“OMG this place was literally so good I can't stop thinking about it! My fiance and I came to Universal Studios on June 3rd for the pass member takeover and we stopped by here before we went in. The girls that were working were super friendly especially when I had a question about the sauce and what they recommended. The price was great, the people were great, and the food was great. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fresh bite to eat that doesn't leave you feeling bloated!“

Came twice in 2 days while visitng!

We ordered:
golden budda silk boba $7.50, + extra $1 for large
jasmine green oolong $5 + $2 for large and jasmine silk boba

First day, staff messed up drink by missing boba, and tea flavor wasn't very prominent in jasmine green oolong. Second day was a bit better. Tested sugar level from perfect to extra, and its definitely drastic. Quality control could be better here.

The Cheese Barley Milk Tea was definitely the standout for me. The creamy cheese foam paired so well with the nutty barley tea and made every sip delicious. I also tried the Mango Green Tea, which was light, refreshing, and packed with real mango flavor. To top it off, the Coconut Mango Pomelo was the perfect tropical treat with a great mix of creamy coconut, juicy mango, and pomelo.

If you’re looking for a boba spot with unique flavors and quality ingredients, Jam Jam Tea Lab is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!“

I don’t know much about ice cube variants, but something about the shape and size of their ice cubes are perfect? Please please please get the beuongo bbang (붕어빵/taiyaki). As a korean american Ive been craving the pastry that my halmoni used to get me back in Korea and this is the most authentic and delicious one that beats the one in Korea! I was so startled by the taste that I urged my parents to try and they agreed that the batter is really well made. The drinks were great too but definitely on the sweeter side (try the zodiac drinks, thought it was a cute way to try introduce new drink combos).

Parking and store:
Parking lot is a decent size for it being in ktown. The store is small inside but the atmosphere is so cozy and cute.

Service:
Im pretty sure the man who was taking my owner was also the owner but he was super friendly. Would go out of his way to make sure customers can find the bathroom and would check in with each of his customers.“

“I'd give this place more like a 3.7 or something, but I just rounded it up. Boba and drinks I'd say is about average, nothing too special. The decor is pretty nice and I like the atmosphere. As for the cranes, they're more on the weaker side and even as someone who plays quite a bit of them, it is more difficult than not to win. They're not stacked up, so you can't knock them in and have to rely entirely on the claws strength, many of which won't even lift it up. There were some other ones like rolling the dice or scoring points, but I didn't try them out so maybe those ones are more generous. Hopefully they adjust the settings abit, but I did have a staff member who offered to move the prizes around. Overall, I'll probably come back at least one more time to try it out, but don't expect to come out with a bunch of prizes. Each game try is about $2-$3“

The Quicklys in San Francisco are better in my opinion. Chinatown has a cute charm to it though. It's nice to visit at least once, but I give them props for the $7 bowl when Panda Express charges $11+ for a way smaller bowl.“

“First heard of this place through social media and had a lot of hype due to the brand being popular in South Korea. If you love brown sugar or croffles, this is the place to go!

Interior is super cute and spacious, a lot of tables and seats with a small arcade with a LIFE4CUTS booth on the side. A nice extra to the space. I've seen many events that are held here because of how big the space is.

The cafe is located in the front of the plaza, down the stairs of the front of the plaza, easy to spot but at the same time, hard to look for at the same time because of where its located. Parking is free if not staying over 90 minutes and can be validated by HHD staff.

HHD menu is massive, many options to try. The spot is very popular on the weekends and late afternoons. Kiosk ordering is available but the kiosk is a bit slow, unresponsive, and not programmed correctly compared to other cafes. Wait times can get long especially when busy and depending on order, but staff is super friendly and professional.

From the recommendations, their Dalgona & brown sugar is definitely a must try. Although a bit sweet even with lower adjustments, the tea is refreshing on a hot day. Aside from the signature drinks, the Matcha Strawberry Latte is also super refreshing and mixes really well together.

Will definitely be back to try the croffles and the numerous other options in the menu.“

“I ordered a simple Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba and Tea Jelly at 50% sugar.

My partner ordered the Mango Pomelo, subbed sago to Boba and added Tea Jelly, also at 50% sugar.

We both loved our drinks, a lot. We might try without Boba next time as we felt it didn't have a ton of flavor, although the texture / chewyness was great.

Definitely keeping the Tea Jelly as a topping, it was great.

“The QQ Happy Family is worth the hassle of parking and walking a long distance.

Parking: It took us almost 20 minutes to find parking, but it was a 2-minute walk from there. Definitely try to park in Parking B. Sharetea is next to the entrance/exit on the lower level of the Galleria extension over Central, along Broadway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Park in Parking B on lower level, if you can. Otherwise, you will need to go far and/or take an elevator. I have no idea where the elevator is.“

They put way more boba than most places, and it tastes so good!
The boba are fresh, not sticky, and have that perfect chewy texture.
You can definitely taste the freshly squeezed juice in the drink, and there’s a lot of it, too.
Overall, super tasty! Definitely a spot I’d come back to regularly if you love fruit teas and good boba.“
