For being open 24/7 the restaurant is very clean and well kept with clean trash area and dinning room. Clear view to the kitchen with also appears clean. The employee was very kind and beyond helpful! Soda fountains all worked and the area was clean and stocked. Bathrooms were also spotless.

good salt level and visually appealing. Potatoey soft but this batch was stale and was very much left under a heat lamp for too long.

Double smokehouse burger 4.7/5:
Smokey and charred double smash patty with melty Kraft style cheese and crispy onions softened from the buttery toasted buns and slightly stiff bacon and tangy creamy sauce. Great burger.

Spicy ketchup 2.75/5:
Slightly prefer the regular fancy ketchups flavor and consistency. Spicy ketchup is not spicy but has a great pepper taste that mixes well in the sauce

Creamy pepper sauce 3.6/5:
Given the color I was expecting a slight bit more flavor. Oddly it tastes like if Olive Garden made Zax-Sauce. It’s a great dipping option. Creamy and full with a slight pepper flavor that fades into an Italian oil.“

“We love the Winder DQ. We went to the buford on at 2295 buford highway it was awful and I asked fir the manager. Apparently it was the owner and he fit nothing. Never came out. The one in winder has always been great. The team their is awesome. We take our kids 1x a month we love it. $7 meals are great“

Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.“

“Always a great experience at any Chick-fil-A, even better or just as well served at Truett’s. 2nd time dining in at the Grayson location and was more than pleased with the food and service. Chloe took exceptional care of us and even found out we had a Birthday in the family and offered a special treat for the Birthday girl. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really? Today, I was told again, coffee would be five minutes. Then after the next five customers after me, received their food, including coffee, I went to the front counter to check on my food order. After apologizing, the food arrived, the sandwich was wrong, and I received two cups of coffee, a bonus :). Excuse given, “sorry, we had a rough opening today.” Sadly that is a weak excuse. Please do better with managing the opening. I will change my Saturday morning routine for awhile, maybe one less customer will make the opening easier. Quite frustrated with this location for now.“

“My family and I had a great experience all around. The sales red Arden ( Stone) was amazing, he let us know that the chicken biscuit was available with chicken that wasn't spicy (southern biscuit). My family and I kept changing our mind in if we wanted to get a meal or not, we ended up going with the meal and Arden never made us feel bad about our switching back and fourth between a meal. All the back and fourth about the meal led to some confusion with what we wanted to order as we initially didn't get the chicken biscuit, however Arden happily helped us out with a smile. My family and the manager has nothing but praises for Arden. He was respectful, kind, informative, and polite. The entire staff was awesome, the store was immaculately clean, the food came out fast and tasted great. Leslie was the one who made us return again and again. She is confident and takes care of her customers. A couple of days ago, we dined in and Leslie was there to assist us. “On Father’s Day, I stopped by Zaxbys and ordered a Zax Pack, but I was unsure about which sauces to choose, a young lady named Akirah (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) kindly helped me with great recommendations that went well with my meal. The times when I have walked in for my order, the place looked clean. I used to always get the fish sandwich meal and it was always good. Sometimes I’d get fries and sometimes I’d get the okra as my side and that fried okra definitely hits the spot. There have been a couple of times when it seemed like it was cooked in old grease but those times are rare….but let me tell you.. one day I decides to try their $5.99 lobster roll meal and boy oh boy I have a new fave! I definitely did not think that Captain D’s could make a good lobster roll but it’s definitely tasty!
I recommend it to anyone who likes lobster. The only complaint I have is that the meal doesn’t include a drink and serving of fries they give is minimal.“
