“I am visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this bakery. I purchased the fresh strawberry tres leches. Oh my goodness. It was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time! So so delicious. Highly recommend!“

“Friendly staff in a cozy shop with plenty of seating. I saw small tables as well as some group bench seating. Maybe a couple small metal tables out front.
Large counters of many, many bagel flavors plus some cookies and possibly, scones.
I dropped in for a quick takeaway order of bagels.
At home, I toasted a gourmet pesto bagel. Super fresh and tasty!
Will definitely visit again.“

“The Jägerschnitzel was absolutely delicious. The cream of mushroom sauce was light and perfectly complemented the homemade spätzle.
What I love about this place is that the food tastes truly homemade, not like something out of a jar.
While the staff was very friendly, I do feel there’s room for improvement in their training.
I’m definitely planning to return to try their German breakfast!“

“I ordered 2 slices of cake through Lady M’s official website. When I picked it up, the box was sealed, so I didn’t check it until I got back to San Francisco — only to find out they gave me the wrong flavor. I had ordered the Dubai Chocolate but was given Sesame instead.
I immediately submitted a refund request, but after an entire week, no one followed up. I reached out through online chat, and instead of helping, the representative told me I needed to contact a third-party platform. I had to point out that I placed the order *directly* on their website — only then did they change their story and say I should call customer service.
I called and was then told I needed to email them instead. I emailed right away. It’s now been another week, and still no response.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. For a brand that positions itself as premium, their customer service is shockingly disorganized and unresponsive. I expected much better, and I would caution others against using their website

After posting my review, Lady M’s team reached out and followed up on the issue. I appreciate that they took the initiative to make things right, and their gesture was thoughtful. While the original experience was disappointing, I’m glad they took the time to respond and resolve it.“
