“I think about this egg sandwich every time I eat an inferior egg sandwich from another egg sandwich shop. No matter which sandwich you get, eggs are buttery and rich with a flavourful sauce, and the brioche buns are soft and warm. What an absolutely delightful sandwich. The sides are also tasty. The staff is very hardworking and ridiculously efficient; I joined the line when it was already wrapped around the corner, but I got my order in under 20 min. Highly recommend!“

“EAT is a tiny breakfast/ lunch restaurant but the food is amazing. I went there with my friends a bit ago and I had the Salmon omelet. I love salmon but never tried it in an omelet. The manager, Theresa, came to greet us at the hostess stand and took us to our table. I asked for good recommendations and this was one of the items she referenced. My GAWD it was delicious! I also had their breakfast potatoes, so good. Very well seasoned. My friends ordered a breakfast sandwich and the Killing Me Softly (French toast). They each enjoyed their food. A couple of bites in Theresa circled back to our table from making her rounds to the other guests and asked how we enjoyed our food, great follow through. I certainly would recommend this restaurant. Not only is the food good, but the service is amazing. I tried to leave Theresa a tip because she was super attentive in the midst of running back and forth to the kitchen, but she refused (as a manager should) and gave it to her server instead. The lovely part of this place is that they have plenty of condiments to decorate your meal. It's a great spot for breakfast or brunch. The food is pretty darn delicious. I've gone twice already and the wait staff are just great people. The customer service is good because they are attentive to you and your meals. The fries were another surprise for me. They were exactly what I had in mind although I wasn't the one that ordered them. I ended up eating half of my wife's plate they were so delicious. We also had the chicken sausage which I originally thought to be hash browns. Full of flavor and really enjoyable. How it works: order first, take your number to the table, wait to be blown away. I was excited...Mr. Bonventre is a legend in Los Angeles and Sweetsalt had become a go to place for breakfast (they serve it with a salad side!!!) and lunch. Gorgeous place...who knew the this old building in Toluca had such great bone!!!??!! Service was great and friendly...and the food...OMG (I had the lettuce cups, flourless chocolate cake, breakfast muffins). It was soooo delicious and reasonably priced... Such a great meeting place.
