all of the pastries from our guests! The cookies, brownies, strawberries, & red velvet cake were some of the best we’ve ever had!!! The morning of the wedding, my Dad & Husband bought a cinnamon roll & muffins for breakfast too, and said they were the best they’ve ever had! We recommend The B8kery 1000/1000 and can’t wait to come back to town and stock up on all of their goodies!!!”
“Jersey Mike's never fails me. I love walking into the BHC store and being welcomed by the friendly staff! They're always fast and very nice. My usual are #10, #8, #9, and, of course, the #26. They make my sandwiches and have me on the road in no time. Gar and Kabrin are rockstars!!!”
“Very good dining option in Laguna Beach. The score is not perfect because we were also interested in the opening hours (it promotes that it closes at 2 AM), but it was not so, because at 10 PM they asked us to close the account, a detail that played a little against it. Anyway, the food and the waitress service was very good, the beers at a good temperature and with interesting options. The Shepherds pie should not be missed.”
“This place offers delicious, fresh food that is quickly prepared, healthy, and affordable. The staff is incredibly nice as well. I would love to see a location open in New York! It would be a fantastic addition to the city. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a great dining experience.”

“Very long wait times. Terrible customer service and overall, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The waiter messed up our order and argued with my wife about how he did not mess up the order and continued to argue with my wife, which further upset me and my parents. I asked the waiter to leave and requested to speak with the manager. I had explained everything to the manager and told the manager that because the food came out wrong and the waiter argued with my wife, that it was time to go because the waiter ruined our meal and our experience. After paying for 3 meals that we did not eat, the restaurant manager was extremely rude, told us to leave, and to never come back. We left very angry and upset. This restaurant ruined our entire afternoon. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the terrible customer service. If you make a mistake, own it, and make it right. Not the case here, they just want your money and send you on your way as fast as possible. If you’re looking for a nice dining experience there are far better options than this place.”

“I highly recommend Las Brisas. I was in California and caught an Uber to Laguna. The Laguna driver recommended Las Brisas. After a day on the beach my co worker and I walked up to the resturant. Our waiter Stan was so personable and knowledgeable. The food was great. I would for sure come back. Being able to see the ocean from our table was a bonus.”
“The ambiance was perfect; great view of the Pacific Ocean. The service was good although our server got confused with which meal went with which check, no big deal. My neighbor ordered a hamburger and said it wasn't anything to write home about. I ordered the $28 seafood salad and it was only okay. The other six members of our party truly enjoyed their food which included pork chops, fish and shrimp. Everyone wanted to return next month.”

“I have been going to this hotel since the 1980s. It’s the best. My husband and I spent three new years eves there. We usually stay a week. Love it. I’ll be so happy when the rooms are available again. I can hardly wait. Love everything about it. The food is delicious. The patio is very enjoyable. And just a few steps to the beach. Love it. Thank you. I’m. Beverly. Anderson.”
“I went to Alessa last night with my work colleagues and was treated like royalty. Larissa our server was magnificent so knowledgeable about the menu and a true asset to the restaurant . Jose the chef was so creative and all of the dishes were not only delicious but they were presented so beautifully . I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered to my every need . It was the best gluten free pasta I have had. . I will be bringing all of my GF people here .”

“The service here is amazing from greet to eat🙏 the staff are friendly with great recommendations on cocktails and the dinner menu - they were able to answer all of our menu questions in detail. The food came out fresh and delicious, we ordered a variety of pastas, salad, and pizza. The octopus appetizer is delicious and cooked to perfection, the funghi pizza is amazing and may have been my favorite item ... Although it is tough to beat fresh pasta. Definitely worth the parking challenges one will inevitably face, it's not the restaurant it's the area in general 🤷♀️😂😂😂”
“Very well managed and great food.”
