“We thought this was just another boring Mexican restaurant — WRONG!! We thought the food was going to be average, or worse, underwhelming… once again WRONG.

I might need to raise my criteria for 5 stars, because this place checked all the boxes and then some.

Our waitress was attentive, bubbly, and very knowledgeable, which makes an average meal way more appealing… but in this case, the food needed no help. The items we selected were exquisite, tantalizing, and just downright 🔥!

Simple Breakdown of Meal:
• Chips and guac with the mushroom choriqueso, that's a 5-star treat in itself.
• Pulpo al Pastor (octopus)… my wife said it's 🔥🔥… I wasn't brave enough to try it, but it looked amazing for the 'gram.
• Tacos de Pescado: exquisite and magnifique (I'm sure I butchered that word… but you get the drift).

And to wrap it up and put a bow on it, the atmosphere and artwork bring the whole experience together beautifully.

“It was such a lovely venture out for my Mom’s birthday, on Friday. Alex and Dominique (management) are quite lovely, and helped make our dining experience all the more, a joy! “Manhattan Beach. YOU SHOULD GET 3 SCOOPS BUT 2 IS OK. 1 scoop was $6.25 and 2 was $6.75. 3 was $7 something. If you like toppings, the banana split is the way to go for $10.25. There were some seats outside, but this place was more like a take out place. Walk the beach and go to the promenade. The museum wasn't interesting.

“I rarely eat seafood from unfamiliar spots (yes, I’m a bit of a seafood snob), but Yunagi Kitchen near LAX had great reviews, so I gave it a shot—and I’m glad I did. I’ll definitely be ordering again when I’m in the area.

We tried a variety of rolls, and everything tasted fresh and arrived quickly. But the real standout? The Crunch Roll with real crab. Mind. Blown. I honestly could have ordered four of those and called it a day—absolutely delicious.

Knocking off one star for a small but annoying detail: no sriracha included in the order. I noticed they sell “extra sriracha,” which is fine—I don’t mind paying if needed—but at least give a heads-up that none is included. A little communication would’ve gone a long way.

Still, great sushi and a solid choice near the airport. Highly recommend—just don’t forget to ask for your sauces!“

Our waitress was friendly and our food came out quick. The house margarita was also just like I like them, not too strong and not too sour. Great place for good food and quality service. Food was delicious, not thrown together, the girl working the register was very friendly and welcoming, and the guy on the grill went out of his way to accommodate special orders for the kids and even brought the food out himself.

Hard to find quality service, especially in the fast food space, but the two people working this store are solid.“

This particular location does not offer the non-dairy soft serve however. Overall, this place is small, but it covers most of your health juice needs.“
