Can’t say I’ve had many turkey burgers in my past to compare this one to, but I can say I enjoyed mine. The meat was juicy and was pretty tasty. The fries were nice and crisp which I prefer as well, so all good. My co-workers seemed to enjoy their meals as well so all good. Price was the surprise. A lot of great options on their $10 lunch menu which will have me coming back to try a few more. Considering there was only one server and a manager, they managed to keep up with service and our water glasses full.“

“It was my first time dining at this location while I waited for my car tires to get serviced across the street. The restaurant was relatively busy for a weekday early morning. My waitress Yaneli served as hostess at the 8am hour and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She took my order which came out quickly from the kitchen piping hot, brought over condiments and checked on me several times to make sure I was OK and refill my OJ even though she was a one-woman show in a packed section of the restaurant. She made a hectic morning of errands turn around with a refreshing and cheerful vibe. Would definitely come back!“

“I grew up in this area 68 years ago and now live out of State. My family has a nearby home. While visiting, we stumbled on the Heights and they are the bomb! 5 stars hands down! They have excellent sandwiches among other great dishes. The sandwich rolls are the most delicious crispy French bread you ever had! They don't skimp on the sandwich contents no matter which one you choose. Oscar provides outstanding counter service and even let's me change out a few ingredients at no additional charge! Ignore any line, this place is worth any wait.

“Bit of a long wait but we expect that on a Sunday morning. All family members, including kids, cleaned their plates. My veggie omelette was solid. Reminded me of an omelette bar! “I've been going to Pieloon for a few years now and it is THE BEST restaurant in Downey! The food is always fabulous, the portions are large, the service is perfect! I've had appetizers, salads, pastas, steaks, burgers, sandwiches (I'm addicted to the BLT) and many of their specials. My family and I go now 2x a week and have trouble deciding what to get because it's all so good! And the pies...their pumpkin pie is the best I've ever had and the blueberry cheesecake is fabulous...but just wait until fresh peach pie season...I'll gain weight just thinking about it...the fresh peach is the best pie I've ever, EVER had! I love this place and the people who work there!! They're like family now!“

“Hello This is a good news/bad news review. We frequent Only Place quite often. We probably average about 3 times a month. But it's not unusual to go a couple times in a week. Your food and serving staff are excellent. Among our favorites are Whitney, Bronwyn, Hanna, Jose to name a few. Whitney is especially great! Now the bad news. We were in last Friday and were shocked with the unexpected bright lighting. It was uncomfortably bright. Nobody needs that much light!! And considering the average age of your customers it's even more important to keep the lighting flattering. We had to move from our booth because it was so disconcerting. Please please please change the bulbs in the overhead lights. If you have to squint to see the bulb it's TOO bright. We loved the family atmosphere of Only Place. The new lighting level ruins the atmosphere. We're begging you please return to the previous pleasing level. Thank you“

“Stopped in to have a few drinks while visiting LA. I sat at the bar and both bartenders were friendly and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were both clean.

My second visit was also great. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table on a busy Friday evening around 7:00.
