“Ended up here on accident when the neighboring restaurant closed early. Score that they did because the service and sushi were top notch great. They have 2 locations in CO that we are going to try when we get home; we live in the area.

We shared 6 rolls. The yellowtail Jalapeños, spicy crispy tuna, titanic, hamachi kama, Shrek, and sunshine. Loved them all. The hamachi kama was really good and because it was a slightly smaller cut, they comped us 20% on it. Very honest and nice establishment. The server was super nice and rolls came out quickly due to it being slower in the late afternoon.

Definitely recommend overall, and definitely better than Haleiwa Joe's if you are in this area of the island. We felt the food was a lot better as we tried Joe's the night before, though the gardens and ambience of Joe's was very nice.“

“Here is a combo review. One with takeout dishes and one with dine-in. Both experiences was great. This is the first place we went to when we moved to Castle Pines.

Food was delicious. I really loved the crispiness of the tofu. I was afraid that the dish in the takeout container would be soggy but it wasn't.

We really like it here. If they added a sweet potato roll on their menu, my boys wouldn't go anywhere else.“

“We absolutely love this place. It's so hard to find good sushi. Not good for Denver area either. Fuyu uses a very high quality fish and they put some how love into their dishes. It's so obvious that they care. It's my wife and I new favorite date spot. We also love thier sister location fuyu Ramen.“

“We really loved this place and were glad we booked a reservation for Friday night, as it was really busy.

The food was way beyond our expectations and will always consider going here when looking for a nicer sushi place. It wasn't cheap, so be mindful of that. Definitely one of the better sushi places I've been to in my life.

The special rolls were downright delicious. Rock n Roll, Foxy Lady Roll, Naruto Roll, and the King Crab Roll were just so soft and melted in your mouth. The Toro Trio was perfect and don't know if I've had a roll that good before. Terrific flavors, premium grade fish. Heavy tipping was easy to justify for such a great place and service.

The only downside is not the restaurant's fault: the restaurant next door has kids working there and they bbq'ed out back and set of the entire shopping area's fire alarm as a result. The alarm went nuts for 20 minutes. The whole time, the workers diligently worked to resolve the issue and even compensated us with a bottle of sake for the inconvenience. It wasn't necessary, but appreciated.“

“Tried Leezakaya with friends and here are my thoughts.

The decor and ambiance is very nice with several areas for tables. There is a bar and a sushi bar where patrons can sit as well.

The food is Japanese pub style with sushi and other traditional items

The less impressive was the service. It took a long time for a server to get our order in (unsure if they were understaffed).

Then the food came out way too quickly as we ordered appetizers and entrees and they didn't give time to finish appetizers before mains were served. This made our table overly crowded. Hopefully they can figure out this for future visits.

The bento box I ordered was very filling.

Next time I'd skip appetizer and just get an entree as the portions were much larger than expected.

There is plenty of parking as they have their own lot and overflow for the strip mall adjacent.“

“If you are wondering what happened to great customer service, you need to come to the Castle Rock Tokyo Joe’s! The manager, Andrew, wants his customers to be happy! I love the poke bowls at Tokyo Joe’s, so I placed an order, but received the wrong poke bowl with my order. Andrew, the manager, was tenacious at getting in contact with me to make it right. He made sure I was happy and would continue to be a repeat customer. I was back there the next day for a poke bowl, and Andrew came out to say hi and thank me for my business. They are serving up fantastic customer service, along with fresh and tasty poke bowls, so I highly recommend Tokyo Joe’s in Castle Rock!“

“Really fun place to have a small dinner. (Wouldn't recommend for large groups.) I'm newer to hand rolls but I really enjoyed everything I got. The tuna was incredible and that's not a fish I normally love. It's a small simple menu. The staff were great and you can tell they really love what they do. Excited to go back!

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options for the rolls, and they were good. I'm not sure if there's enough variety for a vegetarian or vegan to have as good of an experience here. But there's definitely options!

Parking: This is located in a small strip with other restaurants. I've never had issues parking in the lot.“

They give out a free pineapple dessert as stock per table, sliced and chopped with powdered sugar and some plum sugar powder on it, and that was a pleasant surprise.

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“
