“Good sandwiches and Cuban bowls! We got the Chorizo Serrano sandwich, the Lechon sandwich, and a pulled pork bowl. I also got a smoothie, which was really good! We got our stuff to-go, but they had a little bit of seating if you wanted to stay and eat. I will say, Google Maps says the entrance to this place is on Collins Ave, but it’s actually on 11th St, just as a note for others.“

“I ate here on Sunday and the food was amazing, but the service truly stood out. From the moment we walked in, both servers were so genuine and welcoming. One spoke English and the other spoke Spanish, which was perfect since two people in our group only spoke Spanish. They made us feel very comfortable and taken care of the entire time. They also made me the best latte I’ve ever had! The young waitress and I also had a great conversation about New York lol, which made the experience feel even more personal and friendly. I was looking for an authentic, hole in the wall place- and this is it. I’ll be talking about the beef empanadas and chicken empanadas to anyone that will listen for years to come. It’s a few blocks off of Collins and definitely worth the short walk.“
