“Little House is inside of the Thuan Phat El Monte Superstore. Located right as you enter through the main entrance. They serve boba and ice cream and some food items. They have a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Milk Tea w/ Boba, large - $3.25 + $.50 - Good milk tea blend. Boba was warm and chewy. A little to sweet for me but I did not adjust the sweetness. Honey Jasmine Green Milk Tea w/ Boba, large - $3.25 + $.50 - More of a mild tea flavor compared to the normal milk tea above. Honey Green Tea w/ Rainbow Jelly, large - $3.25 + $.50 - Green tea was good and at 0 sweetness, it was perfect with the jelly.“
“Their food is consistently good and flavorful along with good portions for us. The staff/owners are always friendly with great service. We’re from NorCal and so far this place has been our go to every time we come to visit our daughter at school….until next visit! ?“
“Amazing shop, our favorite boba place and we come here weekly. The owner and staff are so friendly and always remember us. Our favorite drink is the Viva Mango it has plum flavoring and Tajin! The perfect salty/sweet flavoring, So good! I also recommend the Coconut Pandan. I always get 50% sweetness but my kids prefer full sweetness. All the drinks are very different, so if you try one that is not your favorite, visit again and try another. They are sure to have something you enjoy and you cannot beat the great customer service.“
“I tried the My Sweet Heart and Jasmine Blossom. I love that they crafted speciality drinks that alrdy include toppings. The my sweet heart is milk tea mixed with rose. They actually use rose petals and probably a bit syrup because the drink has a hint of pink coloring. The boba is the perfect chewy texture and the sweetness level was good too. The jasmine blossom was refreshing and I love the mix of fruitiness with the aloe Vera. They have a self order machine but there is someone that can also take your order if you want to pay cash. I came mid day on a Friday and they only had one person on staff so if you don't use the self order, it can be a bit of a wait. The tea shop is cute and has a lot of seatings. The aesthetics of the shop is very cute and ig worthy haha.“
“I've been into hot hot boba as of late and they have hot boba here so I made my way over. I had the L'moon hot Thai coffee which was a good blend of coffee and Thai tea. I have to come back and try their soft serve when it gets warmer.“
“This place has real avocado and taro smoothies, and make a lot of their menu items fresh. It's just the two of them working now usually but the owners are wonderful.Vegetarian options: They offer milk substitutes for their drinksParking: Spaces are a bit tight“
“Food here is very good and for this price range it's made to order and better then panda express. Highly recommended if your stopping by this area and looking for some Chinese food. Kids for to it before I can even take photo's.“
“So happy that they finally opened a new location in SoCal. Not gonna lie, I have been eyeing on Chun Yang tea for the longest time, and it did not disappoint. Love their oolong/mountain tea with almost no bitterness, and the fruit pieces in the drinks were so fresh and delicious.Overall, authentic Taiwanese tea shop! A great addition to the SGV, can’t wait to go back for more!“
“Was craving fruit tea after the 626 market and found this spot on the map!I tried the house fruit tea with lychee jelly and no sugar and my boyfriend got a mango latte with boba and 50% sweetness. Both were honestly so good!! The mango latte was creamy and sweet and my house fruit was such a nice blend of fruit - it had pieces of strawberries, passion fruit seeds, and slices of lemon and lime. It's cute and cozy in here and there are some good restaurants in this shopping center. And the staff are friendly and helpful right when you walk in. They also do a weekly raffle for boba plushies!“
“Decided to stop by and try a crème brûlée coffee Frappuccino when I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest worker with the brightest smile. Options to choose from was never ending but once I saw what I wanted I knew that is what I needed to try. I have absolutely no regrets. I am so happy with my drink, oh and cute shop!“
“If the review was solely about drinks, then I'd give it a 5 star. The ambiance is nice and relaxing. However, the parking lot in the back gets pretty dark after 5:30. However, please fix your kiosk system. There was a service fee on top of 10.25% tax for ordering the drinks yourself on the machine. Do better. Don't treat your loyal customers like garbage. It was extremely disappointing when I had to get told by your staff that they won't be able to refund the drinks.I was never taxed when I order directly from your cashier... and I had to pay a service fee for ordering myself. I was extremely disappointed.“
“ICI is my favorite fruit tea place in SGV! Their persimmon slushy is my fav! Sadly, it is a seasonal drink. The worker said it should be coming back toward the yearend. Their coconut mango drink is also good and a must-try. 10/10 recommend.“
“Well I know what's going to be my new acai bowl place!! I finally tried one of their bowls today and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted super fresh and use cappahaden Coconut they used was like kind of chewy which was so yummy on the top. The service is a little bit slower than your usual asahi bowl place but I didn't mind too much because the food was fantastic! I will definitely be back! And even better it's only like 7 minutes away from my house!“
“Was surprised I hadn't come across this restaurant in my time in the SGV. They're prob one of the most economical places to dine right now in terms of their prices and portions. I like that you can choose between rice or noodle soup when it comes tot heir entrees. I like them because they give a big portion of food but also veggies and they're not overly salty like most restaurants are these days. They also have a wide selection of drinks to choose from so overall it's a great spot to add to your rotation. The owners seem like really nice and honest people and was very accommodating to us as guests. They also have plenty of parking outside and seating inside!!“
“Best Cream cheese foam I've ever had! As a coffee drinker, I always look for boba cafes that has coffee milk tea, but they have a genuine coffee what is so good to me. Also, their teas are specially and freshly brewed anytime, that aroma soothes me when I come across their making teas.Customer service is excellent too, and you'll never fail to take picture of your drink with their seasonal decorations. Inside is always clean and restroom is accessible easily too. :)“
“This is definitely a 7-8 out of 10. A huge shoutout for keeping prices low! The taste was good. The workers are all very friendly. The food comes out fast. If you want better Pho, you'll have to check out some neighboring places. If you happen to be in Baldwin Park, this will work.“
“The power of Yelp! Bobaful is right in the lobby sharing a long counter with Starbucks in the Monterey Park Marriott Courtyard. And that lobby? It's huge and perfect for hanging out with your boba; lots of sofas, comfy chairs, counters and even booths with TVs. I understand they validate parking, but I think it's easier to park across the street (Atlantic Times Square shopping plaza with the AMC Theatre and 24 Hour Fitness -- huge free parking lot below). Under our governor's "Freedom to Walk" act, jaywalking was decriminalized for 2023, so go for it! Bobaful was a busy media darling, long lines at 626 Night Market, but you'll love this brick-and-mortar location. No waiting, super friendly staff, and $3-4 cheaper than other boba places. Sometimes they have a 2-for-1 and the boba really gets flowing. I'm a green tea guy and it's awesome (try the Dragonfruit). The milk teas also get raves and the cup is so nice, you will hate to toss it. Congrats Bobaful. Your shop is a hit!“
“I didn't have the chance to get food today, just drinks. However I'm looking forward to try some of their food. I had the green tea with cheesecake and almond milk tea. Both were delicious . Definitely go again to try new flavorsParking: There is a lot next to this place, not sure how many spaces, however street parking is also available“
“"I always look forward to my visits to Boba ChaCha. Whether I'm stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or lingering with friends for hours, it's a place where I feel welcome and relaxed. Plus, their loyalty program is a nice bonus—I love earning rewards with each purchase!">>>“
“Never knew a shop like this existed let alone knew what Coconut jelly King was all about. We were visiting the HMART market in Arcadia and noticed the Coconut Jelly King at the Food Court. Judging by their menu they mainly specialize in drinks and jelly made with coconut but they had other items on their menu. We got the Pineapple Coconut Jelly and the double Coconut jelly to try out. They were packed in a dessert jars and refrigerated. To be clear Asian jelly is made with Agar or Arrowroot. It is not Jello which is made with gelatin derived from animals. The Pineapple Coconut Jelly had shredded Pineapple base topped with Coconut Jelly made with slightly sweetened Coconut milk. I like Pineapple I thought it would be my favorite. I liked the Double Coconut Jelly a lot more. The base was a jelly made with Coconut Water and topped with Coconut jelly made with sweetened Coconut Milk. The dessert itself was light and refreshing. The flavors were subtle but it was delicious and turned out to be my favorite. iCYMI, Coconut milk is made from steeping dried Coconut flesh and is usually sweetened for drinks or desserts. It also is used for used as a base for Curries. I just found that they have a location in Lad Vegas so I'll be stopping by soon and try some different flavors. Sorry Yelpers. I totally forgot to take pics.“
“I stopped by Chami and decided to try both some milk tea and the egg waffle. For the milk tea, I decided to get a large Thai milk tea. This had a decent flavor to it, no cheap syrupy after taste that you may find in other shops. The sweetness is fine as well, not overtly sweet. The egg waffle is plan and akin to a style from Hong Kong. However, the taste was rather plain. A decent pairing with a sweet drink, but overall it was a bit disappointing. Overall, Chami has se good milk tea, but I think the egg waffles are more of a novelty.“
“Tea in its purest form. Definitely deserves Michelin rating.I came here a while back when they had online ordering, but I couldn't find it this time around and waited in line. The store opens at 12 PM and I arrived around 12:15 PM with a line out the door. The line ended in front of the hair salon. I appreciate the respect they have for other businesses, with signs asking customers to leave space for a walkway. ChiCha San Chen already knows their tea is a hit. I get a little peeved seeing other customers not respecting the business' sign to "Please Keep The Door Closed". I closed it while waiting in line, but it ended up staying open shortly after me.Personally, the wait to the cashier took about 30 minutes and is worth it. I wasn't expecting a sample of their Peach Tea before I ordered and was pleasantly surprised by the freshness. The shop is small and clean with 3 tables to seat 4 people each. I waited outside for my order to be made. The loudspeaker makes it clear when your order is ready. Each drink is made efficiently and it took about 15 minutes for 4 drinks. Bags are $0.75, but I brought my own tray and bag. The staff kindly helped me pack it up.I ordered the Peach Dong Ding Oolong Tea, Osmanthus Oolong with Honey and Grass Jelly, and Dong Ding with Oolong. The tea's pleasant aroma and crisp, refreshing flavor leave a lasting impression. A little pricey with each drink almost reaching $8. It's a treat for me and I savor each sip.“
“My go-to place when craving fries, especially tater tots. Love the variety of flavors they offer which is much more than Potato Corner! My usual is the Chicken Tender Combo with tater tots (cajun) and lychee lemonade. Great spot for lunch/dinner!“
“I got the BA-LA Matcha drink when I visited and loved it! Despite how busy it was, the service was great and the staff got drinks out in a timely manner. I would definitely go back if I’m in the area again!Parking: There is a free parking lot, but it was pretty full on a Sunday afternoon.“
“I was craving something similar to yoshinoya while in the area and came across this place. I ordered a chicken bowl which arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. First thing I noticed was this place packs the food to the brim. The lid was barely hanging onto the bowl. There was plenty of well seasoned chicken cooked teriyaki style and generous amounts of veggies. The portion was way bigger than what I was expecting. The rice underneath was soft and fluffy too. Overall, this place served a very delicious chicken bowl. For the cost and quantity+quality of the food, it was definitely worth it. I'll be coming back to try other items on the menu.“
“My boyfriend and I went here post-hotpot to get something refreshing and we were pleasantly surprised by how wide their selection of drinks were. Along with their selections is their customizability - the kiosk makes it so easy to cater to your taste! Loved their yogurt and green tea drink (5/5), it was very light and had a slight tartness at the end. We also tried their royal chrysanthemum tea (4/5) with boba. Love their boba, it’s perfectly chewy and not too sweet! They also sell their teas in looseleaf form as well as some tea brewing accessories. We loved the energy of whoever was making the drinks tonight! Very helpful and greeted us so warmly. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back to try their other drinks and their menu!“
“Sunright Tea Studio has became one of my weekly boba stop! Everytime I visit 99 ranch I would go to Sunright for boba! We usually go for a fresh milk tea or Brown Sugar boba milk (with boba) and add an additional cream pudding topping. As a sweet tooth, I would always get 100% sweetness and less ice. Their cream pudding tastes just like those milk pudding you could get from Taiwanese 7-11's !! Additionally, if you are a mango fan, I recommend their frost mango with jasmine tea jelly. You can tell they really put in the effort to make their toppings because the cream pudding is filled with milky flavor and their jasmine tea jelly has the perfect jasmine tea aroma! Not long ago they had a collaboration with Maple Story which came with a super cute cup and the Kiwi Maple Story Collab was pretty good. The balance between sweet and sour was just perfect which made the drink super refreshing. I don't think they have it anymore since I visited again today and they did not have the cute cups nor the special drinks..Give their fresh milk series a try or substitute your milk tea using fresh milk instead of house milk, it is completely a game changer! The one lacking in flavor for me from their fresh milk series would be the creme brulee boba milk. The creme brulee foam is really tasty but was, in my opinion, not strong enough for the whole cup of milk.Parking: Has plenty of parking. Located in the same plaza with 99 Ranch.“
“Service was a bit slow but it was quite crowded when I came. Tried the Oreo drink and the limited edition Kafka blueberry cooler. Oreo drink was too sweet even at 75% sweetness, the blueberry cooler was much tastier. They were out of big straws so it was significantly more difficult to drink the boba and jelly. All the collaboration goodies with honkai star rail were great! We got a poster, drink holder, and sticker along with a redeem code with our drinks!Has a digital order station that works well and is easy to navigate. A bit difficult to find parking so I recommend trying to find parking nearby and walking there!“
“Popular with the young and in competition with Oops a few store fronts away. The wishing tree took up quite a bit of the tight space in the store. Those with laptops are going to Oops just because it has less foot traffic. Middle of the road taste.Parking: Parking can be difficult during busy meal hours. Parking garage available to the side and rear near the hotel. Just need to walk over to the stores.“
“Decided to treat myself to a milk tea after a run and looked up local boba shops in the area and came across Moo Tea. I got a regular milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice and it was good! The tea flavor was definitely present but not as strong as other places in the area. If you're a bit more sensitive towards sweetness in your drinks, I would stick with 25% as I found the 50% to be a bit too sweet for me. I came at around 4 PM on a Sunday and the store was empty so the service was undeniably quick. There's a kiosk to order from so you can take your time and look through the menu. Overall, a good experience and would come back!“
“I think I am addicted to their iced green tea with boba. I have forgotten how much I love it until I got it recently at Yi Fang. Yi Fang is a Taiwanese Boba and Fruit Tea chain that recently opened an Arcadia location in the Burlington Coat Factory and Pavilion's shopping plaza. I am very happy that Yi Fang chose to open one here. Ever since I had their boba in Berkeley in 2019, I have been longing for an Yi Fang close by. Their boba is warm and chewy. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you order online first. There are happy hour promotions when the drinks are 15% when you order online. I haven't seen the promotions at the in store kiosk. They may be there too. The ambiance is clean and presents an old Taiwan vibe. There are no tables inside and only one bench to sit while you are waiting for your drinks So this is more of a grab and go place. I did see desserts on their menu and can't wait to try them next time!“
“Chillin' like a VillainAttending an event at Madres Brunch across the street, I needed some cooling relief on a hot July day in Downtown Whittier. I stopped being a regular at boba shops, ever since I started cooking packaged boba in my Instant Pot, but I was melting, in need of a cool off.Phoenix oolong milk tea-Refreshing! I wanted a drink that was lactose-free & could be customized to 15% sweetness. Phoenix oolong milk tea was recommended, and I'm glad it was. Hitting the spot, just what I needed, the Phoenix oolong milk tea was creamy, cold & couldn't happen at a better time. My only gripe being how fast I demolished it.Service was good. The staff was friendly, offering the aforementioned recommendation. The boba shop itself is quite spacious. Rectangular-shaped, there is plenty of seating. Board games, claw games, pay photo booths are some of the activities open to customers. Not feeling boba tea? Chillin' also has macarons & various snack/dessert options. Parking is via thespots out front & the nearby parking structures.Chillin' did it's namesake. I was chilled & ready to party at the event at Madres Brunch. The Phoenix oolong milk tea quenched my thirst. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by when in the area.“
“Little Dimples Playground is the best place to host a kids birthday party. The owner Sarah takes pride in her business and makes sure everything goes smoothly. It’s been a pleasure being a guest of several parties and the host as well. I just booked another one for a Saturday in November and once again Sarah never ceases to amaze me with a text confirming the date and she answers the phone swiftly as well. I recommend all my friends and family to Little Dimples and we can’t wait to celebrate another birthday there! Thank you!“
“My first impression was the cleanliness and friendly staff. Secondly being my first time all my questions were met with great care to detail. And lastly the freshness and delicious food was phenomenal and priced very well. I am now a Kokoroll customer for life. Thank you! Ps. I only wish I’d found you sooner 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAA+“
“Delicious ham and cheese croissants! I was in the plaza for Autozone and decided to check out this donut shop. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and glazed donut. The glazed donut was good but the ham and cheese croissant was even better! The croissant was huge with a buttery, crispy exterior - pretty fresh croissants in my opinion! This place is a classic 2-in-1 donut and lottery store and everyone was buying a ticket/scratcher.Adequate parking is available in the plaza!“
“One of my favorite dessert spots in pasadena. I've tried their boba drinks and they too are good but the my guilty pleasure is the bubble puff pastries. Red bean with bananas. Ice cream and whip cream. Yum! It's always about a 10 minute wait because they make it fresh, it's always warm and crispy on the outside. Soft and fluffy on the inside. Almost like a pancake with all the goodies baked in the inside. The ice cream and whip is served on the side to keep it from melting. This one's a must try if you're in the area. Super casual spot.“
“Neighbors is an awesome spot to kickback with some friends! I finally decided to try this place out after driving past it so many times on Colima. Inside, there are a few booths with comfy couches that really allow you to relax for a conversation with friends. I noticed that some of the prices for drinks were just a step cheaper than some of the popular tea shops like 7 Leaves, Tiger Sugar, and Summerfield, which are selling milk tea at around $6 now. After trying their Vietnamese coffee, it didn't seem like they sacrificed on the quality for their better prices. I also tried their Hazelnut Cream dessert. While it was a little pricey ($9), I was really happy with the taste. The mousse was very light and it was not too sweet! I'll definitely be bringing my friends to try some of their other drinks next time.“
“They are doing a "Boba trail" promotion in Pasadena which got me thinking about trying to hit all the Boba places inside pasadena. This one is across the street from the Target at the corner of Colorado and Lake. I'll get a Boba maybe once or twice a month, usually it's a Sunday afternoon after a trip to the dog park or a rec league soccer game. Couple times a year it'll be a random stop in Orange county instead of a coffee.Boba drinks are alot like espresso drinks, i.e. they are simply either well made or not well made, and there isn't a whole lot of variation beyond that. It's very rare to get a very good OR a very bad Boba. Then there's the question of whether they have food or not. This place had acai bowl type stuff but no hot food.Generally I always get the basic milk tea with Boba the first time at a spot the same way I use a cappuccino to judge whether a coffee place is worth going to more than once. If a Boba place can't make a milk tea with Boba just forget it. This one was good because it wasn't too sweet, the ratio of liquid to ice was good (you shouldn't be left with a bunch of melted ice at the end BUT there should be ice when you are drinking), there wasn't a ton of unconsumed Boba after the liquid was gone.I wouldn't hesitate to come back but I wouldn't say this is the best Boba in Pasadena. What is, I wonder.“
“One day Lollicup will reopen the customer table area. This company has great products, which is why they are one of the biggest suppliers for other milk tea businesses. It's not a surprise that Lollicup has a great consumer focused store/products.Excellent drinks, pudding, and boba.Great service.Clean interior.I wish they would open up the dine-in area again :(“
“I really like this place. When I want Thai. I try to hold off until I can come here. Good service. Good food. I like spicy food but I can't handle it, and their mild level is just enough spiciness so I can still enjoy the food but still feel like I need a good amount of water! My toddler likes their food and that's a high bar. She'll happily eat their noodles, rice, and soup. The little restaurant was full when I stopped by today. I happen to catch a happy hour menu. For about $12 you get soup, salad, a wonton and egg roll and the entree from their options.Vegetarian options: Most dishes have a vegetarian alternative.Kid-friendliness: It is a small restaurant. But they will accommodate. Today I showed up with a stroller and a toddler. They had high chairs. They offered us plastic utensils for the kid. And we just overall nice about my kids.“
“Love the atmosphere and theme of this place. I went with friends and we love it. The drinks were good and the frozen treat was good. We went at a later time around 9ish and there was one worker throughout our stay. He was wonderful and hardworking because there was good amount of people that came to dine in and take-out.“
“I'm relatively new to the area and was craving a Vietnamese coffee with boba. I came in today and ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee with boba and it was delicious. Probably one of the best I've had. It almost had a chocolate flavor to it. I'm definitely coming back. The girl that served me was nice as well.“
“I'm a regular here along with my significant other. We enjoy the consistency of the drinks and the very friendly staff. We're always nicely greeted and the drinks are good. If I ever don't like something they just make it again no hesitation, but that's only happened maybe 2 times out of the many many other times we go here. My favorite drinks are the lychee milk tea and the strawberry milk tea.“
“Got the Frozen Horchata Cinnamon Crumbs Ice Blended drink w/ brown sugar boba & got it in the special surprise cup: [5/5] boba was super chewy, texture on point, the horchata and cinnamon crumbs tastes amazing blended. Also got the Brown Sugar Milk Boba: [3/5] MEH, not bad. Very fresh milk, needs a teeny tiny bit of more brown sugar to balance out both flavors. Workers were very friendly, playful, and enthusiastic when it came to asking for recommendations. Very roomy, lots of space. Free wifi included, lots of tables to do your work. Music is played a moderate level, creating a calming and soothing enviroment to study/or vibin with your friends. There is also a buy1get1 50% off happy hour from 4-8pm on select milk tea drinks! For the special surprise: they have a nice selection of cute, keychain prizes you can win from when you upgrade to the surprise cup size“
“My kids and I love the variety of beverages here and the quality is always great. The decor and atmosphere is welcoming also and a nice trip we treat ourselves to sometimes. No matter how different a drink we want, the staff is always accommodating. I love the taro milk tea, and sometimes I add lavender tea - It's delish!“
“Popped in for some milk tea after shopping. There are so many flavors, and it was just too difficult to choose. So I opted for a Matcha snow top milk tea. The Matcha powder is quite prominent, which is good and I had it with oat milk and half the sugar trying to be healthy here. But I did add almond jelly to it, which was interesting because I couldn't get it sucked up into the straw. I'd have to try their other drinks on the menu to have a better idea of the variety they offer. The guy at the counter was helpful and pointing out their most popular drinks. I love the pineapple wall installation that lights up from behind and the place is pretty clean. Not a bad spot to come in for a quick drink.“
“This spot has been on my list to try for a while now and I was so glad that I finally got the chance to stop by! Podong is a uniquely Korean inspired boba shop with some of the most interesting drink concoctions. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots and you can find it next to the Gold's gym. Once you walk in, you'll be greeted by a modern nostalgic street style type of interior. They do a great job of juxtaposing nostalgic and retro themes with modern and streetwear ones. As for their drinks, they have such a variety to choose from. Wifey and I opted for the Korean pear slush and the injeolmi slush and both were super refreshing with flavors uniquely Korean. The staff here are awesome and very friendly. We will definitely be back to try their other drinks next time we're in the area!“
“Nice little boba spot specializing in taro flavored things. Only in this area could you sustain such a niche Asian taste I think. They use fresh taro and you can taste it, much less sweet than the artificial taro taste, so it could be a little off-putting if you are expecting/used to the sugary sweet taro taste.“
“I loveee this tea place! It is tea forward, and has so many options. I try something new each time I am here. The toppings have great texture. My favorite combo so far is the golden phoenix oolong with oat milk, osthmanthus jelly, and lavender cream foam. It has been on my list since last year and so happy I finally was able to try it this year, so much that I've been 3 times and it is only March , LOL. Parking is covered lot, so yay it's easy. If you love tea sweets, come give them a try, I know I'll be back!“
“I'm from Anaheim. I sell tile, cabinets, sinks, quartz, and remodel houses and sell homes. I every time I come to El Monte to visit my customers, I always pass by the Waffle Studio. They have the best waffles, coffee, and smoothies. Come and check them out for yourself. Once you get a taste, you'll be back for more.“
