Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

“Excellent Food and Service!! Highly recommended!! We have had the pleasure of hiring Barnlys Catering for our pre and post wedding events. We worked with Anand directly to create a unique menu that offered our guests a variety of Guyanese, Indian and Italian cuisines for our Mehendi and Kangan events. Anand handles everything from traditional vegetarian 7 curry up to poultry/meat/fish/seafood entrees and appetizers. Our guests was impressed to see how well prepared Anand was to manage the service for a 400 plus group for both days cocktail, dinner and dessert. We have some amazing but picky cooks in both of our families, however Anand had no issues with satisfying their palates and making them want more. We highly recommend the full service option that Anand and his team offers. His team handled the full set up, break down and clean up. They all did an amazing job. Our guests were satisfied overall and the food was plentiful and delicious. Best of all our traditional food was executed exceptionally without having our parents and immediate family members having to lift a finger. “We just used Bless My Soul for our wedding a week ago and they did not disappoint. They traveled from Orlando to Jacksonville for our event because they were better than all our local options. We got to meet with Antionae a couple months back to try a sample of our menu and I knew before even trying the food that I wanted to work with her. She was so nice, but also honest and real. She gave me a fair price and was so easy to work with. She was polite and professional and really seemed to have everything in order. And the food was delicious, of course. I hope we get to work together again in the future.“

“Catering for home or work events.We just had them cater for our family dinner (18 people). Everyone loved it! Made our lives easier not having too cook! And, they delivered it!We've utilized Primo's Gourmet Catering, out of Tampa, for 2 employee lunches now (about 35 people). Both times they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are flexible with the food choices, and execute anything you ask for with perfection.The 1st time they made london broil with chasserurs sauce, and chicken piccata, and sides of course. Everyone said the food was so good, so we had them come back and do a chicken and steak fajita bar, which was also fantastic.The last time I called the day before and they were able to make it happen, even with that short notice.We will have them cater again!I also recommended them to a friend who was having a small personal party. She was very pleased and received great feedback from her guests about the food. I also attended and loved the food.And they are not limited to Tampa, or Orlando, all of the above services were rendered in St Pete.“
