“I didn’t choose this restaurant myself—a friend picked it because she’s pescatarian and the menu suited her dietary preferences. While I can appreciate that, I personally found the options a bit disappointing. I ended up ordering a salad, which unfortunately couldn’t be customized with any protein, and a small plate of olives.

That said, others at the table seemed to enjoy their dishes more, so it might just come down to personal taste. I will give credit where it’s due: the drinks were immaculate—definitely a highlight of the evening. The dessert, on the other hand, was just okay.

Overall, it wasn’t quite the experience I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t choose to return. However, if you take a look at the menu and it excites you, this could very well be a great spot for your palate. Just not mine.“

“We made a reservation for dinner at sunset and it did not disappoint. But let's talk food....absolutely amazing. The filet was melt in your mouth delicious. The hands cut fries were awesome as was the pizza. Service was great. Would definitely go there again when in the area. If this isn't on your list of places to try then your are definitely missing out!“

“I was recommended to go to this place from a mate who used to go there all the time when he lived in LA before it was renovated. my first night in America and This was my go to venue and I can say I was definitely NOT disappointed. There was an awesome vibe, I was on my own so I just asked for a spot at the bar. The food was awesome a good variety to select and what I had I was really happy with. Above all else Amber at the bar was a total gem. she was engaging. She was Friendly, was busy, She knew her craft and was very welcoming. Amber is credit to the owners and what they're are building. Absolutely would be coming back to this place again.“

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was top-notch - fast, friendly, and attentive. The portions were enormous, and the food was absolutely delicious.

“Visited Mercado for the first time yesterday after working in this neighborhood for the last five years and I’m amazed as to why I didn’t find this little job sooner. I went there with three coworkers for dinner at 5 o’clock. It was a little early, but the restaurant was about 25% full already. It’s a great ambience both indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. They have a happy hour menu. We chose their Carnitas nachos which although small it is packed with Carnitas and full of flavor for main dish I chose their Carnitas big plate which was amazing and it came separately with tortillas. My coworkers picked tacos from their happy hour menu one picked their fish tacos, which he gave a five star rating and two of my coworkers picked their shrimp tacos, which they also gave five star rating and they said it was very flavorful for dessert. We had the churros that came with condensed milk and chocolate syrup, and it was well presented and really delicious And the server also served us complementary Agua Fresca and the flavor of the day was cantaloupe, which was really really delicious will be there again and our server was very pleasant and fast.

Very expensive at $500 per night, used the 2 $10 free tickets at bar for 2 drinks and still owed $8.36. This was the host hotel and stayed 2 nights Fri/Sat July 22-23, 2022, with hamburger & soup in room, total $1100. T.“

“Evelyn was absolutely amazing!! The menu was just ok, it didn't offer a lot of variety but the food itself was pretty good. The service was next level!! She was attentive, checked in often and went above and beyond. My husband and I celebrated our 16-year anniversary and she even surprised us with a delicious dessert. Thank you!“

“It was such a lovely venture out for my Mom’s birthday, on Friday. Alex and Dominique (management) are quite lovely, and helped make our dining experience all the more, a joy! Parking: They have metered parking in a parking structure, as well as on the street. There’s at least two parking structures in the area. I have never had a problem finding parking.“

“Literally cannot stop visiting this place. Beware the "small" size will still get you 3 hearty scoops. Also, prepare to get your hands dirty; go for the bigger cones. Go-to favorite is the peanut butter brownie but be ready for heartburn afterwards.“

“Manhattan Beach. YOU SHOULD GET 3 SCOOPS BUT 2 IS OK. 1 scoop was $6.25 and 2 was $6.75. 3 was $7 something. If you like toppings, the banana split is the way to go for $10.25. There were some seats outside, but this place was more like a take out place. Walk the beach and go to the promenade. The museum wasn't interesting.

“I was searching for a place to eat lunch. I missed the good old days with some restos I visited already gone after my long absence.

I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup & the namesake burger bowl [mixed greens, jack & cheddar cheese blend, red onions, tomatoes & pickles topped with sliced turkey patty (rather than beef) & scallions & served with homemade ranch dressing].

Both menu items are without avocado (?) upon request for health reasons.

Parking: It took me a minute to look for a spot inside the garage without any difficulty.“

“We stopped in hoping for a good, quick bite between Redondo beach and our Airbnb in Culver City and this was just right. The portions are big and everything we tried was delicious. The chips and salsa were perfect! I had the grilled mahi mahi tacos and my husband ate the carne asada. Our kids enjoyed their cheese quesadilla, cheese enchiladas and Shirley Temples. Our waitress was friendly and our food came out quick. The house margarita was also just like I like them, not too strong and not too sour. Great place for good food and quality service. The parking lot is small and shared with Baskin Robbin’s but since we were there in off peak time we were able to park in the lot.“
