“I started coming here when I “tried it out” because I was often getting my drink made wrong at other stores. Watt and kings never lets me down. I’ve been daily visiting this store since. I’ll sacrifice the convenience of a drive through. also they create a very calm and accepting atmosphere it seems very easily. Tia is great every time there’s a few more people I’m not remembering their names right now but one has a buzz cut and there’s a lady with brown hair who’s always smiling, she just got her coffee masters. Just straight up, props to you guys cause I look forward to getting my coffee each day. I just want to say again though how great it is for the coffee to be so consistent every time. That’s probably my favorite part.“

“Starbucks has always been a very good coffee shop. It's one of my favorites. It's not too high class but it's definitely not low class by far. It's the perfect atmosphere and perfect coffee mixtures. If it's not right then they'll remake it for free.“

“I decided to try a new drink instead of my go to coffee. I end up ordering the spicy dragon fruit refresher. Let me tell you. It has a nice little kick to it but it’s not off pretty. I enjoyed it. Only thing I can say that it could be a little sweeter, but I’m a diabetic so it is what it is.“

Employees (Bea and Tobi) and the cashier (sorry, I forgot their name) were very nice.I tried the sample pumpkin chai tea something or other they had and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Then ordered my sandwich at the counter.I grabbed my pre-ordered drink... Verified it was mine/my mistake, and just didn't care for it... I normally would just drink it as it was my fault! But Bea and Tobi were so nice as they helped their other customers (and me as I was waiting for my lunch) - I asked them if they would mind switching out my incorrectly ordered drink for the sampled drink.They obliged and I left much happier than I would've! “Good service, nice environment, pretty clean area, and drinks are good. I don't usually buy food, but my sister treated me to a pumpkin loaf and it was scrumptious, I truly recommend it. I had one bad experience 2 days ago. Another from my sister, an early morning breakfast on her. First time trying the kale and mushroom egg bites, come to find a piece of hair after my second bite into one of the two pieces. That experience kind of rubbed me the wrong way, so I'm iffy about buying food from there or at any Starbucks at that, but I might come back to it.“

“I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Venti Caramel Frap. When I went it was the middle of the day on Sunday so there was nobody there really...I went straight to the intercom and ordered. By the time I got to the windows. I had my money out and paid the nice lady she ducked around the counter for a quick second and popped back up to the windows in seconds with my VCF...and I was off...great service“

“I am always greeted and welcomed kindly here. The service is great, everyone is very nice and professional. There is so much space inside and outside to sit and drink. It's also dog friendly, I bring my dog from time to time and we get to sit and relax here while enjoying the view, shade, and drinks. I love that waters are free and they allow you to use the restrooms, which have locks and are always kept clean btw. I usually come here after yoga or a walk at William land park.“

“I wasn’t sure of what to get for breakfast and the barista made sure to take her time to ask what I was really craving and give me options. The other barista who rang me up, made sure to verify how many pumps of sauce I wanted in my drink Before ring me up my order came out super fast and taste. Perfect! They had super good jams playing in there as well. Such a nice vibe. I’m sad there was no drive-through but also I wouldn’t have gotten the great experience going inside if they had a drive-through .“

“The best Starbucks in Natomas. The rest of them are nasty. Like how do you mess up a matcha green tea Frappuccino or black tea. So yes if you’re in Natomas 2121 location on Truxel is the ABSOLUTE BEST! They do my drink perfect every time ?❤️“

“Really nice people, wonderful air conditioning when it’s hot. Nice seating area, plenty of tables and chairs. The store is clean, fast, and well-organized. Not in Sacramento often but whenever I fly in this is always one of my first stops.“

“First of all I do thank you and your other amazing employees for making my drinks. Today apparently my drink was millions steps long and was a big deal as he rolled his eyes. Ok starbucks employee today some man that's always like awesome totally. I will no longer come to this location because it was a waste of your couple minutes of your worl life to make my millions of steps drink. Train your employees to keep their opi ions to them self or polity walk away then proceed to talk. Maybe also train them to have more of a happy facial expression rather then dull bring that other lady to the drive threw she was nice kind and never complained and was always so happy and cheerful. “The BEST Starbucks in the city of Sacramento! The manager Leah is amazing. If you’re familiar with this location if it’s your regular spot they remember your drink. The vibe here is amazing and their hospitality is the spark of morning thank you so much!!! So many other Starbucks have ruined my day. I love this location.“

“Excellent customer service and drinks! This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location in all of Sacramento and the Bay Area. There is plenty of indoor seating and parking. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The star of this review is Gabriel he greets every customer that enters, remembers our orders, and he is overall a delight.

I came in recently and received the same excellent customer service from Gabriel and knew it was time to write a review. He is the epitome of excellent customer service.

“I have been sitting in this welcoming environment of Starbucks, working quietly as I sip on my latte, and (oddly?) loving every minute. I over here the baristas interact with the folks in the shop as if they were family and as if this were a charming small town. I received the close attention of a barista who wanted to make sure I properly connected to the wifi, watched coffee drinkers addressed by name, entertaining a little one enjoying a yummy mini scone. I could go on. This kind of kindness and hospitality should never go unnoticed! ?“

“My go to Starbucks location even though there’s 3 other locations closer to me. Love the atmosphere and how much they are involve in the community. Attended their Halloween Trunk-or-treat and love the involvement they are with John Still Elementary. I always look forward to seeing the John Still arts and crafts that they proudly displayed. This location sets the standard for all other locations to emulate.“

“Nice well-rounded and friendly location!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this location. I had the pre-assumption that it was going to be overcrowded, tight, and with not many seating options. I was wrong. It had various types of seating, each with plug outlets close by. The feel is open, and because of the space and orientation of the tables, each seating area gives you a sense of privacy. Seating areas are well-lit with natural lighting. Music was a little loud, but it could have been where we were seating. The bench seating (think mid-back height restaurant booth comfort) was quite comfortable, allowing you the option of comfortably leaning back when you need a break from leaning forward (whether for eating or working). Both the single long table, as well as the smaller round tables have purse/bag hooks underneath.

There is one longer rectangular table outside for outdoor seating, in front of the entrance. Because it is on the west side, it was quite a bit more sunny and warm there. This is perfect for this time of year, but as the weather warms up, it may need to be adjusted...which they likely already do in preparation of the warmer season.

Parking is abundant, as Starbucks is on the end of the short string of stores and there is an entire parking just outside, both with spaces shaded with trees and non-shaded.

Staff was extremely friendly, even though this was our first time here. They made an effort to get to know me, and even though what I had asked for wasn't possible (de-caf iced coffee), they were real kind and even sympathetic about it. We stayed for a good part of the day, and actually would have opted to stay longer, but had other errands to run.

This is going to be our new go-to Starbucks for work and study!“

“Great place to get coffee. The employees are really nice. However, if you make an online order there's no place to park to run in and just grab it. I was told by the employees that anybody can park anywhere there's no designated parking for Starbucks. Also there is only one handicap space in front of Starbucks. When I went to pick up my coffee and came back an hour later the same car was parked in the handicap spot. I'm not a lazy person I don't mind parking far away but if you're just running in to pick up an online order it would be nice to just be close enough to do that especially if you're on a break and your time is limited.“

“Really like the store but could you PLEASE enforce the mask mandate? I was there today and saw so many people walking around without masks, I had to stop an employee and ask if the mandate had been lifted and I wasn’t aware. The man in the deli said they aren’t allowed to say anything. SOMEONE should.“

“Inside a safeway (which is usually a good place to be) and the Caffe Latte the barista made was super good! New favorite starbucks (although I don't usually go to many, but ones I do are also usually good). Since they're not a corporate location, they don't ask for tips when you pay by card, so bring cash if you want to tip and put it in the jar!Also, Trans Rights!“

“I have been to many Starbucks. This one by far had the best community feel! Everyone who walked in the door was greeted personally. Weather it be by a fist bump, complement on an outfit, or a simple “welcome in”, every greeting felt genuine and warm. Even though it was my first time I was in this location, it felt like home.“

“My husband and I were in the drive thru and they couldn’t hear our order because his truck was too loud. We went to the window to order, but instead we were rudely greeted by manager Alaina. She stated they don’t serve racist people and told us to leave. Apparently, the barista attempting to take out order told her manager my husband said “I don’t deal with your kind.” First of all, we couldn’t even see what race she was until we got to the window. Secondly, what an evil statement to make, especially in today’s day and age. My husband was up late thinking about the horrible comment. He is hurt anyone in this world would see him in that light. We are two of the most accepting people with all races in our family, including our 3 biracial grandchildren. We do not recommend this location as they clearly have no sort of human kindness and lack sense all around. Very evil people.“

“I just started working at sports clips and i have been getting starbucks next door most of the days i been working and omg!! I have never had my coffee so perfect consistantly ever at any other starbucks,i always have had to let people know my coffee isnt the right color or taste but these girls have been making my coffee perfect everytime!! “This is hands down the best Starbucks in Sacramento. I used to work in the area, so I stopped there often. Now that I switched jobs, I miss the people here: their coffee was always on point, sometimes you'd get cute little notes in your cup (made my day), and the baristas were always kind even though they're busy as heck. I just picked up a coffee in a different location and doesn't taste too good, so I was reminded to leave a review for the people who made my coffee right every time for years.

“Service is great and quick although compared to other starbucks in the area there really isn’t much space inside to sit and work. It also becomes very apparent at around 3pm that this particular starbucks is very close to a middle school.“

Excellent customer service!!! Wayyyyyyy friendly staff!! ? I was struggling to access my membership #/card on my phone/app which of course was taking forever and the barista stopped to see if I needed help or if there was anything in the app I wasn't sure of. He asked me about MY day, how I was doing??? Then checked that the payment made was the right card since I'd forgotten that I set up all transactions to go to a specific card. That to me, is hands down great service!! Leaving with a huge smile and a new drink! I ♡ it! I'll always be back!!!

“I have been to every Starbucks in the area and beyond. This particular location is far and away the best. I go in there with my giant pitbull pretty regularly for a black coffee and a chat. They always make me feel like family staff is wonderful the space is large and accommodating if you have several people. They also have outdoor seating. Rare amenities for most any location anywhere around here where space is now at a premium. I think this used to be a MacDonalds. So there’s a nice big lot and ample parking in the neighborhood if it’s full. Grateful for this location and the people who work there. Thank you!“

“Not a study Cafe but the drinks and the food are great! Amazing vibes with lots of windows and large spacious interior. Drive through has space. It's more of a take out Starbucks! The cashiers are nice, diligent, and accurate about my orders. I order specific things and they still get it right everytime.“

“It's a good Starbucks, and fairly nice, but they didn't have as much of a selection of food because they didn't have the cold refrigerated case others have. Still, though they're one of the smaller satellites style locations even with their own shop, their product prep is one of the better ones, not like certain ones I avoid. They're next to REI Sacramento, one of the best REI stores I've seen yet, so before REI opens at 10am, we went and got a little breakfast there, which was nice.“

“There are a handful of Starbucks in town. This one has the best customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness. They have some tables, where I have coffee and study. Hands down, this is the best one in town.

“I like to start by saying I am so please with the service I received today at Starbucks. I directly dealt with the manager Ryan who I did not know was the manager at the time. I informed him that the coffee was too strong for me, and he took the time to educate me on how the coffee is made, and how much expresso is in a typical cup of coffee. Being the fact that I do not require a huge amount of caffeine I respected his understanding of the business, and the importance he put to my specific need. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Annaka with a pleasant, delightful smile, and she immediately realize I was looking for a charging port and directed me to the closet one. I watched Joey at the front counter giving every customer his best. Ameil was working very hard to get drinks out with a smile while watching the door ready to provide a greeting. I am very pleased with the staff, and their attention to not only providing service but make each customer feel special. The energy in the location is radiant and filled with light. “It is an older Starbucks located in the same parking lot as the court house. I came here because my go to Starbucks ran out of the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, but good thing the app tells you so you wouldn’t need to go to that location.
