“jimmys food is excellent! however I was there for the 1st time last week, our waitress was not friendly with us. no personality, no smile..brought our food put it down walked away, said nothing. then 5 mins later, as she was walking by the table threw the receipt down, said nothing. Never came to see if we needed anything else or how the food was, she never offered desert, so we didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for a box, as again she never came back to the table. there were only a few tables full, so she wasn't overly busy, meanwhile I'm watching the other waitress there, smile and laugh with her customers. I wish I knew her name, because she definitely needs to learn people skills. ohh I also heard her complaining to a customer who she must've known, about her training someone and now the other girl is waiting tables and she was not happy that this girl was doing her job basically 🙄“

“We have been to Uncommon many times and the food is always amazing and we have always had a great experience all around but I want to say we had the absolute best service here tonight so I wanted to thank our server Justin D. for an outstanding dining experience tonight. Justin was professional and has a really fun personality. Even though the restaurant was crazy busy we never had to ask for anything, Justin was just there anytime we needed anything. “Nice cozy little hidden place. Only thing disappointing was the specials which were delicious but since they don't tell you the price, you have a surprise of over $30 for a special plate - nothing fancy - like a chicken cordon blue. Besides that I recommend it.“

Servers were super nice just in the weeds with a full house on a Fri. Night. Will definitely be back and hopefully it will be better.“

“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.“

“Went to pub 67 last night to watch Nashville drive I have to say this is now my favorite place to watch a band, such a great atmosphere. We had 9 people in our group our server was RJ the food drinks and service were top notch! One of the best burgers I have had in a long time, cooked to perfection soft roll and the Cajun tator tots oh my!! Definitely recommend you stop in and give it a shot! We will be back. But all that said, both our meals were tops and I can see why it gets high ratings and is an Oxford favorite. First timers but not the last.“

“Cover Two used to be our go to for wings and other good food close to home. The last two experiences were disappointing. We repeatedly have 3 people crammed on a two top with no room for our food and having to place our beverages on the rail on the wall. There were several open tables with slightly more room, but we were simply moved to another two person table after complaining about the lack of space. We ordered two dishes that included marinara sauce on them. Chicken parmigiana and pasta. There was hardly any sauce on either dish. We told the waitress that there wasn’t nearly enough. We were brought two plastic containers with a little more sauce and to our surprise was charged $2 extra for something that should have been included in the entree.“

“I have only ordered empanadas for my son from here but yesterday I decided to get me a meal. Got the chicken and rice. I just started eating chicken again this year. I asked for half order rice and beans. Got home and wish I had 2 orders!!! Why nobody told me????? 🤣 Only complaint, I would love some more seafood dishes. Yes, I know there’s baby shrimp and calamari salad. I want more. 🤣“
