“Go here for Crispy Pata A la Carte, very delicious crispy exterior, juicy meat inside, just delicious, fresh, hot and huge!Garlic Bok Choy was also delicious, crunchy bok choy in garlicky, soy sauce dressing, so so good! The Daing na Bangus (grilled milkfish) A la Carte was tasty (and huge) but was quite fishy, it came with 2 small containers of distilled white vinegar to dip the fish in to help with the fishiness which it did but we wouldn't order this dish again. We're more used to grilled sole or flounder.2 side orders of White Rice was also a lot of rice!People who work here are so wonderful, very happy to have discovered this restaurant on recommendation from a trio of Filipino ladies we ran into the other day, thank you to them also for the recommendation of the Crispy Pata at this restaurant!Note; Their sign says Mon - Wed is to-go orders only.“
“Service and vibes here get 5 stars! Everyone working was super friendly and welcoming (and hilarious). It's a causal vibe bar, but was kid-friendly during dinner time. The food here is good, it's solid. They offer appetizers, bowls, and more. My favorite items were the lumpia and the bayrito! The bayrito is huge and packed full of tots and meat (I had the kalua pork). The bowls were all good looking and the portions are generous. Overall, a solid spot for bar-like food.“
“The dinuguan was a little sour but that is expected, sinigang as well. More veggies for the sinigang would have been nice. Service was fine. Names of the food by the container would have been helpful as to not offend the cashier when you ask for that "crispy shrimp thing on top of something fried."“
“Extremely friendly staff. They took the time to explain to us their offerings. Food was exceptionally delicious in a basic, traditional way. Tried most of the meats and each offered something unique. Highly recommend for a unique, easy going lunch.“
“I had to give this place a try and support a Filipino business. It's a casual quick service restaurant. They have a few tables if you'd like to dine in. I ordered a Tocilog TO-GO. Good portion, good for 1-2 people. You can also add a protein for an extra cost. Tocilog is Tocino ( sweet Filipino style bacon) with a garlic rice and fried egg. It was delicious! I didn't get to take photos because I was really hungry but will definitely come back. I heard the Sisig is on point. That's what I'll get next time.“
“went to celebrate a good friend promotion and it's my first time here. the food was really authentic and service was great. the owners are kind and love to host. i would recommend this to anyone trying new foods which is filipino food. need to give this a try if you are in the area. cheers!“
“We visited this place after going to a fabric store in San Jose. At first we were going to go to Max restaurant next door but they don't open until 11:30 and decided to walk around and find somewhere place to eat nearby since we were extremely hungry. We ran into this place by accident and thought it was a Chinese restaurant, but saw that most pictures displayed outside the windows are Filipino food and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed and glad we ate there instead of going to Max Restaurant. The food was awesome, especially the Crispy Pata Kare-Kare combination. It was so good that some of us had ordered it again for to go.All of the food that we ordered was good. A little pricey ($30 for the crispy Pata kare kare) but the serving was good for four people. We will definitely go back there the next time we are looking for fabrics in San Jose.“

“This place has always been a favorite spot for lunch. Since covid, they no longer have indoor seating. That said, the Pinoy Breakfast A Pork Tosilog is a must-have. Always go for the double meat option for good measure. Don't forget to use the vinegar they include as it brings out the flavor of the pork and egg yolk!“
“Been here multiple times. Great food always! You have to try their kare kare, chicken inasal and crispy pata. Always good amount of food that you can bring home for another meal (or two:-). We live 30 miles away but drive here if we are craving for kare kare. The servers are also great. They make sure that you have everything. Very friendly.“
“Had a wonderful time, staff was pleasant and very helpful. Staff also gave enough time and space as orders were being made, while also being clear when helping.Ordered a Grandsilog (4 meats) with Longganisa (cured sweet sausage), Tocilog (cured sweet bacon), Chicken Adobo, Beef Tapa with Egg, Garlic Fried Rice, along with Veggie Spring Rolls and Calamansi Juice“
“It's a food truck restaurant. But they have covered seating which they share with another pop up Mexican restaurant.A sign in the sidewalk directs you inside a driveway. It's the covered restaurant right there in the left. You can't tell because the sign is for the restaurant they share the eating space with.Menu is very limited but it's well prepare and good.Lumpia is fresh; he rolls and then deep fries them right there. The chicken with garlic rice is tasty. The garlic rice is actually white rice topped with toasted garlic. Try the pork and tocino skewers.“
“Dang this place is LEGIT! How do I know? Cuz I was taken here by a REAL. LIFE. FILIPINA. So yeah, it is what it is. We got some two combo plates, a whole bunch chicken adobo, little sausage wienies, dried Pork stuff, Sweet'n'Zour Pork stuff and some other beef stuff. It was a pretty solid serving, but I had just come from a stellar workout, so I was eXXXtra hungo. Ya see, on Tuesday, I had done Chest and Back, good ol' Push'n'pull day, and that was lovely, as it always is. Glamour muscles, amirite?! Course I yam! Then on Wednesday, I was working out with Izzy, and we hadn't done a pusherpuller day together yet, so we were due for one. A little background - Izzy has never done traditional weighted workouts (weight rooms can be intimidating AF, yo!), so she needed a coach. Enter Mikey, stage right. I was worried that I was going to be doing too much pushin' and too much pullin', but it actually ended up being really awesome! I was able to do a lot more strength focusing, rather than muscle building. So after that pump, I was ready for ANOTHER pump. The kind where I pump food into my fat face until I hate myself :D Food - A+! Diarrhea - swift and unforgiving - A+++ kThxBai! LuvYou! :D“
“Huge overwhelming menu. Huge overwhelming portions. What else do you need?Great, authentic tasting Filipino food here. I recommend the silog plates, especially the one that lets you sample a few different meats. Comes with garlic rice, fried egg, and veggies. Lumpia was tasty too! Also they make some nice Asian flavor mimosas (think lychee, mango, etc).Go check it out!“
