“What a great young lady. Didn't get her name but probably the best customer service I have ever had on the road. Not trying to be a idiot. But she is a young black maybe late teens or early 20s the store owner should be proud to have her on his team. I am a OVR trucker. She acts like she loves her job and takes interest in her customers. Would love to be able to see how her future turns out what a ray of sunshine in this dark dark world.

“I don’t usually do these kind of things but it really is something I need to say. So I go to the drive thru today 2/20/25 at 1:30ish and i pull to the order screen and let them know I have a mobile order. I then proceed to pull around to pick up my order and I see 2 girls standing out outside. So I pull on up to get my food and I’m confused. Why do you have 2 people standing outside right before you pull-up to get food? Normally they are standing out where the heaters and fans are to take your order. It’s 31 degrees outside and these girls are standing out there under nothing. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous they are having them do that. If you want them outside at least put them under the heaters!“

“Driving from Atlanta Trussville. AL (Birmingham suburb) on I-20 we stoped by this Jacks to order a large Diet Coke and large fries at the drive though. (I had a mild snack attack.). The fries were excellent - hot and just the right level of crispness.

Vegetarian options: French fries are vegetables, aren’t they?,

Kendryck (I believe) in the drive thru is SO polite, so respectful, and makes an impression every time. You can tell the management at this location is very involved and treats their staff well! Will always pass other locations to come here“

“at the time of my visit this was one of the cleanest well-organized and courteous staffed Wendy's I've been in in a while. I made it a point to let the manager know. she also was very cheerful. June 23rd 2019 p.m. And yes the food was just as good. the drive-thru was busy or backed up, you get a stubborn customer from time to time, I went in and service was very fast and correct. when passing through I will stop again.“

“As a kid this was my families go to place once a month in my home town in Tn. So taking my grand baby here was a treat for us both.
We went to the drive thru. Food was fresh and hot and milkshakes were amazing. Reminded me of my kid days.“

“Ordered inside, waited 15 mins for Bailey to take our order from the warming area after it was made. The place was really slow, so there wasn't any reason to take so long. The only reason we finally got our order was the manager walked in and told her to do it. Will not be going back there again. Two burgers cost 20 dollars plus they were cold .“

“Captain D's will definitely fill ya up. Though it's a little expensive these days and makes you question if its worth it, it definitely hits the spot and is pretty consistent in quality and service. Only thing I'd say is a con is the fish tends to have too much of a fishy taste to it, but otherwise recommend, and good variety to boot.“

Stopped by for takeout around 6:30 on a Monday night and both young men working were incredibly patient with an elderly customer in front of us who had lots of questions, and then they went on to give us excellent service as well. They both took their time building the sandwiches and obviously took pride in their jobs. We have always had great service at this location, but tonight was even better than normal.“

I also had the opportunity to speak to the manager Khail he was also very kind and grateful for my business. Overall my sandwich was great and the store was very clean. I would definitely go again!“

They apologized profusely, refunded my money, replaced my pizza AND threw in a brownie. Although it wasn't necessary, it was very much appreciated. Thank you for the awesome service!!!“
