Donuts near Brookfield

“Love this Dunkin I have a somewhat complicated coffee that I order but I order the same coffee every time and when it's not done right I know and most Dunkin mess my order up but this Dunkin does it perfect every time they know be by name and there awesome I refuse to go to any other Dunkin and I love my coffee I appreciate being able to go and get my coffee made correct 1 first time and not having to complain and be told they did it correctly when I know it wasn't.“

“Delicious donuts!! Great service. It is a rarity to have a peanut and tree nut free bakery…even more rare to taste so good!! We will definitely be back any chance we get. We highly recommend this sweet shop!!!“

“We loved the variety of sweet treats!“

“The best cheeseburgers ever!“

“Thank you, Backlot Coffee, for letting us use our personal cups again and helping to protect the environment.“

“This Donut Shop is the best!! It has the most delicious donuts I’ve ever tasted, completely freshly made. Nothing compares to it. The owner is very kind and friendly as well, overall an amazing place that can’t be passed up!“

“I usually order a matcha iced latte with banana syrup. The woman with the pink hair makes my drinks and she’s very friendly. Today, there was a new face and I overheard that he’s worked there for months. What threw me off was how he kept wiping his nose and running his hands through his hair while taking orders, then making drinks and serving food. My coffee tasted warm (I ordered a banana iced latte with cf). So I ordered a matcha to make up for it, but the drink itself was overly sweet and way too milky compared to the past drinks I’ve ordered. Maybe it was just a bad day, but overall it’s been decent.“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“Ribs very delicious also the soups the shakes everything they make is very delicious“

“OMG. Just OMG. I work out for these.“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“love this place. So cute, great coffee, and the people are the best. I’ve had several great experiences, but today I was having an issue with my card (whilst on a #unplugged walk without my phone and with only one card!) and Sarah gave us the coffee anyway. u are the best girl. i will tip $10 next time. mwah“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Ribs very delicious also the soups the shakes everything they make is very delicious“

“Absolutely loved Duck Donuts! 🍩 The donuts are made fresh to order and served warm, which makes them extra delicious. So many fun flavors, toppings, and combinations to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable.

Definitely a great place for a sweet treat with family or friends. Highly recommend! 😋🍩“

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. Even if it didn’t taste good I would still be happy cause they were nice and tried their best but they made it really good“

“Sadil is the most humble and sweetest barista ever. She always makes my drinks perfectly and greets everyone with a warm smile. Her kindness and respect never go unnoticed, and even during rushes, she stays calm and handles everything with ease. she’s the only reason why I go to that dunkin every weekend!!“

“drinks are good, but at times not. depending how they make it. other than that. and the fact the kids sometimes take there time. give it 2 stars.“

“This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. The products, especially the coffee is always consistent. The staff is the best I have experienced like no other. Only smiles and eager to serve!“

“Best coffee I love this place customer service is always excellent“

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“Food is great, customer service is terrible. I use to go to that Dunkin donuts alot before my shift and it was always a good vibe until the lady with the red hair started working there. Said goodmorning to her in a normal way and she never says anything. Then when I asked how I want my order she has this nasty attitude. Happened on 09/22/26 around 9am. Haven't been there in months ever since I transfer to a different truck lot. Went back on that day and her attitude is the same. You work at a Dunkin donuts at a gas station, humble yourself“

“Love their Capuccino Blast ..& Old Fashion Donuts .“

“Your poundcakes was so delicious. My mom had got it from one choice store Hammond, Indiana.“

“I LOVE this Dunkin! My food is ALWAYS hot and my drinks are never a miss! The morning team on the weekends is amazing!!!! I always head there before I take my dog to the park and they always are so kind and ask if my dog wants a pup cup! That is SERVICE! Please keep the drinks and food hot and delicious! Thanks for all your work in this neighborhood!“

“The staff are great very friendly and there great with kids“

“Needed to print off 4 pages in a hurry and happened to be grabbing a coffee here anyways. Seamless and quick. Great to know this is available when I'm on the go. Prices were fine too.My t-shirt did get stuck in the printer and there was a lot of screaming & flailing, but I don't hold PrintWithMe accountable. It was my own fault for getting too close and trying to peak inside the printer amidst a print job.“

“Great Service... Clean Location! Coffee the Greatest!!!“

“Let me start by saying that this is not only my go-to Dunkin Donuts but my go-to coffee spot and it's all thanks to Jessica. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted by my name (Katya - not easy pronounce but she does it perfectly), she knows my order, and her smile radiates from beyond the drive-thru window.

It's something small, but Jessica takes the time to ask me how I am doing and is always a ball of sunshine. That type of positivity, on top of my extra espresso shot in my coffee? What's a better way to start the day?

Thank you, Jessica and thank you Dunkin Donuts! This is a long overdue review :)“

“I'm here once a week and the ladies always remember my order...dining room always clean, polite, professional, courteous service with a smile no matter how busy...lol she has my French crueller ready for me when I walk in😄😄😄😄“

“The best Dunkin!! It’s down the street from my house and I’m here every single morning with my mobile orders lol. They are so fast. My iced coffee is ready before I even get to the window. Will never go to another Dunkin. It’s not the same experience elsewhere. It’s so pretty from outside too. Love the landscaping and flowers.“

“#icedcoffeesnob Ice 🧊 coffee ☕️“

“I like everything from customer service to food to drinks. Price increase with tax increase, not cool. I'll drive 5 more minutes to beat the raised prices.“

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

“The BEST coffee anywhere at a reasonable price.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“If I could give this place another star, I would! I stopped by with my daughter on October 25th around 4 PM, and the lady working was the sweetest! She gave my baby a donut and treated every customer with so much kindness and energy. You can really tell she loves what she does. I love this Dunkin’!“

“I’ve been coming here for a few times now and the service is always friendly and helpful. I’ve had some refreshers and donuts from here everything was made to order and I never had to wait long. The place is quite clean and organized. I recommend the refreshers they are aren’t very sweet and they have various options. If your ever by the area and want a snack or a drink definitely stop by and try them out!“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“
