“1st time at a raising cane's. Chicken strips were perfectly breaded, not dried out and piping hot on arrival. The breading was kinda bland tbh but the cane sauce for dipping saved it. Crinkle fries were perfect. Texas toast is thick and buttery. Fresh lemonade was tasty. Drive thru was packed so service was slow and it took around 10 min but not in a hurry so worth the stop. Would I choose them over zaxbys? Maybe occasionally to add variety.“

“I stopped coming to this location over a year ago because the customer service was consistently disappointing. Even when it wasn’t busy, it would take forever to get food, and the staff often came off as unfriendly or just plain rude.
I happened to be in the area today and decided to give it another shot, and I’m really glad I did. TJ at the drive-thru completely changed the experience. She was patient, genuinely pleasant, and actually engaged in a way you don’t see often anymore. She made thoughtful suggestions, not in a pushy way, but in a way that showed she cared about both the customer and representing the store well.
It honestly made a big difference. I hope she gets recognized for that—not just with words, but in a way that actually benefits her. That kind of service is rare and worth acknowledging.“

“Service is always great and food is exactly what you expect. Only constructive criticism is that the quantity of fries was not at the normal Five Guys level. Spoiled with normal massive amounts. It’s what keeps me coming back!“

“I needed a last-minute birthday cake and was so happy to find they had a great variety already available in the freezer—like Oreo and Reese’s Cup—so I didn’t even have to call ahead. “Great Customer Service!
Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.“

“The place has good food, although the wings are on the smaller side. The staff is friendly and stand behind the counter. The atmosphere is pretty small. Most people get food to go. If you do decide to sit inside to eat, it's clean but pretty small dining area“

“The bakaba ranch fried sandwich is pretty good, pictures of low on flavor the black indication sandwich was excellent. Very tasty. My friend enjoyed the simple fried sandwich too. The cheese fries are just kind of meh. I have not eaten here before or I would have known to get them cleaned. Next time. The staff at the register was super nice, happy to answer my questions. They have the regular serve yourself soda fountain, tea and water. Pepsi products. Super super loud in here. But very nice looking, very clean. We will try it again.“

“A great Chick Fil A and in a great location to very convenient. Very friendly staff however I do see my food sitting on the counter ready to be given out while there are multiple people standing around not doing anything but chatting, this typically doesn't bother me but when its been more then 5 minutes for a simple order its a little wild, same goes for ordering just a desert I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes for a icedream cup. Apart from this very good location do recommend!“

We were a little disappointed at our last visit though, some customers that came in behind us had their dog with them that was walking around the restaurant. And they all started vaping and grossed out my kids. Nobody said anything to them, didn't like that.“

“On Father’s Day, I stopped by Zaxbys and ordered a Zax Pack, but I was unsure about which sauces to choose, a young lady named Akirah (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) kindly helped me with great recommendations that went well with my meal. The food was fresh and very enjoyable. She also made sure I had everything I needed, including plates, which was very convenient. Overall, her respectful and helpful service made my visit a pleasant one, and I would gladly come again.“

“The biscuits and gravy are to die for. The chicken bites can easily rival other major chicken chains, however they don't serve chicken in the morning in GA, but they did in NC a week before, so the standards are not there.

“I love Arby's. One if the ways it stays affordable is the coupons. I stopped another location (Lawrenceville-Suwanee) to use the Classic Roast Beef Meal coupon for $6.79 the guy over the speaker said that they're franchise or not franchise, whichever, and they don't have those coupons. I've been to other Arby's that say that but they always adjust the price of find a similar coupon. He was quite rude about it when I asked so I left and come to this location. They gladly accepted my coupon and received my business.“

“Hard to give an unfavorable review at a Chik-fil-A location, but… I am a frequent customer on Saturday mornings. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really? Today, I was told again, coffee would be five minutes. Then after the next five customers after me, received their food, including coffee, I went to the front counter to check on my food order. After apologizing, the food arrived, the sandwich was wrong, and I received two cups of coffee, a bonus :). Excuse given, “sorry, we had a rough opening today.” Sadly that is a weak excuse. Please do better with managing the opening. I will change my Saturday morning routine for awhile, maybe one less customer will make the opening easier. Quite frustrated with this location for now.“

“Order 3 biscuits and they were very hard. The biscuits were definitely not like the Church's Chicken in Norcross. Perhaps they just gave me a bad batch at the Lawrenceville location.
Took the biscuits back and the store manager gave me some fresh biscuits. They were MUCH better than the previous batch.“

“I am in town on business and visited this establishment. Everyone at the store was very kind and courteous. The young man who brought me my food noticed me checking to see what was on the sandwich and asked if there was anything wrong. Absolutely nothing was wrong, I was just examining since it was the first time I had ordered. The fact that he noticed and took the time to ask really impressed me. Everyone in the restaurant was like this - kind, caring and genuine. I would definitely recommend! Thank you to everyone who was working 11 today!!“

“I don’t normally write reviews but the service here by the 2 young men this morning to my family was phenomenal. They had a hassle of customers all around and still managed to show care to all of us during that mess. They let us know they were short staffed but we still got the food fresh and quickly and they even brought it to our table!“

“My family and I had a great experience all around. The sales red Arden ( Stone) was amazing, he let us know that the chicken biscuit was available with chicken that wasn't spicy (southern biscuit). My family and I kept changing our mind in if we wanted to get a meal or not, we ended up going with the meal and Arden never made us feel bad about our switching back and fourth between a meal. All the back and fourth about the meal led to some confusion with what we wanted to order as we initially didn't get the chicken biscuit, however Arden happily helped us out with a smile. My family and the manager has nothing but praises for Arden. He was respectful, kind, informative, and polite. The entire staff was awesome, the store was immaculately clean, the food came out fast and tasted great. This had not always been our experience with Bojangles, but this location was a standout and star location!!“
