“It was raining when we visited so they set us up on the porch of the main building, which I LOVED. They had the heaters going and offered a cozy blanket. We were allowed to walk literally anywhere we wanted which was such a cool experience to see the bottling process and the cellar. All wines were delish and the staff was so friendly and attentive, especially Angela and Jeff(?). Would recommend!“

The outdoor area resembled a peaceful garden, featuring charming sculptures and a stylish building with an old charm. The entrance, adorned with a unique arch, led us to a souvenir shop offering a variety of items, including wines and scented candles, from which we purchased some delightful gifts.

Two people who work there took time to stop and chat with us and tell us about the history of Inglenook and their wine options. We made a bistro reservation and had fun walking around the 2nd floor museum with a glass of wine in hand. Highly recommend working in a stop at Inglenook!“

“A truly memorable experience at Rutherford Hill Winery!
We were hosted by Ryan, who did a fantastic job accommodating our family’s diverse wine preferences. I’m a red wine enthusiast (who will happily enjoy a white), my wife prefers white and just lightly sips reds, and our daughter leans toward white but loves experimenting with new reds. Ryan navigated all of that with ease and curated a tasting that delighted each of us.

The setting was just as spectacular as the wine—perched high on the hill with sweeping views of the valley below. We stayed cool under a canopy of umbrellas while sipping through a generous and varied lineup of wines. Everything we tasted was so good that we ended up joining the wine club on the spot!

The team was so efficient with our order that the shipment nearly beat us home! A huge thanks to Ryan and everyone at Rutherford Hill for an unforgettable afternoon in wine country. We’ll definitely be back!“

This was our first tour of our stay and it likely made all the others a slight less enjoyable. Chris was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. We walked around the property and learned about the land, grapes, neighbors, natural agricultural techniques, and even the animals on the property. “The 2023 Napa Valley Merlot and 2022 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir were fantastic, and most surprisingly, the 2024 Sauvignon Blanc and the 2023 Carneros Chardonnay were delightful. I have never truly liked a white wine until I had those two.“

“Our best visit during our trip to Napa! We visited Domaine Carneros, B.Cellars, Davis Estates, Grgich, and Prager Port. We had a nice visit at all of those vineyards, but none of them came close to the hospitality, friendliness and generosity that Ryan Morales showed us during our tasting at Maxville. The wines were fantastic, as was meeting Cullen...a member of the wine making team. The entire visit was spot on from the minute we arrived, to the tour of the grounds, to the tasting. “Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!“

“We loved our visit to Cornerstone Cellars. We vacationed in Napa Valley and this was the first tasting on our itinerary - it turned out to be one of the best! We left with a bottle of the Fiddlestix pinot but all their wines were fantastic and our host Lisa was phenomenal. We had our Frenchie with us and even he was attended to with water and treats!

“The service was great — we were early on a hot, hot day. James welcomed us right in and set us up with water and a glass of wine to cool us down. Even though we were more than an hour early, the kitchen prepared our bacon and the wine tasting was set up. AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! The bacon slices were over a quarter inch thick and topped with amazing sauces. Each slice paired perfectly with Napa wines produced at the Priest Ranch vineyard. If you’re a fan of bacon (and who isn’t), this pairing cannot be missed. We will recommend this tasting to all friends who find themselves in the Napa/Yountsville area!“
