“The two associates closing at this location on Thursday, August 14th showcased exceptional customer service. Super friendly, efficient, and by far the best iced cappuccino I have received from any Dunkin, and I even came 15 minutes before close. “We ordered thru the drive through and the clerk misunderstood our order, adding an additional hot chocolate and the hot chocolate was cold and so was the coffee we ordered. We ordered donuts it was a bit later in the day and the donuts were a bit stale as well.“
“I needed a pick me up, so I stopped by to try the viral Cookie Butter Cloud Latte. I have heard so much about it and honestly my curiosity got the best of me.
I ordered it with oat milk but decided to risk it by keeping the cold foam on it (I’m typically dairy-free). It was definitely tasty, made well, and aesthetically pleasing, but I don’t get all of the hype.
I couldn’t taste the cinnamon notes, and I personally felt like it could have been a bit sweeter (just my opinion). I also thought it quickly became watered down as the ice melted. Maybe the oat milk threw things off, but I don’t know.
Customer service was great though! The woman that took my order was friendly and made my drink quickly.
I can’t speak for the breakfast items or the donuts. That seems to be what most of the negative reviews are about.
We don’t live in Orlando, but I would definitely visit again to try more coffee drinks if we’re in the area.

“We’re travelling from Canada and wanted some late night donuts last night so stopped by this location. The person working took our drive thru order and then informed us that the payment system was down, but served us our donuts anyways and even threw an extra one in the bag (and the donuts tasted nice and fresh which isn’t always common at that time of night). I didn’t catch their name, but whoever was working this location on Sept 30 @1am - we truly appreciated your kindness and generosity!!“

5 Stars - The Best Dunkin' Around!
This Dunkin’ Donuts location is hands down the most consistent and well-run one in our area. The service here is always top-notch. The staff truly goes above and beyond every time I visit. Destiny, in particular, is always so pleasant, helpful, and welcoming—she makes every visit a great experience.
The coffee is always on point, hot and fresh, just the way it should be. They never run out of egg bites (which is rare and much appreciated), and the food is consistently fresh and served at the perfect temperature.
I also love how well-maintained and clean the location is. It's always decorated beautifully for whatever holiday is coming up, which adds a nice touch and shows they really care about the customer experience.
If you're looking for great coffee, fresh food, and exceptional service with a smile, this is the Dunkin’ to go to. I can always count on them!

“Walking there everyday. Never had any issues nor any inconvenience. The food is fresh, there’s no problem finding a table, there are barely any queues, on site you can find toilets, and the waiting time for your order is very short. They employees are very friendly as well. I recommend, if you’re looking for a quick, tasty coffee or other snack.“

“It's not closed I just went this rising. The employees are always nice to me but then again I try to start my order with a cheerful voice and I smile when I pull up. I worked drive thru before at a food place . Although the ladies kind of mess up my order cause I don't be tasting any butter pecan and they hear whatever they want so VS. this one guy he's dark skinned he makes my coffees PERFECT rather hot or iced. “I love this location, the employees are always really sweet and although sometimes it can get pretty busy, they do their best at tackling the lines. There's a few cashiers that I love but this young women, Brianna is always the sweetest and always makes my visit so rewarding. My only complaint would be the food quality. Sometimes I regret getting anything to eat there, but the seasonal coffee options and ice-cream will always have me coming back.“

“I came early in the morning during their busiest time. I went to the drive thru which was quite busy, there was about 5 cars ahead of me and I ordered and got my food in less than 10 mins. My sandwich was hot and well made and my coffee was good too. No complaints. Service was fast and friendly.“
“Joceyln is an absolute credit to your store. I visited today with my son and she made him feel so special, giving him a complimentary donut which he loved. “I came in on today's and grabbed a coffee to go, the service was fast and the drink was good and made to my specifications. I can't think of anything negative to say about the experience.
Vegetarian options: The coffee and avocado toast can both be made vegan and were quite good. There isn't that much else in the way of vegan options except the yeah browns, which are exceptionally good typically, even when they're cooled down.“

The new manager Olivia seems to not care about her employees and always leaves for long periods of time instead of making sure her crew is well established. I watch as the young lady works, struggling to take care of many guests, this is not the only time the manager Olivia has left her employees alone in the store. “It was 6:45am on a Wednesday. It had been the worst week and a half that I had experienced in a long time, I mean we’re talking tears and rants every single day because it was just one of those times. I had planned all week to save and use my points to “treat myself” with a large cold brew on the morning of my first of two days off work after the gym, and so I placed my order before leaving my gym’s parking lot. When I arrived to this location, the employee Zandalee informed me that I had mistakenly placed the order for a different location down the highway. I was bummed and Zandalee could tell, and with such a perfect guest-service comforting voice, she asked me what my order was and offered to make it for me. This store’s drive thru was busy at this time, too! From one guest service worker to another, Zandalee truly reshaped the way that I think of this Dunkin location. She deserves praise for thinking of others and having compassion for another human being. I know it’s “just coffee”, but a gesture like that really helped me after such the long and stressful week and a half that I had.“
“Had a great experience this morning on 9/17/25 at 8:05am. This Dunkin’ is super clean and organized, the donuts were fresh and delicious. My wife and I ordered a hot pumpkin latte and an iced pumpkin latte both were delicious. The manager was awesome and inviting loved her morning spirit. The lady who made our drinks was nice, she had a big smile and made these drinks with love. Overall the staff at this place had an inviting face besides that one young kid that was to the side who looked like he did want to be there lol.“

Ari is not the issue here. The issue is the poor management not scheduling enough staff to support the store. This store is lucky to have Ari with them.“

The staff, Kay, Jess, and Taina are always professional, never rude, and consistently friendly. They get my order right every time, and often have it ready before I even ask. Even during their busy times, they manage the rush smoothly and are always quick to fix any little adjustments without any hassle. “I strolled by in the afternoon, and it was a bittersweet moment. I loved how the employee was super nice with me. However I did not like how she was overworked. She was handling everything on her own. And this is a call out to any manager of this store. This is totally unacceptable, that one employee has to handle everything. I understand budget constraints, because it's happening everywhere in this area. However it is unacceptable for one person to be overworked. The lady handled everything perfectly. I'm just standing up for her. Please make a change with upper management or a regional. Thank you.“

“I've been through hell n back lately dealing with life on life's terms and upon coming to this DD right up the street from me for the first time, I was blessed with great service by great morning management, And great staff as well as just great people in general. I'm not the type of person to blow smoke, so i mean each word said here. The simplicity of a conversation, and sharing restored a much needed smile and joy within my heart during a VERY tough time. While sitting and eating here these last couple days, I've I noticed the professionalism customers were greeted with, the timely service and how I'm assuming, they're regulars, but truthfully could've been a new customer cause they treated everyone the same, as if they were treated as friends/acquaintances and not as customers only worth the value of what's spent or the sale. But out of all my mobile pick ups, there have been a couple times where I waited so long for the order and I was the only one if not the 3rd person in the drive through.
