“This was my favorite place to go to have breakfast during my vacation in Sacramento.
That’s mainly thanks to the people who work there. They were all so friendly with me and I already miss the energy that’s in there!

“The money here is made of linen paper like app American dollars. I was expecting to see the unique change, and be presented with "star bucks" when the cashier handed back the change. Instead it's regular money. I've been searching my whole life for a star buck. Maybe it's a star stag?“

“The AM staff is amazing!!!! For well over a year these awesome humans have been so on top of their game!! Top shelf customer service down to knowing my name and drink thru the speaker!! They can even tell when I need an extra espresso!!! They are how I've gotten thru some of the toughest mornings with their goodness. Thank you!!!“

“I am always greeted and welcomed kindly here. The service is great, everyone is very nice and professional. There is so much space inside and outside to sit and drink. It's also dog friendly, I bring my dog from time to time and we get to sit and relax here while enjoying the view, shade, and drinks. I love that waters are free and they allow you to use the restrooms, which have locks and are always kept clean btw. I usually come here after yoga or a walk at William land park.“

“I decided to try a new drink instead of my go to coffee. I end up ordering the spicy dragon fruit refresher. Let me tell you. It has a nice little kick to it but it’s not off pretty. I enjoyed it. Only thing I can say that it could be a little sweeter, but I’m a diabetic so it is what it is.“

“Good service, nice environment, pretty clean area, and drinks are good. I don't usually buy food, but my sister treated me to a pumpkin loaf and it was scrumptious, I truly recommend it. I had one bad experience 2 days ago. Another from my sister, an early morning breakfast on her. First time trying the kale and mushroom egg bites, come to find a piece of hair after my second bite into one of the two pieces. That experience kind of rubbed me the wrong way, so I'm iffy about buying food from there or at any Starbucks at that, but I might come back to it.“

“Great place to get coffee. The employees are really nice. However, if you make an online order there's no place to park to run in and just grab it. I was told by the employees that anybody can park anywhere there's no designated parking for Starbucks. Also there is only one handicap space in front of Starbucks. When I went to pick up my coffee and came back an hour later the same car was parked in the handicap spot. I'm not a lazy person I don't mind parking far away but if you're just running in to pick up an online order it would be nice to just be close enough to do that especially if you're on a break and your time is limited.“

“All of the baristas here are amazing and work so hard and quickly no matter how busy it is or what’s going on.

However, I would like to give 0 stars to the horrible old lady at the counter that was awful to a barista with a disability. I have never been near such a vile human being. Where is your humanity, empathy?? How dare you treat someone like that. You need to calm down and learn to be nice to the people who are literally making your food and drinks. I hope the baristas here know that there are better people out there and they deserve better. Have the life you deserve.“

“Ordered the wrong drink on the app and forgot to order my lunch. Employees (Bea and Tobi) and the cashier (sorry, I forgot their name) were very nice.I tried the sample pumpkin chai tea something or other they had and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Then ordered my sandwich at the counter.I grabbed my pre-ordered drink... Verified it was mine/my mistake, and just didn't care for it... I normally would just drink it as it was my fault! But Bea and Tobi were so nice as they helped their other customers (and me as I was waiting for my lunch) - I asked them if they would mind switching out my incorrectly ordered drink for the sampled drink.They obliged and I left much happier than I would've! “The only problem is I didn't know that the Starbucks is not in the grocery store on iron point and Willard, in Folsom California. But in a separate building not attached to or in the grocery store like the emblem on the side of the grocery store. When I got there everything was perfect. “I came in for a few days while attending a conference nearby. nice guy with a beanie on, I think his name is Burton, remembered my name by the 3rd time I came in and greeted me by name when I walked in the door. IMO that is above and beyond friendly staff and very well made drinks (: wish this was my local Starbucks cause I'd come more often“

“Centrally located in Midtown Sacramento, seating is limited, inside and you have paid parking, their service and recommendations are excellent along with their coffee and their restrooms are clean and large.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and restrooms are designed with the physically challenged in mind“

“Where I come to see my daughter in the morning when they open up and when I super tired they allow me to sleep. Staff very nice to us and they see me there twice a week now as I get to see my child there more and more. Thank yeah for allowing me to chill there and see my child. Food great also. “I love this Starbucks they are always so friendly and helpful. I went in wanting a chestnut praline so bad it’s my favorite and my card wasn’t working without hesitation the worker said don’t worry about it I got you and paid so awesome that’s how people should be showing compassion to one another you don’t get that too often nowadays!!“

“First of all I do thank you and your other amazing employees for making my drinks. Today apparently my drink was millions steps long and was a big deal as he rolled his eyes. Ok starbucks employee today some man that's always like awesome totally. I will no longer come to this location because it was a waste of your couple minutes of your worl life to make my millions of steps drink. Train your employees to keep their opi ions to them self or polity walk away then proceed to talk. Maybe also train them to have more of a happy facial expression rather then dull bring that other lady to the drive threw she was nice kind and never complained and was always so happy and cheerful. “I have been sitting in this welcoming environment of Starbucks, working quietly as I sip on my latte, and (oddly?) loving every minute. I over here the baristas interact with the folks in the shop as if they were family and as if this were a charming small town. I received the close attention of a barista who wanted to make sure I properly connected to the wifi, watched coffee drinkers addressed by name, entertaining a little one enjoying a yummy mini scone. I could go on. This kind of kindness and hospitality should never go unnoticed! ?“

“Nice well-rounded and friendly location!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this location. I had the pre-assumption that it was going to be overcrowded, tight, and with not many seating options. I was wrong. It had various types of seating, each with plug outlets close by. The feel is open, and because of the space and orientation of the tables, each seating area gives you a sense of privacy. Seating areas are well-lit with natural lighting. Music was a little loud, but it could have been where we were seating. The bench seating (think mid-back height restaurant booth comfort) was quite comfortable, allowing you the option of comfortably leaning back when you need a break from leaning forward (whether for eating or working). Both the single long table, as well as the smaller round tables have purse/bag hooks underneath.

There is one longer rectangular table outside for outdoor seating, in front of the entrance. Because it is on the west side, it was quite a bit more sunny and warm there. This is perfect for this time of year, but as the weather warms up, it may need to be adjusted...which they likely already do in preparation of the warmer season.

Parking is abundant, as Starbucks is on the end of the short string of stores and there is an entire parking just outside, both with spaces shaded with trees and non-shaded.

Staff was extremely friendly, even though this was our first time here. They made an effort to get to know me, and even though what I had asked for wasn't possible (de-caf iced coffee), they were real kind and even sympathetic about it. We stayed for a good part of the day, and actually would have opted to stay longer, but had other errands to run.

This is going to be our new go-to Starbucks for work and study!“

“The BEST Starbucks in the city of Sacramento! The manager Leah is amazing. If you’re familiar with this location if it’s your regular spot they remember your drink. The vibe here is amazing and their hospitality is the spark of morning thank you so much!!! So many other Starbucks have ruined my day. I love this location.“

“I love going to this Starbucks. The staff are always friendly and work hard. If you go frequently, they remember your name. And even when it is really busy, they will acknowledge you and let you know they are working on your order. Franco, one of the employee will make sure to say hi and help you feel welcomed.“

“Really like the store but could you PLEASE enforce the mask mandate? I was there today and saw so many people walking around without masks, I had to stop an employee and ask if the mandate had been lifted and I wasn’t aware. The man in the deli said they aren’t allowed to say anything. SOMEONE should.“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks! It's literally across the street from my college, so it's really convenient, but the staff is amazing! “Excellent customer service and drinks! This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location in all of Sacramento and the Bay Area. There is plenty of indoor seating and parking. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The star of this review is Gabriel he greets every customer that enters, remembers our orders, and he is overall a delight.

I came in recently and received the same excellent customer service from Gabriel and knew it was time to write a review. He is the epitome of excellent customer service.

“By far my favorite starbucks. Like, I'll literally drive over here from sacramento sometimes if I need a well made drink because they never disappoint me. They know how to make their drinks, help the customer with any needs, and even when things break down they are on top of their customer service. I love you guys!“

“Inside a safeway (which is usually a good place to be) and the Caffe Latte the barista made was super good! New favorite starbucks (although I don't usually go to many, but ones I do are also usually good). Since they're not a corporate location, they don't ask for tips when you pay by card, so bring cash if you want to tip and put it in the jar!Also, Trans Rights!“

“There are a handful of Starbucks in town. This one has the best customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness. They have some tables, where I have coffee and study. Hands down, this is the best one in town.

“This is hands down the best Starbucks in Sacramento. I used to work in the area, so I stopped there often. Now that I switched jobs, I miss the people here: their coffee was always on point, sometimes you'd get cute little notes in your cup (made my day), and the baristas were always kind even though they're busy as heck. I just picked up a coffee in a different location and doesn't taste too good, so I was reminded to leave a review for the people who made my coffee right every time for years.

“It is an older Starbucks located in the same parking lot as the court house. I came here because my go to Starbucks ran out of the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, but good thing the app tells you so you wouldn’t need to go to that location. The app allows you to find one that does. The staff here saved my day. They made my drink perfectly. Thank you so much!!?? ?“

Excellent customer service!!! Wayyyyyyy friendly staff!! ? I was struggling to access my membership #/card on my phone/app which of course was taking forever and the barista stopped to see if I needed help or if there was anything in the app I wasn't sure of. He asked me about MY day, how I was doing??? Then checked that the payment made was the right card since I'd forgotten that I set up all transactions to go to a specific card. That to me, is hands down great service!! Leaving with a huge smile and a new drink! I ♡ it! I'll always be back!!!

“I use the drive thru after making my orders online. I wish they had move of a variety of teas. I drink teaspoon, hit chocolate, hot cider, Apple.juice, Refresher as they are, not adding extra. They have no flavor, but it's breaks up the monotony of plain water.“

“Why do baristas at this store keep forgetting to give me my rewards points for using my own cup? Today I made 2 orders. The first one was fine. On the second one, I told the barista "Don't forget my cup?" She said "I didn't" and held it up, but I didn't get my 25 rewards points for it.

It's not just one person who forgets. I think it's been 4 different people at different times.“

“This is the most gucci starbucks i've ever been in. I think because of the location near the fabulous forties neighborhood, it caters to people who can afford to pay some high property taxes, so I get it. It's a great spot to go and study if you're in school or meet up with friends and have a drink. I have been to many Starbucks locations, but this one stands out as the absolute best! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The baristas here truly know their craft and take pride in what they do.

My go-to order is a triple espresso over ice, and they get it right every single time—bold, rich, and perfectly balanced. The consistency is unmatched, and they always make it fast without sacrificing quality. “This is for Cj Milli. Are you seriously going to be that person to rant and rave about bella? She did her job! You want her to smile at you because you smiled? What are you supposed to be given a smile because you think you’re better then? Obviously your to much in her mix listening to the person in front of you. Because from what you wrote sounds like you just pissed she was doing her job which she is there for, and your pissed she didn’t help you. Which technically she did by warming your bread. And if you haven’t noticed from where you order from, it’s not her job to hand you anything but to place it along with the other drinks so you the customer can retrieve it. Let me guess you want her to be a mind reader, and know that you’re wanting a worker who is doing her job to pay extra attention to you. Every Starbucks isn’t the same. And you should be more mindful of the workers there. It’s a shame the have customers like you that will be this petty, over your warmed bread no smile. “The employees working here are friendly, & the place was clean. But there are no chairs for anyone to sit on either on the inside or the outside. Which is quite aggravating. Because a friend of mine & myself ended up having to go to the Bagel place next door. Then we had to order something else so that we could sit down, & I proceeded to get his affairs in order. If we ever have to do that again, I'm going to skip Starbucks all together & just go to the Bagel shop.“

Parking: Like many Starbucks locations, the parking is limited due to the small size of the lot and the impact from long drive thru lines. The customers tend to be impatient when using the parking lot.“
