“Omogari is popping here in the Japantown neighborhood and I was excited to dine here with some friends in their outdoor patio.

With a long line for Korean food and indoor/outdoor seating, be sure to use the Yelp waitlist if you can to get ahead of the wait.

They have classic Korean dishes with fairly generous portions from what I could tell. Limited veggie options (and you'll have to ask to make sure something can be fully plant-based/vegan), but I was happy to see they could make their Mushroom Sundubu with veggie stock. I ordered that spicy and it luckily also came with rice.

The sundubu was fantastic and hit every note I could want from a tofu stew. Loved the veggies, the broth was not too salty, and the accompanied banchan was great with the meal.

Service was also pretty fast considering how busy they were and they checked in on us for just the right amount of time. Thanks Omogari for a great dinner experience.“

The soup is hot and yummy, the sides are great and as far as I know are free refills, it comes with a free drink, and the workers are nice. Truly a hidden treasure, highly recommend you come here.“

The food court setting can be noisy, and seating is limited during busy hours, but the quality of the dish makes up for it.

The portion sizes are fairly generous, making it a filling option for breakfast or lunch. However, some visits can be inconsistent, with slight variations in meat tenderness or seasoning. Despite that, the restaurant remains one of the better choices for Vietnamese sizzling steak in the area, especially for those who enjoy bold flavors and interactive dining experiences.“

“Our server Andres was an amazing server! He recommended drunk for me which was the Oaxaca mule and it did not disappoint. It was smooth and fruity with a hint of smokeyness. He also recommended the tostada norteña which again was like a lomo saltado but in a Mexican tostada. Everything was amazing! Will come again:)“

“pretty decent ramen inside of mitsuwa. we got the medium and it was actually a lot of food. broth was rich and noodles were good but i wish that there were a few more types of toppings on the ramen because it was quite meat heavy with large slabs of pork“

“This is one of my family’s favorite restaurants in the world!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet, the food is out of this world, and the presentation is so nice! It has charming outdoor seating and is so cute! We recently moved to this area and were searching for a nice lunch spot when we found this place. The location is a bit hidden, so you won’t see it on the main street, but the food is absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend coming here.“

“In the case of Fitoor, food was not the only expectation raised. Each course has been plated with a pixie’s touch resulting in many a dishes being considered Instagram worthy by many. The lamb biryani apart from its richness was aromatic, the chili garlic prawn’s were the highlight in that the spice was just right. For the last course we ordered the gulab jamun cheesecake which was quite ingenious in combining two flavors every one loves. The only problem though, is that it was a bit too much people and the waiting staff seemed to be a bit overstretched. Be that as it may, when one wants to have a culinary experience of Indian food that is going a notch higher than the usual, Fitoor is that place.“

“My favorite South Indian restaurant in the bay in recent times! We absolutely loved the food at Kovai cafe, especially the Rava Dosa, Kalan and Ilaneer payasam. The filter coffee was fantastic; we had 2 each. Special thanks to the warm and friendly staff - Sundar, Sabari and others who constantly checked in on us. Thank you for a satisfying meal!“

“Wanted to have a nice outdoor lunch here again since we haven't been in a while. We noticed the menu was smaller new menu with photos. We ordered the garlicky green beans which we love, Tom Yum Goong dumplings which were yummy, Xi'an Dumplings vegetable were tasty, Pork Gyoza were very good and unique crispy toppings and shrimp garlic noodles were good but a little too creamy for K.“

Food: Their best sellers are the noodle soups with tons of vegetables and vegan proteins. Don't sleep on the rice combos. They are well made and flavored to perfection. We eat here every week since we found it.

Service: Everybody is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations.

Ambiance: Rice dishes are already made. Just pick. A few tables in restaurant for dine-in in.

Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. Rice Combos are $12.00 and soups are $14.50. Cash and Zelle only. No credit card.“
