“Tommy Bahamas hosted my rehearsal dinner for my wedding, a total of 16 adults and 4 children. They went above and beyond. Initially, we were on the outdoor terrace surrounded by other customers. I asked if we could be more secluded since some of the family and guests wanted to say some words. They proceeded to move our entire group to a different section of the terrace for a more private and quiet setting. It was incredibly kind and generous of them to do so. Benjamin, our waiter was also terrific. He was prompt, thorough, and the service we received was unparalleled. The food and drinks, as always, were tremendous, and my wife and I could not be more satisfied. They even gave us a piece of pina colada cake as a celebration! Thank you again to the entire Tommy Bahama staff for a wonderful evening.“

We wanted to try a Coachella Valley favorite- the date shake.
We came across Lappert’s and decided to give them a try.
The store has a fun vibe to it. The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. It looks like they have a very broad and creative menu, and can make just about anything that one could imagine. My husband ordered the date shake and I opted for the small cup with 2 generous scoops.
The standard cookies and cream was probably the best version I have ever had. It appears as they make all of their ice cream themselves.
For my other scoop I tried the Navels and ganach. What I really liked was that it was an orange ice cream and not a sorbet.
It tasted like one of the boxed chocolate flavors.
I would say the real winner here was the date shake. It has a very unique flavor, but not too strong. They used date ice cream and vanilla ice cream.
I would definitely recommend Lappert’s!!“

“Really excellent banh mi and spring rolls. I tried the chicken banh mi, vermacelli noodles with tofu (kids meal) and chicken spring rolls. Everything was excellent. The banh mi was easily one of the top 5 I've ever had (I'm a big banh mi fan). The tofu was delicious as well. I also loved how they make the spring rolls from scratch.

My parents - neither of whom likes sandwiches or is a particular fan of Vietnamese food - raved about their banh mis.“

My wife and I had the lomo saltado and I had to get the ceviche con chicharron it was absolutely delicious. We usually make stops throughout the places we visit to try the Peruvian food and this is it. The ceviche was fresh and had all the authentic ingredients it’s like if we were sitting in Peru eating. This is going to be our go to spot when visiting the area.“

“We were looking for some tasty breakfast at lunchtime and we found this place on Google with really high reviews so we decided to give it a try. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, close at 2, fyi.

When we walked in it gave off the old school diner vibe which we like! We were greeted right away and let them know we wanted take out. We sat at the bar and chatted with them while deciding what to order. Such friendly and accommodating staff! We are staying in a hotel so they made sure to provide us with all of the condiments and things we needed to take our meal back.

I ordered the Monte Cristo and it was divine! It was our favorite out of everything because it was packed with flavor and they were these cute little mini sandwich bites we could all share. My parents got the eggs and hash browns and really enjoyed a nice, simple home cooked meal. My daughter got the grilled cheese and fries and she thought the cheese was a bit too much, but otherwise she really enjoyed it.

They also had pies in a pie display and these awesome looking cinnamon rolls. We visit the desert often and will be adding this place to our regular rotation! Family friendly, lots of food options at an affordable price and free parking! We will take it! Check it out next time you are in Palm Desert!“

“As a regular chaser of foods Japanese, I was so excited to discover Musashi! A small gem in Palm Desert. We were greeted by some cool jazz music in the background. There were people waiting for the doors to open. A good sign. We enjoyed sake, veggie tempura, miso soup, nigiri, sushi, and sashimi. All were excellent. Service was on point. “Coffee was decent. It was a little bitter, but still good overall. Definitely tasted like a dark roast, which some people may prefer. I like more of a smooth medium roast, so if you like dark roast, you will probably really like the coffee. The atmosphere is nice and the service was great. My friend ordered her drink a specific way and when it was messed up, they made her a new one right on the spot. The IW stands for Indian Wells, but since this one is outside of Indian Wells, the gentleman who works there told me it stands for I Want Coffee… which should be their t-shirt ❤️

“This a a top notch restaurant and so are the employees!
When we arrived there wasn't a table available for us to dine there, however, they made it happen and we enjoyed sitting outside with perfect weather and beautiful ambiance.
We ordered calamari for appetizers; for dinner we ordered the halibut special and two veal scallopine. Both meals were delicious. For dessert we ordered the fig gelato which was also very delicious and unique. The nighttime weather was just as delicious as all the meals we enjoyed! You will not be disappointed if you decide to dine here.“

“My husband and I love Guillermo 's . Family run business that knows how to make the customer feel special. We bring everyone we know here! The food is fantastic and high quality! It's an upscale Mexican restaurant , we love the ribeye tacos and the 2 different pork dishes offered, the margaritas are out of this world!! We go at least 2x a month when staying out in Palm Desert. A special thank you to Guillermo who stops and chats with the patrons and to Melissa who serves us and treats us as friends. The whole staff is wonderful and hard working !“

“My favorite restaurant in the Coachella Valley, they maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere even during a lunch rush, the food is all of good quality and has never disappointed me. Many locals have been coming here for years and are pleasant to nod a head at. The Eggs Benedict with spinach on a crepe (potatoes provençales on the side) is my favorite order. May God bless and preserve their business and their employees.

“I’d give 5 stars for my Horchata milk tea with grass jelly, cos it was so good and honestly hard to find a great bubble tea place in Palm Springs and this is one of the better ones for sure. The fact that there are so many non diary options is amazing.Downside is that they ended up filling up my cup with ice when I asked for very light ice.My fiancé got the Hokkaido milk tea which has great flavour but the tapioca balls themselves were not as chewy as some of the other ones we’ve had.We didn’t sit inside but each table has a simple board game on it. Very cute vibes. Overall will come back again!

We came here for dinner yesterday, on Friday 10/4. We were a lot , about 36 people; 7 families from LA, that went on a vacation in the Palm Desert area. My daughter chose that restaurant, and made a reservation for 20 people (that how we started this trip).
When more people decided to join us, they made their own reservations, for various different hours (whatever was available online).
On Friday, my daughter called the restaurant, and explained SEAN, the manager , that we are a big group, with different hours of reservations, but would like to dine together. I will not exaggerate if I will say that this nice and kind manager (SEAN) did EVERYTHING he could to accommodate all of us together at 8pm, and moreover, put all of us (36 people!) together in a private room. He greeted us upon arrival, and during the whole evening checked on us, to make sure everything is o.k.
Thank to him, and his wonderful crew, we had a beautiful and unforgettable evening!
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding !
The vibe and the atmosphere is so happy and vibrant. The chefs are doing anything to make your experience here unique and happy.
We all enjoyed it SO much! Excellent food, with a great entertainment.
If you are visiting the Palm Desert area, do not miss this gorgeous restaurant.

“Really good meal of mushroom soup, poached pear salad with walnuts and goat cheese, homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle butter, chocolate tort desert. The pasta dish was absolutely incredible and one of best I remember. Highly recommend for great Italian meal.“
