“Goodbye Over Crowded Starbucks! I just found a great remote working/studying spot! Was super quiet here and the free wife helps! Healthy drink options and had my dinner too! They are so welcoming! So kind! Food was great! I’m picky bcs I don’t like salty foods and here was not salty at all. The pork and the beef bowls with the egg just hit that spot for me. Thank you!“

“We stopped by Dana Point to visit Salt Creek and to my surprise, there was a Rita’s! We’re from Philadelphia so we were very surprised and happy to find a Rita’s! We ordered a blueberry and watermelon gelati and it was delicious! The custard YUM. The Italian ice— perfect consistency! Thank you for your fine establishment!“

“SomiSomi in Irvine is an absolute five-star spot for dessert lovers! The soft serve is incredibly smooth, creamy, and full of flavor — especially when paired with their freshly made taiyaki cones that come out warm and perfectly crisp. The mix of hot and cold makes every bite amazing.
The store is clean, modern, and well-run, with a fun and inviting vibe. The staff are friendly and patient, even when it’s busy, and the presentation of everything is always picture-perfect. They offer plenty of unique flavors and toppings, so there’s always something new to try.

I tried a double scoop of Tiramisu/Oreo. Both were great but Oreo was my favorite.
The young lady serving us was very friendly and very quick.

“Phenomenal ice cream with a delicious honey on top. This place doesn't have nearly the attention it should. The price is a little high for the quantity of ice cream, but the quality and flavor more than make up for it. One of my favorite dessert places in a town full great desserts.“

“This place is tasty. Very sugary sweet treats, but yummy. We ordered one bar and one soft serve type, but the soft serve is a way better base. The girls working the ice cream shop were young, but attentive. But, they had no AC in the shop which was really brutal with our hot summer. I asked one of the girls about the heat and she said the AC broke. But, you're in Laguna Beach, charging top dollar, have a busy flow of people non-stop and have ice cream and workers that need to be supported with cooler conditions. I hope the owners chopse to address the cooling conditions.“

“Friendly staff and very clean store! We got a large strawberry ice cream with brownies and sprinkles to share. We came for the ice cream but walked out with huge smiles because the service is so sweet and delicious! There were plenty of ice cream cakes readily available in the fridge for purchase! Will definitely be back!

“This was my first time ever trying Crumbl Cookies. Today only 11/6, Crumbl Cookies is offering FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins for each visitor that comes in for one; no purchase necessary.
This was a great way for me to try them out for the first time. When I first walked in, I didn’t expect the place to look so clean!
It was spick and span and there were cookies laid out in front. There were two women working at the time. I didn’t catch the name of the girl I spoke to.
I came in and asked her if they were giving away FREE Cookies today and she said they were. She told me what to press on the machine to order my cookies. She wasn’t very friendly though. I placed my order she handed me my cookies and I told her this was my first visit.
Usually when I tell a business that I’m a first-time customer, they’re more open to explaining what they have, who they are, their process, etc. I don’t get that this time. I also noticed after I grabbed my cookies, she kinda spied on me in odd way as I was leaving.
As far as the cookies, I honestly didn’t expect to receive two! I give them a 3.5/5. They tasted like chocolate chip ginger cookies to me, which was good.
I may visit a Crumbl Cookies again if they have some better flavors I’d like to try and some more warming customer service.“

“KELSIE KELSIE KELSIE....I had to take the time to give my sincere and true appreciation for one of the workers at this location. She always has the best energy and her smile is soo warming. Tonight she turned out what was going to be a disaster birthday for my roommate and totally turned it around for me. They were out of the deliciously AMAZING Oreo Cream Pie Cookie ( IF YOU HAVNT HAD THIS YOU'RE TOTALLY MISSING OUT) for the day and it was 20 mins from closing. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with enough Oreo Pies and then some to complete my birthday desert gift and I cant THANK HER ENOUG!!! KELSIE THANK YOU FOR BEING A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME TONIGHT. “i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“The cookies are delicious, definitely would come again. They have weekly flavors, so you never get tired of the same old cookies. I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice cream cookie, and it’s amazing. My favorite cookie, however, is the original chocolate chip cookie, it’s super sweet and warm, and topped with sea salt. Luckily, the original chocolate chip is always a choice of cookies you can buy.“
