“Second time at Inn of the Seventh Ray. First time eating. Will 100% be back to dine again. Chris was our server and picked out a perfect wine pairing for each of our courses. We had the cheese plate, Cesar salad, rigatoni, and filet. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, and presented with care. I cant recommend this place enough. It is a MUST SEE location in Topanga. Thank you!“

“Great white is an amazing place. I’ve been there for dinner and lunch. The breakfast burrito is my favorite in all of LA but the dinner experience, the atmosphere is very fun it’s the perfect spot for casual family friendly dinner where the food is amazing The burger was delicious and so are the fish tacos. finally, the banana bread for dessert was so tasty.“

“The 5 stars is for the service, staff and attentiveness. The environment is also pleasant. That said, the food is very heavy and rich, without notable flavor. We ordered 7 different dishes. The meat and fish quality seemed very good but the preparation and flavors were seriously lacking. It was just really hard to get through the plates with nothing fresh, nothing crisp and no contrast of lightness. There isn’t a single fresh green salad on the menu. Our stomachs simply all hurt for the duration of the evening afterward. Too much oil? I didn’t have an appetite for the next day and felt queasy! Quite odd.“

Kudos to the owners, management, and entire staff for creating such a fantastic dining experience. The food was excellent, the service polished yet genuinely friendly, and the bar and dining room had a charming, welcoming atmosphere.

The menu is thoughtfully crafted, with plenty of delicious options. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and personable—always a combination I appreciate.

One thing I always check when trying a new restaurant is the condition of the restrooms. In my experience, clean bathrooms often reflect a well-run kitchen. Felix Trattoria checked that box as well.

The staff handled the mistake very professionally and apologized immediately. They quickly brought us the correct order, and the service throughout the evening was friendly and attentive. “I love this kind of place. Has been there forever and a hidden gem. Do not let the unassuming aesthetic dissuade you, this is very good authentic italian food and experience. Antonio is fantastic, ask for and take his reccomendations. Go with the flow here, it's relaxed but quality italian. Go somewhere else if you want bougie ambiance but mid teir italian. Wine salads dinner and deserts all excellent. If you have been to Italy you understand that modesty and relaxed environment plus excellent food and people is how it is supposed to be.“

“Went here for Easter brunch and was surprised I hadn’t heard of this place before. The food was great! I ordered the steak and eggs and while my steak wasn’t a perfect medium rare, the flavor and portion size made up for that immensely. The cocktails were delightful as well! Pricing was as expected for the area and quality. We were seated outside in a makeshift patio in the parking lot, but it was well done and the service was quick and attentive. Next time I would probably try to eat inside or in the smaller patio by the entrance, where the vibes and decor are beautifully done. There is ample free parking in the back as well. “Love this place! I’ve read so much about it and Rae’s didn’t disappoint. Friendly, charming and the food is solid. Ordered the 2-2-2: fluffy pancakes, perfectly “medium” yet yolky eggs, and sausage. I’m a coffee snob and expected standard diner coffee and whoa - was pleasantly surprised by their very good cuppa (two actually)! Did I say the staff is friendly — they’re great! Coming back for their tuna melt and more coffee! Parking was no problem on a Monday at 11:30am.“

If it wasn't for Isaac, I probably wouldn't have felt confident ordering the aguachile. He assured me it was worth trying, and he wasn't exaggerating, it was everything I could have asked for. (With more shrimp than agua & chile combined) As someone who loves lime, this dish exceeded all of my expectations.
I came in alone on a Sunday evening just looking to satisfy my appetite, but I left feeling like I had experienced much more than a great meal. Isaac made me feel at home, even bringing extra spices so my Hispanic side would be fully satisfied.
My Spanish (and even my English 😅) isn't always the best, but Isaac is perfectly bilingual and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you to the Brixton management for building such a welcoming team. These days, it's about more than just good food. People want to feel comfortable and cared for as if they're enjoying Mom's cooking with Dad's warm presence. That's exactly how this experience felt.... I'll definitely be back for more! 🍽“

“My first time coming here and i was very pleased! It's kinda hidden off Sepulveda south of Ventura, near Dickens. It has very nice outdoor and indoor seating options. The waitresses were super nice and friendly and the food was great! I asked for something i saw on yelp but they no longer serve. The waitress made a recommendation and I was very pleased! I will be going back and having it again!“

“We frequented this sandwich shop when we were traveling in Florence and Rome. Pleasantly surprised to see they have a store in Venice and decided to give it a shot. Sandwiches here are not as good as the ones in Italy, but pretty great for what I’d expect here.

Got the l’italiana and the la schiacciata del boss. Both were good in their own way but I’d say the truffle cream in the del boss sandwich is an excellent umami boost.

Sandwich portions here are pretty big and half a sandwich is enough to fill me up!“
