“I first had the pleasure of dining here nearly two years ago, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. The plate of pasta I had on that first visit was so memorable, it’s still the background on my phone — and I’ve made multiple trips to Miami just to come back and enjoy it again. The quality has never wavered. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.“

“One of my all time favorites in Miami.
You cannot go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. We ordered a few but I only got a picture of the white pomodoro vongole, which was delicious. Very fresh without being too garlicky or heavy on the stomach. There pasta is always fresh and would taste great without any sauce. The red sauces (their specialty I believe) just make it all that much better.
My favorite salad of all time is their tricolore salad, I would come here just to have this and one of their cocktails. They have proper cocktails, well balanced and with premium liquors and ingredients.
The inside section is beautiful but be warned it is freezing inside, bring a sweater.
The outside while very pleasantly ventilated with fans everywhere is nice however is missing that beautiful design and ambiance felt inside.“

“Giogia was absolutely outstanding—warm, attentive, and on top of everything without ever feeling intrusive. She nailed the pacing, gave great recommendations, and made sure our table was taken care of the entire time. The service felt genuinely personalized, which is rare on Ocean Drive.

Il Bolognese itself is a fantastic spot: great energy, prime location, and the kind of place that feels like a proper night out. Everything came out smoothly and the overall experience was excellent. If you go, ask for Giogia—she’s a big reason we’ll be coming back.“

“We sat outside for supper, it was a beautiful evening in Miami! We shared the Aristotele salad and the Capricciosa pizza, SO DELICIOUS. Our server was Chantale, she was helpful, knowledgeable and had a good personality. We may come back for lunch tomorrow before we sail away!“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“I had an amazing experience at Corallo! The restaurant is elegant and beautifully designed, with the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner or a special night out.

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very professional. I ordered the seafood pasta, which was absolutely delicious, made with super fresh ingredients and full of authentic Mediterranean flavor. The fried calamari were light, crispy, and perfectly cooked.

We paired our meal with a great Italian wine and finished with a homemade tiramisu that was simply outstanding.

“We were given a warm welcome, a table of our choice and had a delicious meal and drinks served in a friendly manner. I had the best tagliatelle Bolognese I have ever had and my husband loved his spaghetti carbonara also. The portions were very generous and because of that we didn't have room for dessert. We live in the UK but if we're ever back in the area to pick up a cruise, we will be back for more delicious food!“

We ate family style and shared the Pasta, Prawns, Salmon, Pork Chops and New York Strip! We also had sides of asparagus and roasted potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. It’s so hard to find affordable food off Lincoln road & am glad this place exists and provides great food at a reasonable price. The mozzarella sticks are fire and definitely recommend asking for extra sauce with them bc the one side of sauce is not enough. If you’re looking for a good sandwich, get the chicken parm as it is crispy, delicious, and filling. My sister enjoys their pasta too. The only downside is that it can be a long wait time during high peak times due to demand & the fact that they have 1 cook making everything, so just be patient and I swear it will be worth it.“

“We are staying at the Fontainebleu and were excited to visit Mirabella as the head chef has earned Michelin stars in the past. The food did not disappoint. I had an incredible Osso buco that was one of the best dishes I've ever had and a truly excellent Caesar salad. I thought the food prices were fair for a high-end restaurant at a hotel. The wine list was extensive and served by a sommelier but I thought were quite expensive even by hotel restaurant standards. The least expensive bottle on the menu was $70 and most were upwards of $200. We found a sicilian chardonnay for $140 that was a reasonable compromise. The service was impeccable as well. The only negative was that our food was slow to be served during a time that was not super busy. Overall, would give 4.8/5 stars if it was possible.“

“Pomp and circumstance are not always indicative of service and value, but sometimes they are willing bedfellows. Candidly, I am not a big drinker or scene guy, so my feedback is based mostly on how we were treated and the vibes. The NYC lounge was filling quickly on a busy Thursday, but we decided to wing it without a reservation. A friendly server told us we could sit on the central couches, which we gladly accepted. Shortly thereafter, the manager, Daniele Balsano, approached us calmly and apologetically, regretting that the server was unaware of a previous reservation. In short order, he separated a four-top along the street-facing windows to be sure we had a place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. No belittling or sense of entitlement, just prompt, polite, and professional hospitality that manifested results versus excuses. Daniele was attentive throughout with his charming accent, dapper appearance, and warm demeanor. Furthermore, Daniele stopped us on the way out to personally apologize for the seating mishap, and even gave us his business card with his personal phone number, insisting that we reach out next time we wanted to visit. I cannot speak to the libations, but we ended up befriending the couple next to us and had a wonderful conversation. I can speak to the tasty snack trio they bring for all guests, which is a nice tip of the old New York hat to Bemelmans across the street. So, all things considered, while the aesthetic and prices are on par for similar places, the value is readily apparent because you feel welcomed and appreciated by way of the top-notch service.
