“Literally the Only McDonalds I go to in Jax because of accuracy l. Every time I venture to other McDonalds I regret it. the quality service and accuracy are far above average Mickey Ds. I Always use the app if I’m making customization. Helpful with picky kids and I don’t have time to check bag in line.“

“Generally the foods pretty normal for McDonald's over here. But this time it was mediocre at best. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt because it was dinner rush but when we received our food after a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru our fries were pretty undercooked, and our drinks never came with straws. It may seems like small stuff but it adds up, especially after waiting pretty long. Like I said, it was dinner rush so I wouldn't have been too mad at missing straws but come on... Undercooked fries?“

“Ok this is not normal tonight the crew went and specially it was the manager who was definitely making people happy. Now while I hate the whole kiosk thing and I wont use them. She came over took my order and went back putting orders together. As she was bagging my order she noticed the fries were not real fresh and rather than give me or the other customers them she dumped them all and made fresh. Its not often now a days do you see anyone care about making things right. So ty I appreciate it“

To order my family dinner around 7pm and the lobby was full of people but the crew worked extremely hard to get everyone out in a timely manner and the food was hot fresh. Candice was lovely coming to check on us while the food was being made and JaJa and Juan made sure every order was correct and given out fastly Charlie also showed us a video of her duck peeps and was super sweet“

“It is not possible that I have already ordered an apple pie twice and they are so stupid not to send it, and they wash their hands saying that it is already with Uber when you are the one who does not send the complete order. Totally dissapointed“

“A nice McDonald's, the service was fast and I asked for it to eat at the place and they gave it to me, plus the girl brought it to the table for me. It may be my favorite branch, except that there was no iced tea and near a table there was some garbage but it was already very late so it is understandable.“

“I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's just a mile from my home! The young lady named Ashley truly made my visit memorable with her exceptional helpfulness. The location was spotless, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I loved the collection of photos showcasing Jacksonville's historic landmarks, including The Landing, the aircraft carrier at Mayport Naval Air Station, and a stunning view of downtown. Every staff member was friendly, but Ashley particularly stood out for her kindness and assistance. Five stars all the way!“

“it was not good. spent between 20-25 min in drive thru. Once I left grabbed my bag looking for napkins to wipe my drink and there were none. Looked in my bag for salt pepper ketchup nothing no condiments. I understand no salt pepper or ketchup but no napkins that just wrong.“

“Best McDonalds I always order late at night the food always hot and fresh there is two ladies they always work at night please give them a rise they have the best customers service at 2 am always smiling and welcoming and all this food at night is for my pregnant wife and my baby boy sure loves it.“

“In the past, I would stay clear of this McDonald's due to the state of the building and restroom cleanliness. But I thought I would give this location another chance, and WOW what a difference has taken place. Super clean and the staff are super friendly. Bathroom's are clean and well stocked. Big improvement.“

“This is my favorite McDonald's ever like I literally love the fact that they listen to my order they never have gotten it wrong and I get complicated orders and if I don't my family does they don't get our orders wrong they always make sure it's right they never make me wait long and even when they had a line I didn't wait more than 15 minutes and there was four people in front of me. My favorite McDonald's out of all of them and I hope more people go here maybe I don't hope more people go here because then I hope that doesn't make the service worse but either way the workers are nice they always ask to make sure if I need anything they always ask the right questions and remind me of things that even I forget needless to say they actually do their job and they do it well and I don't ever feel like anybody has an attitude or doesn't want to be there when I go there no matter what time sometimes it's 4:00 a.m. sometimes 6:00 a.m. it's 9:30 sometimes I'm ordering breakfast 10 minutes before it changes the lunch and they don't mind one bit“

“I stopped by McDonald’s and, as always, went with the #7 for myself. This time I also ordered the #6 for my son. Both meals were quite delicious, and the coffee was fresh and hot. What I really appreciate is that you can still enjoy a satisfying and even fairly healthy breakfast for under $20 for two people. “I've been there four days out of seven, and each time, the customer service has been incredible. A rarity at restaurants, especially fast food restaurants. The food is always hot and fresh, and I'm thanked for coming to their McDonald's. Wow, just wow. This means that from management to the front lines, they have good employees. I'm impressed. “I had an issue with my food around a week before this visit. The lady who was taking care of my issue was amazing. I was treated with respect and she was very professional. She cleared up my issue and had me out the door in a very quick manner while doing her job at the cash register and taking care of others at the same time. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was an amazing employee!!“

“Honestly, as someone who works in HR, the guy with the long hair in drive-thru always has the best attitude. He’s polite, pleasant to talk to, and really should be the manager. The managers you have now, along with some of the other staff, are consistently rude. They act like I’m bothering them just for placing an order. How are you mad at me when my order is wrong and I point it out? The long-haired guy rang it up correctly—your team just made it wrong.

This has happened more than once.

“Location canceled my order while I was waiting in my car after 10 minutes of being parked and an unknown length of time in the drive thru. Food runner brought an incomplete order, to which I handed her my receipt in hopes she would bring the correct order out. She then returns telling me I need to come in the store so they can refund my order. Individual that processed the refund attempted to embarrass me by asking why I requested a refund. I DID NOT REQUEST A REFUND, I WANTED MY ORDER. After having been badgered, I then declined anymore conversation. Absolute joke.“

“I am a regular customer however, I have noticed that the morning shift does not add ice into the lobby beverage machine. Most customers are returning their cups requesting ice for their drinks. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service and prep of my food.“

“Well I ordered 20 nuggets with honey mustard sauce and a large Coke and a milkshake. The cashier was very nice prompt will spoken and had me in and out. All in all they deserve five stars this is the one on the corner of blanding in Collins.

“This McDonald’s really has that old-school 90s vibe where everyone still cares and you’d still wanna have your kids birthday party here!! The staff really go above and beyond always friendly and I always leave with a smile. I eat here at least 3 to 5 times a week.(Shameful to admit😅) But in a fast pace world sometimes that’s what works! My order is never incorrect. This past weekend, they did a trunk or treat, and it just speaks volumes for the ownership Giving back to the community. “This establishment has improved since last time I quit going. Employees are actually nice, even though not all are very attentive, especially when requesting refills. They really need to bring the soda machines back so we can do it out selves. Still errors on orders but more accurate than prior times.“

“I was here almost 15 minutes ago and let me tell you, they give the best service ever. Almost every Mc.Donald’s that I go to I’m never satisfied because the food isn’t fresh and the workers give nasty attitudes. I just avoid the restaurants that are not well mannered and I never go there again. The workers here served me with no attitude, gave me fresh food and gave me a good amount of sauce. “I’m a die hard McD’s breakfast lover. I just moved to this side of town July 6th and luckily for me right down the street there’s this location. Now my go 9 out of 10 is BEC Biscuit …I can tell if it’s fresh, been reheated or what not. So of course when you just move and get settled in you rely on a lot of take out I know the Mrs and I did. Anyways the first 3x I got my regular and man it’s was the best BEC especially BISCUIT I had from any McD’s in the longest. I went in and had a large order everything was perfection and my mom even forgot to order her large black coffee which she was going to do when the nice lady handed us the food, but she was so nice and said no it was her mistake and the coffee was on her free of charge which was nice. So my experience thus far with this particular location for breakfast hours that is …that got there stuff on point everyone was friendly all the food was piping hot and good, but most of all my BISCUIT was on point again! Now out of 6x only 1x was my stuff not so great but i definitely going to give them another try! So i would give a 4.5 if it allowed but i going to stick with a 4 with some other issues i had but i will revisit and im sure they can get it back to perfect!“

They had been overwhelmed by a school bus that had shown up unexpectedly at the same time as the lunch rush, understandable. Restaurant could use a redo. The tables in the area we sat in looked like outdoor chairs and were in different colors. They were comfortable but didn't like any chairs I ever seen in a McDonald's.“

They've been pushing this sauce on the app. However when I got my order, they asked what sauce I wanted and I told them I ordered the garlic sauce. We're out they said. “Staff appears to be on the 'low side' every time I visit. Anywhere from 1 to 2 people trying to take care of a 'multitude' of people; which causes an inordinate delay of getting my order. Great staff attitudes towards customers in the course 👍 of getting the job done. Hire more personnel!“
