Their Chili Green Beans are the best - full of flavor with a hint of ginger and garlic with chili oil.
Kung Pao chicken is packed with flavors and peanuts in it adds a great texture while eating with rice.
Show stopper is their Dynamite Chicken - it’s actually Dynamite Shrimp but since I don’t eat seafood they made it in Chicken upon request. - I loved it.

He was incredibly social and also very polite. They even brought out cookies and a candle for my friend’s birthday. Even better that we happened to come at the same time as Coach Spurrier for dinner. Overall great staff, amazing food, and great environment.”

“Well after seeing such great reviews for this restaurant. It has only been about a month and a half. And it shows, waitstaff was running around crazy to make sure everyone was accommodated.
Well its situated in a small strip of shops, and parking can be tricky as there are some popular venues and another restaurant there as well. We got there just at the right time, got a up front parking spot, and the last booth. they line the outer area with booths, and have tables in the middle.
Took a couple minutes for our server to get caught up, but we had some amazing appetizers, sushi and dessert was amazing too!! Sushi was amazing, presentation was awesome, and the appetizers came out hot, and the only thing i would add for the appetizers is maybe having different dipping sauces for some of them, 3 different appetizers and the same sauce for all 3.used to something a little different in that aspect, just a suggestion. The appetizers were amazing without sauce..

“We have become repeat customers and decided this is our new favorite sushi and ramen place! Service: the staff is always friendly and attentive, took out allergy concern very seriously and double checked everything with the chefs. Food: the quality is consistent, the ramen portions are generous, and I appreciate the sushi rolls all have distinct flavors. I personally love the takoyaki which have come out fresh and piping hot every time. Atmosphere: anime posters on the walls, very tidy table and chairs layout, lighting that isnt too bright or too dim. The bathrooms are also very clean.”

“Ford's garage fries, crispy yet soft on the inside. Flaky and peppery with a perfect balance of salt to compliment it. Hard to get on point fries, however these people accomplished it. The burger is larger than you would expect from a visual standpoint. It has fresh ingredients. I had the bison instead of the standard beef. It's freshly ground instead of ground beef. So as opposed to the patties being frozen coming in it's slabs of meat that they grind and then cook. The medium well option that I went with I recommend highly. They seared it on the outside and cooked at medium on the inside. The char has good flavor to it and the barbecue sauce has a very nice marriage with the cheddar cheese and the applewood smoked bacon. The romaine lettuce adds a nice touch on the bottom of the burger instead of the top. It's overall a very hard Burger to beat by any other restaurant. I very strongly recommend Ford's garage to any nostalgic burger lover.”

Not speedy, because everything is fresh-made, right down to the wontons in the wonton soup. Dishes are very nicely spiced rather than slathered in sauce. “This was a nice place to visit on a late Monday night. We passed by like at 10pm because it was one of the few places in the area opened until 11. The restaurant was pretty much empty, so it was chill and no wait to sit. Just waited some for the food to come out, but it was worth it.
My wife and I Ordered the Chicken Tostones starter and the Grilled Chicken with Cilantro-Crema to share for a quick "light" late dinner and added the margarita sampler to try it out.
The trend with all these restaurants is the smaller portions, so we can see how inflation has affected the servings. The quality was great, I was impressed because the entree was very tasty. Our concern was the Tostones... as you can see in the photo we took and compare it to the one from their online menu its a bit different. I told my wife, i guess they had extra tomatoes, so they loaded them up on top to hide the fact that there was barely any chicken and only like two, three peppers underneath. lol
Overall, the food tasted great, the service was fine. Right after we paid it was 11pm, so all the lights came on and it was time to leave. We will probably be back next time we are in the Gainesville area and want to have to BB.”

The wine was good not spectacular, but enjoyable, the food was delicious but for this 85-year-old appetite way too much food. The three ladies across from us having her girls night out made the whole evening very special. Unfortunately, the old man next to my daughter was negative about everything. Luckily, I was not seated next to him. Because I have no tolerance for people like that. according to my daughter, she enjoyed herself, so that’s all that matters. “Ford's garage fries, crispy yet soft on the inside. Flaky and peppery with a perfect balance of salt to compliment it. Hard to get on point fries, however these people accomplished it. The burger is larger than you would expect from a visual standpoint. It has fresh ingredients. I had the bison instead of the standard beef. It's freshly ground instead of ground beef. So as opposed to the patties being frozen coming in it's slabs of meat that they grind and then cook. The medium well option that I went with I recommend highly. They seared it on the outside and cooked at medium on the inside. The char has good flavor to it and the barbecue sauce has a very nice marriage with the cheddar cheese and the applewood smoked bacon. The romaine lettuce adds a nice touch on the bottom of the burger instead of the top. It's overall a very hard Burger to beat by any other restaurant. I very strongly recommend Ford's garage to any nostalgic burger lover.”
