“Totally awesome authentic burger place. My only regret was not ordering another burger. My sister had the Surf Burger and I had the Hi-Heat. On the drive back to our hotel, we just randomly kept saying what a great burger those were. Honestly surprised we didn’t turn around and go back for more.“

“The hau tree got a huge upgrade when Mauna Kea remodeled. The kitchen is much larger, almaing meals quicker. And they changed the dinner menu to have a Mexican focus. We love Mexican food and this is really well done. Sinaloa chicken and the Tijuana Caesar are two of our favorites. And the location, right on the beach, has always been impossible to beat.“

“Some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life—my goodness! Chief Soto is absolutely incredible. The filet mignon was hands down the best filet mignon I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

“Loved our dinner at Browns Beach House! Ambiance was great, especially our seat right along the lawn (unobstructed view of the sunset) and the live music. Our server, Liana, was excellent and very personable. I enjoyed my chicken entree and champagne. My husband had a delectable coconut/cacao cocktail and a fish entree - mahi mahi. It was such a lovely evening. Very memorable, especially those delicious rolls!“
