“My close friend recommend we try this place out on several occasions, so we finally got around to it. I am not a fan of cats hanging outside the establishment. “This was my first time eating at J. Alexander and I was so pleased with everything about this place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a group of 10 of us celebrating the birthday of one in the group. Our server Misty was awesome, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything we ordered. Now to the food, WOW!!! everyone enjoyed the steaks, crab cakes, salads, warm bread with butter, celantro shrimp and to top it off the warm carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yum,Yum. “It's all about Matt! Food: My husband and I had Fried Catfish and Cajun fries. Great! Place: Very nice. Pleasant atmosphere. Service: Extraordinary! Server: Matt. This is where I get into details. Everything about this place was pretty much like any restaurant we have eaten at. But, the service is what separates one location from another. Our server Matt was the point man on this and he has it in spades. He never missed a beat. He gave his real recommendations on what dishes are good and which ones are great. He kept our glasses filled, constantly making sure our table was clean. Always stopping by to make sure we were fine without being overbearing. He paid close attention to what everyone (we were a table of 8) wanted. And the whole time he smiled and presented himself as someone who loves their job. I would go back to Cajun Crab just for him. Had Hannah as a server and she was amazing, super friendly, and quick with responding to the needs of the table throughout the evening. The food and drinks were great. “Oh my goodness. What a gem. Absolutely perfect. This woman understands doing the basics exceptionally well. Cod is absolutely fresh. Breading is indeed light, so you don't feel so full... it's light tasting and light feeling. The fries are a delightful cross between a potato chip and a French fry. And the prices are extremely reasonable given the high quality. Decor is very sparse, no chachkis or trinkets or "themes". Let the food speak for itself As if that's not enough, the whole place is as clean as an operating room. Congratulations on a beautiful business and great food.“

The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “I've been here 3 times with friends. The food is excellent. The service depends on who's the server. The 1st two times we were here we had the same server. The service was excellent. I left a 35% tip for the group. I was so impressed. This last time we had a different server who didn't provide the service we expected. She had excuses for the cola being flat instead of bringing a new beverage. The food was delicious but the service was substandard compared to my previous visits. Maybe she was new i don't know. Luckily I was not paying the bill as I had paid the previous 2 visits. I appreciated good service and tipped accordingly. I still give 5 stars as I hope the was a new employee learning the food service industry. There's too much competition for it to continue.“

“Food took a long time to come out while getting lunch with my co workers.. everybody food came out & they ate as I sat and waited. All to be given warm/cold Mac and cheese (nasty) beans and rice when I ordered pilaf rice (I don't even eat or like beans)!and was told in a snobby way...we don't have pilaf rice any more.... SO WHY IS IT IN THE MENU & WHY WAS IN NOT TOLD THAT WHEN I ORDERED!?? smh Due to how long my lunch break is and how long it took my food to come to ME. I had no time to replace my order which was all wrong.. my order:;Fried stuff flounder, Mac n chz and pilaf rice. I got: Baked stuff flounder(which was more chz and "stuffing"than fish) warm/cold Mac n chz and beans with rice.. Will Not Be Back!“

“Havent been here in years and told the hostess I would like to order to go, she told me to go to the door dash area, I tried to tell her I needed a menu but she acted like I was bothering her. The waitress at the bar was great, very friendly and effecient. But while waiting two different wait staff came to the behind the bar area complaining about the customers, they were in the prep area but easily heard by anyone sitting in this area. If it had not been for the wonderful waitress who helped me, I would have left with the impression that the wait staff were unhelpful, felt bothered by the customers and overall felt resentful about their jobs.
Food was great except for some limp unsalted fries. Loved the cole slaw and fish sandwiches.“

“Place was very nice on the inside. They done a good job. Staff was friendly and prompt. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. I ordered the grilled salmon, came with a small salad, rice, beans, and tortillas. Salmon was over grilled and very small portion compared to most other place for the price. Rest of the food was good. Place is a bit pricey.“

“Palm’s Fish Camp exceeded everyone in the group’s expectations. They welcome us, all 54 of us, with live music and good food. They accommodated for all of our needs including one of us with a horrible sea food allergy. Everything went so smoothly. We all had an amazing time. “A cute little place. We came from Mount Dora, Florida to spend time with her for mothers day, on my birthday. Crab boil was delicious we had 3 orders from the table. My mom had Tilapia, she's had it more than once there. She loves it. I'm happy I could make her day, even though it was late in the week,
