“A very good and authentic Vietnamese food, the crispy shrimp pancake (banh Xeo) is a must try dish, the housemade chili oil is fragrance, bun thit nuong cha gio is a hit. “I recently stopped in and had the chicken curry, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were incredible, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The young man working the front was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. He made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in and consistently checked to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. It’s rare to find service that genuine these days.
Between the delicious food and the outstanding hospitality, I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and friendly service.“

“I was here on a rainy day last week and can say how this lab curated the most nourishing pho broth I’ve ever tasted! Ever in the Huntington Beach area? Give it a try! Lifted my mood and gave my body back some life. The banh mi was also great - fresh crunchy bread with a soft inside filled with freshly cooked yummies! Enjoy 👩🏻🍳“

“Impressively extensive food selection. The presentation and portion are fairly decent but, it can be a little upgraded. The food quality, freshness & taste are surprisingly delicious! The front hostess or lady who sat us definite do NOT have any courtesy with unfriendly attitude & lacking any personality & rude. There's 4 of us on our birthday celebration & only gave us 3menu. I corrected with a request for 4 but, gave me an attitude of ‘I know, I'll get you another one. But, never return & no gesture of recognition to handle the situation. Unpleasantly rude & in that case, we will not return with that kind of attitude.“

“Nothing fishy about this place. It's a small family run business. Blame covid for the price increases and there are sign posted to make you aware of the increase. it's the best food and most reasonable prices in town. if you cant afford a 11 dish then don't buy or complain about it. These reviews are for the food not whiners.“

“This is a solid Vietnamese restaurant in South OC. Everything about it is very traditional, the menu and food would be just the same in Vietnam. Got the Pho Tai and Oxtail Pho. Oxtail was nicely braised, the Pho Tai beef a bit overdone. Broth was good. Get the large for $1 more, the portions are huge.
To some previous posters that reflected on the higher prices, or humble furniture, welcome to South OC, the rent is too damn high.“

“So turns out finding a new place wasn't as hard as I thought. Ended up re-craving it again after last night so I decided to go again and try. It was thoroughly impressed with how deceivingly it is on the inside and how quickly I was seated and only that was served. They constantly checked up on me as I enjoy my food and definitely felt like a fat boy after that. Everything from the eggrolls to perfectly seasoned to the being complementary to all the flavors was beautiful as well as with the passionfruit smoothie which honestly took the cake for everything. I'm not sure if they do this for everybody, but I also received a among being pudding, which is also very good and honestly, I would buy that full price if I could get a whole bowl. Really well done place with nice customer service. I can't really go wrong. I would definitely come back here again.“

“I have been eating here since 2002 while still in high school. First time ever eating Pho here. These 3 Viet guys from my classes introduced me to Pho at this place. Been going here whenever I’m craving Pho or Viet food in the Irvine area. The most flavorful Pho broth out of any Viet restaurant I’ve ever ate in California.“

“The spring rolls are definitely worth it. Very, very large and easily worth the price. The meatball pho was lacking. While the broth and ingredients were fresh and tasted good, slicing up just one meatball for it is a cheapskate move. You should be quartering at least 3 meatballs for it to make it worthwhile. Before you ask, yes I know those are beef tendon meatballs and I know where to get them and how much they cost.“

“Ordering is a little confusing. There is a monitor that allows you the option of dine in or carryout. But then you need to go to front to pay before they make the order.
Food was ok. Yellow rice was a little dry, and the chicken thigh was tough and dry. Egg rolls were very good. People were very nice. Probably should have gotten the pho.“

“honestly its one of the best spots in town and i keep coming back like alot, service is quick even when its packed which is every time im here. the broth has that deep richness you cant find everywhere, definately tastes like they put in the work not just tossing a bouillon cube in water. i've probably been like 20 times easily and I still order the same thing because why fix what isnt broken. only thing that bugs me is the parking situation, tommorrow when you come be prepared to hunt for a spot or park way out.
but the noodles and the meat portions are always on point so thats what matters in the end. like I said four stars because I love it but that parking lot stress keeps it from being perfect for me“

“small Vietnamese restaurant with a very sweet owner. we came for lunch with a medium size party but she was so nice and quick to help. not too big of a crowd when we got there.
while we all wanted to try the pho, we all got a rice or a vermicelli dish which were each phenomenal. meat was very well-seasoned and lots of veggies in the bun dac biet. while it was too hot this time, next time we will definitely come for the pho.“

“Enjoyed a family lunch here. I ordered takeout since our kids were asleep in the car, but they woke up while we waited for it to be cooked so we asked to dine in instead. They were very friendly and accommodating to the switch, didn’t mind our kids at all. The ambiance was clean and quiet (not overly busy or crowded) with Kdrama love songs playing. Staff was attentive and friendly. The drinks were a very good value! Large sizes. We had the matcha latte and the peach lemonade and they were both super tasty. Two adults and 3 young kids shared the shrimp fried rice, one beef banh mi and one pork banh mi. We brought half of one sandwich home for leftovers so the serving sizes were generous. Macarons made a fun special treat at the end of the meal. Everything was very fresh and hit the spot.“

“Pho Ha Noi earns 4* from me. If I lived in Garden Grove, it might be a 3* rating relative to the other pho places that abound in that Little Saigon, but for South County, it is a solid 4* relative to the others around. When I take my father, who lives in LWV out for pho, this is his favorite one. I usually get Rare Steak & Tendon pho or a Broken Rice dish with shredded pork and charbroiled pork. Both are always more than acceptable, but the one thing I miss is the fried egg on top of the rice, that my favorite Vietnamese place in San Diego does“
