“There is a lot of parking in the lot and restaurant is spacious, good amount of seating. Food is great and fresh! Staff is very friendly. I usually order take out. Chicken pho, broken rice plate with charbroiled beef and egg quiche, yum! Also comes with a small broth. I can't forget the fresh coconut water and 6 piece eggrolls too. Thanks!“

“I come here for lunch all the time. Their prices are actually reallly hard to beat these days. I’ve had their Bun Rieu, Bun Rieu Oc, Bun Thit Nuong, Bun Bo Hue, Bun Cha Gio. Alll of it is good! Flavors are right. The fresh bean sprouts and veggies abundant. The Bun Rieu is the best here though. There is a 3 or 4% credit card fee so its good to have cash here!

Theres also a togo food section but I feel like it is not as good as the noodle soup dishes. I’ve gotten spring rolls catered here as well. Small family owned restaurant and super sweet staff. I love that its super quiet here on my lunch breaks.“

“Omeli Kitchen is my happy place! Every time I go, it's a flavor explosion. The lomo salteado is a guaranteed winner—it's never let me down. And the shaken beef? Seriously, it's so good it should be illegal. This cozy spot might only have 10 tables, but they get the food to you lightning fast. It's a must-have on our regular rotation.“

“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

“First time coming here as I was craving pho. The pho was delicious, came out within 5 mins of ordering. And then one of the owners treated me to an iced Vietnamese coffee on my way out as she had asked if it was my first time. And that was SPECTACULR. I might have to stop by just for coffee sometime. Most notably, the broth is prepared for over 10 hours, which makes the pho exceptionally flavorful. This is our new favorite neighborhood spot!“

“I’ve been to The Golden Rabbit a few times now and it never disappoints. The filet mignon pho and chicken pho are both amazing. You can really taste the quality and the long hours that go into the broth. Everything is super fresh and full of flavor.

Big shoutout to Casey. She’s always super friendly, polite, and incredibly hardworking. You can tell she really cares about her customers.

“Everything was fresh and delicious! The broth was clean and didn't need any Sriracha or hoisin sauces to make it good. The combo fried rice was excellent, with all the meats fresh, crispy, and not greasy at all!! The Lao beef was cooked to perfection as ordered medium, and the dipping sauces were authentic and fresh. This is a must goto spot. Also open late which is a plus for me! The staff was very attentive and professional. Truly a gem.“

“This was an EXCELLENT pho restaurant. My wife and I took a vacation with our friends to California. We came all the way from Idaho. We were hungry after arriving at our hotel from driving all day. My wife and our friend all really love pho; me not so much. I will say, this was the best pho that I have had. The service here was very quick. The food tasted very delicious. We gave our compliments to the staff after finishing our meal and we ended up talking with them for a moment. They are very kind and friendly.“

It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. Nice balance of herbal and meaty taste, with slightly fatty mouth feel, and hot enough to cook my bean sprouts. 👍 They also let me order the kid-sized pho with whichever meat I wanted (combo style), which I really appreciated on my diet. “I stopped here just after an atmospheric river storm on the way to an event recently. I sat down to order but soon realized there would not be enough time to stay and I did not see anything to drink except the usual mixed sweetened tea/coffee/smoothie type cold beverages so I asked if they have anything hot. Although their hot coffee was not on the menu I agreed to try two of them to go. These were EXCELLENT in robust flavor that was not one bit acidic or bitter. They were incredibly thick and delicious like the kind they serve in Athens Greece…not to mention quite hot which was perfect for the storm. I saved the other half for the next day leaving it in the refrigerator when I came home. The next morning although the temperature of coffee changes the flavor is was still incredibly delicious just a smoother sweet taste. I definitely like this coffee both hot and cold. I would highly recommend this to anyone who actually likes the taste of coffee. No need to add anything to it. It was perfect the way they served it.“

Khoi is such a gem! The Vietnamese hotpot here is absolutely delicious, and the Tom Yum soup base is hands-down my favorite — the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and comforting.
I also love that they offer Yakiniku-style cooking options with short ribs, shrimp, and pork — it’s fun, interactive, and everything tastes so fresh. On top of that, the variety of sauces is fantastic, giving you endless ways to customize every bite.

The service is always outstanding — attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Khoi makes dining feel like an experience, not just a meal.

“Cơm Tấm Kiều Giang is one of those places that instantly earns five stars. I first discovered them through DoorDash and immediately fell in love—but once I came in person, I realized just how much of a hidden gem this spot really is (and how much more affordable it is dining in).

The menu hits all the Vietnamese classics: a solid lineup of Vietnamese appetizers, cơm tấm (broken rice), bún (vermicelli) bowls, and plenty of traditional Vietnamese drinks to round out the meal. Everything feels comforting, well-portioned, and thoughtfully prepared.

What really stands out—besides the food—is the value. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for today: vermicelli dishes range from $12–$15, and broken rice plates from $12–$17. For the quality and portion size, it’s honestly a steal.

The owner was the one who took my order, and they were genuinely kind and personable, which made the experience even better. That personal touch goes a long way and really reflects the heart behind the restaurant.

“I’ve found myself coming to this spot many times whenever I’m in OC. It’s one of the few places where you can find a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes beyond just pho, which, honestly, a lot of places still don’t get right.

I’ve tried more than six different dishes here, and every single one has been flavorful, delicious, and truly authentic. It tastes just like home.

Some of my favorites are the Bún Mắm, Bánh Hỏi Heo Quay, Bún Riêu, and Hủ Tiếu Mì Khô—all so good and packed with flavor. I don't recommend Bột Chiên tho!

“Ordering is a little confusing. There is a monitor that allows you the option of dine in or carryout. But then you need to go to front to pay before they make the order.
