I love the new variety of flavors every week and how they’re so unique and different than the generic cookies you buy in the grocery store. The price isn’t too bad either! For a box of 6 cookies it’s $22 but the cookies are HUGE. I can never finish one by myself so I leave them to the rest of my family. “This particular branch is located inside Mitsuwa; to the left when you walk in...past Hokkaido Ramen Santouka. They do a great job with the Mochi Donuts here. The Mochi Cupcakes are also very good. While this isn't a standalone venue, the menu here seems to be expanding frequently. In addition to their standard Mochi Donuts they keep adding new items. “Every time I visit GK Pastry in Mountain View, I usually get the jalapeño cheddar bread (so satisfyingly good, toasted or not), but this time I tried the tomato cheddar bread—crunchy exterior, soft and chewy interior. Awesome toasted. My other go-to is the chocolate jar cake. The chocolate they use is delicious, not too sweet. This time I had the mixberry jar cake. A nice, change-up. Never disappointed. Definitely try and support this local bakery! They opened a new location in Los Altos, too.“

I wanted a simple, elegant cake with minimal artificial colors or fondants, at the same time fancy enough for a milestone event. She heard my requirements and came back with a few suggestions not just for the flavor, but also the shape of the cake, the kind of frosting etc. We decided to go with a rectangular 2-layered Dubai chocolate cake. Once we decided on the order, she shared her terms and conditions. On the day of the event, the cake was ready on time, as promised. It was packed very professionally and also had a cake care card with specific instructions on how to store the cake. She also included an elegant cake topper. The cake tasted amazing and everyone loved the look and the taste of the cake. I am glad I went with Avani, who is very professional and prompt in communication. “I haven't been to their store but I used to buy their cookies when they would sell them at Coffee and Water Lab. The ginger one was my favorite and I would always ask for it when I would go. I was sad to hear they weren't selling them there anymore, but so happy to hear they have a store now in Los Gatos! I will definitely be stopping by soon. “My go-to bagel place. Frequently busy, but for good reason, the food is excellent and tasty. My favorites include the California Club sandwich on Dutch Crunch and the Eggwich with Turkey and Swiss. However, it is very difficult to go wrong as you have a great selection of delicious freshly-baked bagels and rolls.

The staff are wonderful and always take care to get the best food possible to customers. Only slight drawback is that the interior can get crowded, so worth keeping in mind if you want to eat at the restaurant (though there are two tables outside as well).“

“A very small Asian bakery, where Egg Head used to be.

The mochi ball puff is very delicious. The mochi ball has a slightly chewy texture and is filled with cream that is not too sweet.
It is very dense and delicious, especially the chocolate cream with rice crackers that enhance the taste.

The cake looks beautiful and is available in smaller sizes. I will try it next time.

The atmosphere in the evening is perfect — relaxing outside with a drink while enjoying all the activity around the Row. I especially love their Chai Latte, and the desserts are always delicious.
