The food here does indeed speak for itself. I'm partial to the crunch Barboca tacos, but it's all delicious.

They've kept the quality alive where most seem to fail in recent years.

“We are from the Bay Area, but Zorro’s is probably my top restaurant for Mexican food among all we frequent. Tastes are exquisite. A very large selection. Staff is friendly and efficient. Everything came out fast and seems fresh.
Salsa bar and chips are fun.
The pollo (shredded chicken) is in some sauce that is packed full of flavor. Loved it in the super burrito. Others in the party loved it in the burrito bowl.
The rice and beans are very flavorful.
Flautas were a hit even with the kids.

“Driving back from Avila, we drove Highway 1, and we pass thru the town of Guadalupe, we stop close to a Market, and asked a resident couple were was the best place to eat? They recommended Nardo's for their great Menudo.
This family restaurant is a gem in Guadalupe: friendly service, home cooking taste, the portions were just right. I had Chilaquiles with Steak and 2 eggs, my wife had Menudo and delicious home made tortillas.
If you happen to drive thru Guadalupe, stop by this Restaurant, you will have an awesome meal.“

We also had the chicken Mole, which was very good, I was wishing for a little sour cream, but that isn't the style there. Chips and salsa were complimentary, and excellent. “This place, oh man. I only got here because I followed the smell from the carne al pastor from one block away. I never expected to find myself with the best burrito maybe in all California.The carne al pastor was amazing, basically like the pastor that you would eat at home with your family. They messed up on the order and I had to pay for them to fix it. They argued with me even though I repeated the order multiple times over the phone. In all my years of eating Mexican food in the state of California, I have never paid for these items. Usually, a small tortilla is given to enjoy the rice and beans.“

“Very very very delicious.. it’s been a minute where I leave a restaurant fully 100% satisfied and I was very happy and will be coming back. Just wish there was alcohol but they are in the process of getting their license. I got the shrimp cocktail and a taco de camarón de Culiacán and my husband got the 3 tostadas de ceviche which was served in a bowl with tostadas on the side! The best idea! We will be back hopefully next time we can pair it with a miche ??“

“This place is absolutely wonderful!!! Ingrid and her family make this place special. Ingrid tries to please you in anyway she can to make you happy. We love a mexican restaurant in Nipomo because of the way they make their crunchy tacos. We have been trying to find a place in 5 Cities that we liked. We have tried several places and could not find a place we liked. We tried La Casitas and the food is wonderful. We asked Ingrid if she could make me tacos like this. And her husband who is the cook did. That meant so much to me and my family. And the tacos were absolutely delicious!!!! I will be going back again and again. And bringing all my friends too. They recently got their liquor license, so they have margaritas and a ton of other drinks. Please support this business. They work really hard to please all of their customers.“

“Great stop. Recently opened. Read in the papers the city really gave them a hard time as the building needed many upgrades. New place looks fantastic. Dia de los muertos theme. Simple menu, creative packaging, and food tasted authentic. Had the 3 red taco special which comes with consome (beef birria stew) not bad. Ordered the guacamole and chips. Also a great serving of ships and guacamole was good and fresh. Would recommend pay a little more and order Ala cart. Beer was COLD! DRAFT.“

Nadia especially was super kind and patient with the kids as they ordered.Shoutout to the prep team who not only got our whole order correct but labeled it clearly as well! Great job!The dining room is very pleasant thanks to the recent remodel.
