It’s roasted in house by Jason, and the staff are students of how to make the best cup of coffee, all the way down to the science of how flavors and acidity and milk and cream and everything works. “Horrible supposed Authentic Mexican food, paid 15$ for a loaded Frito chili pie and supposed Elote, loaded Frito chili pie but yet only not even a quarter bag of Fritos mixed with some lettuce and corn no meat no chili basically a vegetarian plate but not as advertised and the elote supposedly was expecting the real stuff since it says authentic but got a corn on the cob on a stick with Cheeto dust sprinkled on top definitely will not be back and I'm surprised there's five stars as a rating flavorless food no salsa comes with your order spare yourself and drive the extra couple miles to go to a better place with real Mexican food.”

“Great food and great prices. They were able to accommodate 22 of us plus an extra table for cake and flowers for my mom’s retirement lunch on a Saturday afternoon. GM Rick made sure that we had plenty of space and the best waiter! Victor is a long time server that I remember back from another restaurant so his experience is great. He assured me he had everything under control and was on top of things and that he did! He single handed waited on our table with only the assistance from the food runners, all while waiting other tables as well. I highly recommend this place but please leave me a table if I stop by and you’re having your party! 😜”

I ordered via DoorDash for pickup an 8pc crispy teriyaki bone-in wing combo w/chicken fried rice & Sprite and an 8pc crispy lemon pepper bone-in wing combo w/fries & Dr. Pepper. Received notification that my order was ready before I even arrived. I was warmly greeted upon walking in. I was pleasantly surprised by the lighting, it was nice & bright and most importantly the eating area, counters, as well as the Coca-Cola freestyle drink dispenser were very clean. The floor was not gummy & sticky! Everything was neatly in its proper place; condiments, napkins, straws, & menus. The young lady was very friendly helpful and professional. My only wish is that my fries were crispy even though they were hot. I will definitely use Doordash to order from WNB Factory, specifically this location at GA Hwy 20 in Covington near Browns Bridge & Hwy 212 AGAIN!
So yes, I would recommend.

“I've seen this place for awhile and tonight I was in the mood for some catfish so I gave them a try, Wow, it was some of the best catfish I've ever eaten plus the portions were very generous, the fried okay and the baked beans were also very good. If you're ever out in the Covington Ga area, give them a try, they're on the east side of Covington on Hwy 278 across from the Ingles Shopping Center. While we were eating a couple pulled up at the drive through and apparently there was an issue with their order and a coupon that apparently that particular store doesn't take even though another employee had told them the day before they did. Anyway the male working the speaker felt disrespected by the customer for whatever reason. And loudly where everyone in the store could hear refused to be professional and go to the window to take care of this customer after what I assume was the manager went out to talk to the customers at the speaker and got everything straightened out. If you are going to work in customer service in any field you need to handle yourself professionally. I don't know if the customer was disrespectful or he was just being dramatic but I have been and still am in customer service for over 20 yrs and number 1 the customer is always right and if you talk to them with respect and act professionally most of the time you get the same back. I as a customer eating in this establishment should have never known any of this was happening and it was very unprofessional and he's lucky I am not his manager bc he would have been sent home and quite possibly not been allowed to return.”

Everything was delicious but our waitress (Chilli) wouldn't let us eat in peace. She kept coming by the table picking up the paper from the straws and our napkins. She said she didn't want paper to fall on the floor and that she didnt want to sweep up behind us so that's why she was doing that, which was weird! Great food but strange waitress.”
