“My friends and I stopped in yesterday afternoon for a tasting and were blown away by the hospitality we received from the staff. The staff that served us were James and Noemmi. Noemmi and James were very attentive and hospitable. The wines we sampled were amazing and showed a true testament to the diversity of the Napa valley wine experience. I highly recommend if you’re looking to try some amazing Napa Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and an amazing Cabernet Franc which often isn’t thought of in Napa!“

“It was raining when we visited so they set us up on the porch of the main building, which I LOVED. They had the heaters going and offered a cozy blanket. We were allowed to walk literally anywhere we wanted which was such a cool experience to see the bottling process and the cellar. “5 stara for ambience, service, and the fact that kids are allowed, 3.5 stars for the wine itself. We had a 6 year old with us and very few places in Napa allow kids these days, but this one was on several lists. The setting is gorgeous and we had great service in the bistro. Our party of 6 adults and 2 kids ordered a bunch of food like muffaletta sandwiches and a variety of cheeses, and order all 5 glasses of wine and turned it into a tasting. We had a nice big area to ourselves and we were encouraged to wander the property with our wine if we wanted. The property is huge and feels like an old Europe chateau. The wines were decent but not amazing, especially for the price. But I liked the wines here better than Hoopes, another kid-friendly winery, and I'd definitely come back if I was in the area with my kid again.“

“My friends and I stopped in over the weekend and were delighted that we did. Joseph was our host and he was amazing! Provided extensive knowledge about the wines and was very attentive although he was busy with so many other groups. This winery is also veteran& military friendly which I have the utmost respect for supporting businesses who support our troops and veteran community. I highly recommend trying their Cabernet Franc, one of the few wineries in Napa that sell it and it’s phenomenal!“

“Rombauer allows you to reserve a table for wine by the glass or bottle, and they even welcome outside food for a picnic-style experience at their garden tables. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and make the whole experience feel extra special.

My partner and I visited on my 30th birthday. We couldn’t sit outside because of the rain, but the team set up a lovely table for me inside, complete with a big birthday balloon. Thank you for making my birthday so special!“

My wife and I have been coming here for over 12 years, and it’s not only one of our all-time favorite restaurants; it’s a must every time we visit Napa. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, our engagement, and soon we’ll be back in December for our babymoon.

The food is consistently exceptional. The roast chicken is the best we’ve ever had, the steak frites is divine, and the salade lyonnaise is indulgent perfection. You simply have to end the evening with the profiteroles and crème brûlée; it’s non-negotiable.

But what truly sets Bouchon apart is the team. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Their hospitality is world-class, and it’s clear they take immense pride in what they do.

“Our best visit during our trip to Napa! We visited Domaine Carneros, B.Cellars, Davis Estates, Grgich, and Prager Port. We had a nice visit at all of those vineyards, but none of them came close to the hospitality, friendliness and generosity that Ryan Morales showed us during our tasting at Maxville. The wines were fantastic, as was meeting Cullen...a member of the wine making team. The entire visit was spot on from the minute we arrived, to the tour of the grounds, to the tasting. “Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. If you're a Cabernet drinker (or want to be), this is the right place.“

“Kunde “Wine Dog Walk” is a must for wine enthusiasts with dogs! The morning started with a meet and greet type settings at the estate with the group going. The hike then went through vineyard blocks on the estate where the fall colors and the incredible weather were breathtaking!
Kunde left no detail out at each well planned point to stop, take in the view, hear stories and history with 5th generation Jordan while enjoying wine tasting on our journey. They even had water for your pets at each stop! The hike ended with a delicious catered lunch, a final tasting and well deserved rest. The dogs were also able to “water taste” select estate water blends paired with dog treats!! Manny my golden 100% enjoyed all the treats and the 2025 bacon blend water.

Markham is our favorite of the 20 we visited that week. We will be joining their wine club... when we finish the wine we shipped home.

Great tasting and our host went above and beyond. While multitasking his guests including a private party, he made us feel more than just welcome. He gave us appropriate time to enjoy our wine, always returning at the right time. He shared history and fun personal experiences living in Napa for over 50 years, while laughing with us. Regrettably, his contact info was lost during wine shipping home.“

A truly welcoming atmosphere and beautiful little tasting room made our impromptu visit a delight. Staff were so warm and knowledgeable (especially Leanah) and even though we only popped in for a glass of wine rather than a tasting, we were treated in such a friendly manner even being allowed to bring our two small dogs in!
We had a glass of the 2022 Peacemaker and the Block 126 Petite Sirah. The Peacemaker was so good, jammy, fruity and smooth, that we bought two bottles!

Only downside is that they offer a Bacon and Wine Experience, but no Sausage and Wine Experience??? :-)

We will definitely be back (maybe next time with sausages).“
