“Fast casual Japanese eatery specializing in ramen and small rice bowls. Go-to place for the family to pick up takeout or eat in the common food court area within the Mitsuwa grocery store.
A family favorite is the char siu rice bowl (side dish #45). It is simple comfort food with warm and plump short grain rice, topped with tender pork and freshly sliced green onions. The shichimi (seven flavor chili powder) offered at the counter is a nice complement.
The Hiyashi ramen is a cold noodle summer special. Two slices of tender pork, green onions, red pickled ginger, thinly sliced cucumber, and other goodies. Santouka offers three types of sauce - tried the spicey sauce, but felt the mala overpowered the dish a bit. Would recommend the shoyu or sesame sauces and then adding shichimi for more heat.“

“The ramen is delicious, but if you're thinking of adding on broccolini skip it. They charge $1 for literally the smallest piece I've ever seen and when I called to voice my concern about feeling ripped off, they didn't care. I feel like if you're paying $20 for a bowl of ramen you should get what you pay for“
“The only reason I can't give 5 Stars is that the bar is apparently reserved for Walk-Ins only, those with reservations are apparently not welcome to sit down for a pre-dining experience. Don't arrive early thinking you might enjoy a lounge or bar area. You must wait outside or in a cramped foyer area. However, once seated the service and food is outstanding.“

“Clean store with polite staff and good quality sushi. It’s my go to when I’m feeling too lazy to make anything for lunch or if I’m shopping nearby. I also love that they are one of the only places around here that have zaru soba, and my husband says their baked salmon roll is his favorite of all time. The staff remember you if you come in more than once and have excellent service too!“

“The house curry ramen was SO good!!!! I am very picky about my ramen and this just had the perfect balance of flavors - not too salty, super flavorful, tender meat - DELICIOUS! Also our waiter Angelica was so sweet and friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable!“

“Very good ramen spot. The aesthetic of the place was nice and relaxing. It does tend to get hot in that place.
The food: by far one of the better ramen spots ove had. The ramen was absolutely flavorful, with excellent cuts of meats. All of the sides came out delicious, the sauces were on point.
My only gripe, but not worthy of dropping a star is the tsukimen. The tsukimen broth is WAY too liquidy, to the point that you oughtta just dump the bowl in the broth and call it regular ramen. My many years of japan the dipping ramen broth was always thick and flavorfull and sticks to whatever you dip in. The is the first place ive experienced doing tsukimen in such a different manner.
Other than that one thing, the food is amazing and well presented.“

“Craving for ramen on a Saturday while in Kearny, so we tried Raki-Raki.
Lot of menus offered, but we ended up ordering:
Original Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen - creamy white soup broth. I guess we’re used to other tonkotsu ramen tastes, more seasoned than this one. Chashu pork was overcooked and too lean. Not a big fan of their ramen toppings. Noodles were good. 4/5
RakiRaki Bento Box - great portion. Gyoza, Takoyaki, RakiRaki roll were all good. Karaage was just crispy, missing seasoning, it was just bland. I guess adding salt and pepper before breading or with the breading probably makes it taste better. 4/5

Parking was still good at 11 a.m. but when we were done around 11:45 a.m., cars were waiting for parking. Complimentary 2 hrs parking when doing business at this plaza.“

“I have been here more than any other restaurant...I love the food and it's hard to beat some steak skewers with the garlic rice. Their soups are also good, and the staff are friendly. The place is a little old inside, however, the food makes up for it and everything is reasonably priced for the quality. My friends and family love this place and you can tell the owner cares about the food that comes out.“

“This place was such an amazing experience! I went here with my wife and got a ramen and a curry! I really enjoyed the tonkotsu ramen, the broth was so rich. The curry was also good but it wasn’t my thing. This waitress was super accommodating and sweet I think her name was Valerie? I don’t remember clearly but she was a great help. The atmosphere was very cozy, we went at a time where they weren’t too busy so it wasn’t packed! The mood was just perfect for a date in San Diego!“

“A solid sushi spot with fresh food and a good variety of rolls. We were seated quickly, which was a nice bonus, and the service was friendly throughout the meal. Everything tasted good, and the presentation was nice. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good place for a casual sushi dinner.“

“Looking for a replacement Chinese Restaurant, since my favorite closed down. Ran out of options in Poway. So decided to give 369 a try. They had a few Chinese options, so tried the Broccoli Beef lunch special. I was pleasantly surprise, very good flavor and large portions. The regular portion would feed two. They also sell Beef Chow Fun. I normally have to get this at a sit down place. Theirs is pretty good. One day I will try the Ramen.“
