“Generally the foods pretty normal for McDonald's over here. But this time it was mediocre at best. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt because it was dinner rush but when we received our food after a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru our fries were pretty undercooked, and our drinks never came with straws. It may seems like small stuff but it adds up, especially after waiting pretty long. Like I said, it was dinner rush so I wouldn't have been too mad at missing straws but come on... Undercooked fries?“
“I was in my in from out of town and stopped to grab a bite. Not only was the food hot and fresh. But I was greeted with such warmth. I don’t eat beef nor bread. McDonald’s has moved salads off the Menu. Trying to find something to satisfy me was hard but my mom’s needs were met. When the manager came out with our try to the table. She greeted us again and asked if there was anything else she could get for us. My mom made a comment that I wasn’t able to get anything and that we had been driving for a while. The manager then asked what did I like maybe she could suggest something . When I told her my eating habits she said. I can get you a bed of shredded lettuce and some cheese and tomatoes and put your chicken breast on top. This was the most generous thing I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. She told me that she wanted me to be satisfied and if I needed anything while visiting them she would do her best to accommodate me. My faith in people was elevated and I’ve become a fan of this restaurant. I will make it a must to visit when we travel back through. Ms. Helen was her name and I absolutely applaud her service and care for me as a customer. Over and beyond is a understatement.“

“I came
To order my family dinner around 7pm and the lobby was full of people but the crew worked extremely hard to get everyone out in a timely manner and the food was hot fresh. Candice was lovely coming to check on us while the food was being made and JaJa and Juan made sure every order was correct and given out fastly Charlie also showed us a video of her duck peeps and was super sweet“
“It is not possible that I have already ordered an apple pie twice and they are so stupid not to send it, and they wash their hands saying that it is already with Uber when you are the one who does not send the complete order. Totally dissapointed“
“it was not good. spent between 20-25 min in drive thru. Once I left grabbed my bag looking for napkins to wipe my drink and there were none. Looked in my bag for salt pepper ketchup nothing no condiments. I understand no salt pepper or ketchup but no napkins that just wrong.“
“The GM here DOES NOT PLAY. She runs a tight ship and 90% of the time this place has the line moving constantly. I come to this location despite one being closer to my house because I almost always get my food right which is rare for any mcdonald's and it comes out fast which is even rarer for mcdonald's“
“I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's just a mile from my home! The young lady named Ashley truly made my visit memorable with her exceptional helpfulness. The location was spotless, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I loved the collection of photos showcasing Jacksonville's historic landmarks, including The Landing, the aircraft carrier at Mayport Naval Air Station, and a stunning view of downtown. Every staff member was friendly, but Ashley particularly stood out for her kindness and assistance. Five stars all the way!“

“I am not even exaggerating when I say hands down the NICEST McDonald's I have ever been to... and we all know there are ALOT lol. But the managers here are so friendly, the drive through people always friendly! Which makes the experience better, who wants a grumpy person interaction?...anyways the food is always exactly what I order, and...they are FAST! I very been to a few fast food drive through where I've literally waited 45 mins, I'm a very patient person and so other places I just deal with it.... Not here! “I had an issue with my food around a week before this visit. The lady who was taking care of my issue was amazing. I was treated with respect and she was very professional. She cleared up my issue and had me out the door in a very quick manner while doing her job at the cash register and taking care of others at the same time. “Honestly, as someone who works in HR, the guy with the long hair in drive-thru always has the best attitude. He’s polite, pleasant to talk to, and really should be the manager. The managers you have now, along with some of the other staff, are consistently rude. They act like I’m bothering them just for placing an order. How are you mad at me when my order is wrong and I point it out? The long-haired guy rang it up correctly—your team just made it wrong.
This has happened more than once.
He’s the only reason I’m giving you four stars instead of less. Do better, because Jesus!“

The food is always fresh but most importantly I always receive the best customer service whether it’s Tasha, Tiffany, and the other two guys which I don’t know their names but I always get a friendly greeting. Keep up the great job and I will always be a loyal patron.“
“I'm late sharing this, but on Tuesday January 6th, I stopped by, and I haven't been to a McDonalds in forever, but I wasn't having the best day and I needed some greasiness..anyways, from the drive through taking my order, the service was absolutely amazing! Just so kind and helpful, calling me ma'am and then saying I got you mama ....to the pay window with the young lady who was taking my order through the drive up...to the next window, where I was met with a beautiful smile from the young man, and I just had to tell them, they made my day, evreyone was so nice and McDonald's, this young man upsold everything, reminding me to scan the bottom of my reciept for extra stuff ..not doing it, bit still ...all of your morning shift that day needs a freaking raise!!! “I am a regular customer however, I have noticed that the morning shift does not add ice into the lobby beverage machine. Most customers are returning their cups requesting ice for their drinks. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service and prep of my food.“
“Well I ordered 20 nuggets with honey mustard sauce and a large Coke and a milkshake. The cashier was very nice prompt will spoken and had me in and out. All in all they deserve five stars this is the one on the corner of blanding in Collins.

“I’ve never went through a McDonald’s that had the sweetest and most caring people inside. The lady name bethzada told us all the deals going on instantly and was very helpful AND the man which the lady just told us was the owner was SUPER nice and respectful and very helpful… Even had another lady in the back walked to front to do something then asks if I’m OK (I guess she could tell I’m in pain or something) but I thought it was nice of her to ask. I also love how a lot of the workers were dressed in grinch clothes or Christmas.“
“Recently visted this location utilizing the mobile app to pickup my order. My order was accidentally cancelled. The restaurant immediatley shifted to give me a free meal in compensation for their error. That is teamwork.

“I was here almost 15 minutes ago and let me tell you, they give the best service ever. Almost every Mc.Donald’s that I go to I’m never satisfied because the food isn’t fresh and the workers give nasty attitudes. I just avoid the restaurants that are not well mannered and I never go there again. The workers here served me with no attitude, gave me fresh food and gave me a good amount of sauce. “This establishment has improved since last time I quit going. Employees are actually nice, even though not all are very attentive, especially when requesting refills. They really need to bring the soda machines back so we can do it out selves. Still errors on orders but more accurate than prior times.“

EVERYTHING absolutely everything was as it had to be, the hamburger delivered on time and very hot as it should be, as McDonald’s was before. “Staff appears to be on the 'low side' every time I visit. Anywhere from 1 to 2 people trying to take care of a 'multitude' of people; which causes an inordinate delay of getting my order. Great staff attitudes towards customers in the course 👍 of getting the job done. Hire more personnel!“

“Edit: They refunded me at the end of my work day, with a very gracious attitude. They had been overwhelmed by a school bus that had shown up unexpectedly at the same time as the lunch rush, understandable. Great staff, would do business again.Original:Ordered with 35 minutes of my lunch break left. Waited 30 minutes. Started to see people who had ordered after me get their food with similar waits. Had to leave for work without food, obviously also no time to ask for a refund because the workers were running around with helmet fires trying to serve everyone.“
“This visit was a full 180 from my previous visits. I used to avoid this location but today I was pressed for time so I took a chance. The service was fast and friendly. My order was correct and fresh! Great job to the management and staff.“
“I usually don’t write email like this one but it’s warranted today. I came into DT just before 7am this morning. I was asked to wait for a bit, reasonable time before order was taken and got asked to wait at the first window that he would be there soon, which I did, gain reasonable time and was asked to park into DT spot with several cars already parked. Got my food within a reasonable time, no issues. No issues with the food. Reason I am writing is to tell you how great of an employee you had that morning, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. This young man was doing it all by himself, from taking orders and cashing out to i believe also making the food by himself (not sure on that one) but he also came out to bring the food to the parking spot. The young man was very friendly and pleasant and well mannered even under the pressure of doing it all by himself. He stands out amongst today’s youth in his ownership of the job, he ran that store like it was his own. He reminds me of myself in my high school years when I worked at McDonald’s. I hope you are able to recognize him in some way or fashion. Not sure if you do employee of the month recognitions or anything like that, maybe have a higher position available for him, but he really deserves some type of recognition for his dedication shown this morning.“

“Made a quick stop into the drive-through for a flurry and fries at 10PM. The gentleman on the speaker was polite and friendly: took our order efficiently and included a receipt without asking. Our food server was sweet and generous: he accidently made the wrong flurry flavor, so he gave us both the mishap flurry and the correct flurry. Warm, fresh food was a godsend during a 52° night. “I’m a die hard McD’s breakfast lover. I just moved to this side of town July 6th and luckily for me right down the street there’s this location. Now my go 9 out of 10 is BEC Biscuit …I can tell if it’s fresh, been reheated or what not. So of course when you just move and get settled in you rely on a lot of take out I know the Mrs and I did. Anyways the first 3x I got my regular and man it’s was the best BEC especially BISCUIT I had from any McD’s in the longest. I went in and had a large order everything was perfection and my mom even forgot to order her large black coffee which she was going to do when the nice lady handed us the food, but she was so nice and said no it was her mistake and the coffee was on her free of charge which was nice. So my experience thus far with this particular location for breakfast hours that is …that got there stuff on point everyone was friendly all the food was piping hot and good, but most of all my BISCUIT was on point again! Now out of 6x only 1x was my stuff not so great but i definitely going to give them another try! So i would give a 4.5 if it allowed but i going to stick with a 4 with some other issues i had but i will revisit and im sure they can get it back to perfect!“

“My son was eager to try the McDonald's Land Meal, and overall, he enjoyed his food, except for the fries, which were only warm. He absolutely loved the Grimma Shake, rating it a perfect 10 stars. However, we did find that the drive-thru line was quite long and felt like it took forever to get through.“
