“When I go through fast food drive throughs I expect to be treated like a number rather than a customer, but Conner who was working tonight changed that! Conner greeted me at the window and had exceptional customer service that you simply can’t teach now a days. He was professional and went above and beyond. He is exactly who you would want to interact with your customers and the only reason I chose to review this McDonald’s. Food was regular McDonald’s food, drinks are crispy.“

To order my family dinner around 7pm and the lobby was full of people but the crew worked extremely hard to get everyone out in a timely manner and the food was hot fresh. Candice was lovely coming to check on us while the food was being made and JaJa and Juan made sure every order was correct and given out fastly Charlie also showed us a video of her duck peeps and was super sweet“
“A nice McDonald's, the service was fast and I asked for it to eat at the place and they gave it to me, plus the girl brought it to the table for me. It may be my favorite branch, except that there was no iced tea and near a table there was some garbage but it was already very late so it is understandable.“

I ordered food on the app which I've done many times . screenshot order and code and send my boyfriend to pick up. they claimed not to have it in the system and need my phone to verify. he has code , details and shows paid!! they refuse to do my order saying he needs to go home, get my phone I used to place order then come back ! im extremely upset. I cancel the order tell him to go somewhere else get food. and of course when canceling order the message is will take up to 7 days to get my money back. you are soooo very lucky im home sick or I would've went into the store and Facebook live fed the scene I would ha e caused. you let me down , you suck , your manager on duty could have EASILY made this right!! “I've been there four days out of seven, and each time, the customer service has been incredible. A rarity at restaurants, especially fast food restaurants. The food is always hot and fresh, and I'm thanked for coming to their McDonald's. Wow, just wow. This means that from management to the front lines, they have good employees. I'm impressed. Customer service is the hardest job there is, and they are nailing it at this store. Thank you. This is my McDonald's. I'll see you tomorrow.“

“Best management of any McDonald's nationwide, period. They are on top of things and fast, if ever any disrupencies they fix it efficiently no issues given@ appreciate them all very much ??....once again fixed the issue immediately which wasn't even their fault so need to apologize to them, it's their customers who instead of making an app order order thru speaker and hold up the line for half hour, very inefficient.this is why people behind get cold or bad food....

“This may be the fastest McDonald's I've ever gone to. From ordering at the checkout line to picking it up, I don't think my wheels were stopped for more than 30 seconds
They should give some of the other franchises lessons in efficiency.

“This is my favorite McDonald's ever like I literally love the fact that they listen to my order they never have gotten it wrong and I get complicated orders and if I don't my family does they don't get our orders wrong they always make sure it's right they never make me wait long and even when they had a line I didn't wait more than 15 minutes and there was four people in front of me. My favorite McDonald's out of all of them and I hope more people go here maybe I don't hope more people go here because then I hope that doesn't make the service worse but either way the workers are nice they always ask to make sure if I need anything they always ask the right questions and remind me of things that even I forget needless to say they actually do their job and they do it well and I don't ever feel like anybody has an attitude or doesn't want to be there when I go there no matter what time sometimes it's 4:00 a.m. sometimes 6:00 a.m. it's 9:30 sometimes I'm ordering breakfast 10 minutes before it changes the lunch and they don't mind one bit“

“I was here almost 15 minutes ago and let me tell you, they give the best service ever. Almost every Mc.Donald’s that I go to I’m never satisfied because the food isn’t fresh and the workers give nasty attitudes. “Well I ordered 20 nuggets with honey mustard sauce and a large Coke and a milkshake. The cashier was very nice prompt will spoken and had me in and out. All in all they deserve five stars this is the one on the corner of blanding in Collins.

“I’m a die hard McD’s breakfast lover. I just moved to this side of town July 6th and luckily for me right down the street there’s this location. Now my go 9 out of 10 is BEC Biscuit …I can tell if it’s fresh, been reheated or what not. So of course when you just move and get settled in you rely on a lot of take out I know the Mrs and I did. Anyways the first 3x I got my regular and man it’s was the best BEC especially BISCUIT I had from any McD’s in the longest. I went in and had a large order everything was perfection and my mom even forgot to order her large black coffee which she was going to do when the nice lady handed us the food, but she was so nice and said no it was her mistake and the coffee was on her free of charge which was nice. So my experience thus far with this particular location for breakfast hours that is …that got there stuff on point everyone was friendly all the food was piping hot and good, but most of all my BISCUIT was on point again! Now out of 6x only 1x was my stuff not so great but i definitely going to give them another try! So i would give a 4.5 if it allowed but i going to stick with a 4 with some other issues i had but i will revisit and im sure they can get it back to perfect!“

“I recently placed a mobile order and picked up through drive thru. when I was handed 2 drinks I realized I did something wrong. I asked if I could change the order and the manager said I would need to do it through the app. when I got home and opened the bag, the manager made my order the way I wanted it. “There are thousands of fast food restaurants in this country. The experience is so universal (order -- on a cell phone -- pick up your bag and eat. Or, worse, order at the counter with someone who could not care less about any semblance of service, pick up your bag and eat.
Imagine our (joyful) surprise when we walked into the McD at Town Center and a smiling, cheerful, customer-is-how-I-get-paid gentleman named Anthony greeted us. He could not have been more interested in making us feel welcome. When the Latte machine did not work, it was almost like he took personal responsibility for the failure. His apology was so sincere we almost felt bad for him!
If you are at Town Center and want to be treated well, drop in at McDonald's and ask for Anthony. He will make you smile.
