“From the street view you would never guess this cozy ramen spot was hiding back here. I’m so glad we have a Hinodeya in this side of the bay! The interior is so welcoming and nicely arranged. You order from your phone at your table, and the food comes out hot and fast.

I was pleasantly by the number of vegan options on the menu! The yuzu ramen was refreshing and so good. I would also recommend some soft serve if you’re craving a sweet treat. I would definitely come back here to try more.“

“Ramen Arashi is easily one of my new favorite spots in Fremont. The food is legit. I ordered the Arashi ramen and it was super flavorful — rich broth without being too heavy, and the chashu was soft and tender. The noodles had the perfect chew, and the bowl came out piping hot, which I loved.

I also tried the karaage and it surprised me. Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and not greasy at all. Portion size was really generous too. Even the side toppings were fresh and well-seasoned.

Service was fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I already want to go back and try more from the menu. If you’re anywhere near Fremont and craving ramen, this spot is a must-try.“

“This is the first time to dine in the restaurant. We ordered 3 items to share: a huge Omelette Rice, a curry rice and a ramen. Omelette rice was delicious, beef curry soup was different from others as it had only beef, no others. Ramen was also good. Good service, too.

“Had the vegan creamy ramen and it was delicious! Only complaint was that the vegetables and toppings were cold, as if they had just come out of the fridge. The thickness of the noodles was somewhere in between traditional ramen and udon. Their vegan broth rivals Marufuku’s, I think, but I prefer how Marufuku does their vegan ramen overall because the ingredients, both temperature- and texture-wise, meld together better.
I’ll try the other two vegan/vegetarian ramen options next time I come here.“

The tonkotsu ramen is amazing, tasty yet not-too-gravy broth, chewy noodles, refreshing sprouts and veggies, and on top of all, real good chashu pork, much unlike any bland pork slices elsewhere. Great service and fair price. Highly recommended, though do remember to reserve online prior to your arrival.

Uzumakiya Udon: (4/5)
The Uzumakiya Udon is good，the noodles are chewy, not overcooked; and the broth is flavorful. The other toppings leave something to be desired, so if you want to be satisfied, order the Oxtail instead. (Although it’s gotten quite expensive😔）“

“It can get busy really quick and for a great reason! This was one of the best ramen in the area, flavorful, great portion and amazing all around. It was not heavy greasy and the noodles were perfect.

Hubby and I only got the ramen but will def come back for the mazemen noodles. Their sides were vary flavorful too.
