“Didnt know they had breakfast on weekends! We went this past Saturday. I was impressed with their selections. There dinner menu isnt the greatest just from trying it a few times. Breakfast menu has a variety of sweet and savory options including delicious mimosa that I haven't heard of. Highly recommend. I had the Tiger Shrimp Benedict. First time trying that and it was delicious. I can wait to return to try their French Toast which is usually my go to. Service was wonderful as well.“

“This was the best restaurant I never ate in. Lemme explain. My superwonderul-one-in-a-million friend is in Monterey visiting her sister and bro-in-law there. (Actually they live in Chico, CA but they drove down to Monterey for the weekend.) So, says I, "Why not try Sardine Factory? (I live in Albuquerque, but hey, Diana is my superwonderul-one-in-a-million friend...oops, I already said that... and she is in CA, visiting from Albuquerque). So I called Sardine Factory and spoke to Mary and she took my credit card number and the rest is history. THANK YOU MARY! Diana, my friend, said it was a "10." "Staff was fantatic."in the Conservatory. "The waiter tied a bib" on her. The best meal I ever had... from 1,00 miles away. Mary, you are the sweetest person in the world! But Diana loved it, and that what matters the most. Oh, she had cioppino (see photo) and her sister had "delicious" seafood pasta and her bro in law had sea bass ("very good"). Unlike another high-end restaurant where we had dinner a few months ago, there was nothing stingy about the pours at Chez Noir. “I had done a search for the best clam chowder in Monterey and they are at the top of almost every list, and they were right! I got the clam chowder in the garlic sourdough bowl I highly recommend them! My wife, Michele got risotto with caramelized onions, shrimp and sole. We had a view of Monterey Bay and some sea lions playing. Our server, Giovanny, was phenomenal! He brought Michele a piece of complimentary cheesecake and a rose for her birthday. 🌹 I had the chocolate creme brûlée. Great start to our mini-vacay in Monterey!“

We’ve been here tons of times, but today when we went in, the service wasn’t the same, waitress seemed upset for some reason because I asked for extra avocado & I had to ask another waitress for some chips 20 minutes later because the original waitress never asked us if we needed anything else after they brought us our food. Besides that, food was delicious 👍🏿“

“Monterey Fish House was one of the highlights of my trip! I ordered the raw oysters and a seafood pasta, and both were excellent. The oysters were incredibly fresh, clean-tasting, and the perfect way to start the meal. The seafood pasta was just as impressive, loaded with fresh seafood, perfectly cooked, and served in a huge portion that was definitely worth the price. You can tell they don’t skimp on quality or quantity.

The restaurant has a welcoming, local feel, and the food speaks for itself. If you’re in Monterey and looking for fresh seafood, this is a spot you shouldn’t miss. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!“

“Had a fantastic experience at Lighthouse Bistro Global Cuisine! One of the things that stood out to us was that they offer halal lamb and chicken options. We ordered the Pomegranate Chicken and an off-the-menu lamb kabob, and both dishes were outstanding.
The chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, while the lamb kabob was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The seasoned vegetables were done just right, and the rice was cooked to perfection, making the entire meal feel balanced and satisfying.
The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and parking was easy and convenient right outside the restaurant.

There was lots of dog stuff someone had stepped in Inside was nice although a chair did keep yanking my hair out. I had a filtered Margarita that was delicious to start. We started with a salad with pecans and citrus, baked Brie, asparagus, shrimp cocktail. All very good . Then we shared the pork fava beans and mushrooms dish, sorels. Our guests had a polenta small plate and also the pork dish. For desert our guests had a had the white pudding stuff and we had the tiramisu which was huge. Best Thai restaurant I've ever been to with the best drunken noodles I've ever had and I've had a lot! The flavor layers were incredible. Spring rolls were fresh and light and delicious and the chicken satay was perfect. Also tried the Pho and it was incredible. Again the flavor layers where deep and rich and big. The bar is great and well stocked. And the mango/vanilla ice cream/sticky rice desert was amazing. Great quality meats and veggies. Just a perfect place that I will be visiting a lot in the future and it's only a 20 minute drive from Monterey. Also met a really nice guy sitting at the bar with us. Highly recommend!!!“

“We haven't been here in awhile, sad to say, but for Father's day My Lovely wife & I did, glad we did, the Drinks are always great here, the Seafood is always outstanding. We Ordered the Smokle Salmon Plate, which was amazing & also back on the menu the Steamed clams with Garlic Bread (oh how Wonderful). My wife also ordered the cup of Clam Chowder which was delicious.“
