Disappointed with the price updates lately, a sandwich is now the same price as it used to be but a half size. I understand the rising costs of things but I think management needs to reconsider this or adjust prices to bring back the original sizes.“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

Check ladies could be a a bit more attentive.

But Cali definitely made up for their lack of energy and enthusiasm with her attention to detail.

My wedding was scheduled for August 8,2020. But due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to cancel. Janice was extremely compassionate, understanding and flexible during the whole process. Sweet Home Gelato was the most compassionate and flexible vendor. It is not easy to cancel a wedding, unfortunately many vendors were not as accommodating. Janice immediately offered a refund, date change or gift card for the deposit. Sweet Home Gelato was under no circumstance required to issue a refund. “The donuts are fantastic but the place itself is gross. The floor is sticky and looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days. No napkins available and when we asked the staff said their boss hadn't ordered any paper goods or cleaning supplies in a while. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, soap or paper towels either and was disgusting. I wonder if they even have soap in the kitchen to wash their hands. I don't think it's dramatic to say the health department should probably be called.“

“I used to come to this location every morning when I was a farmer to buy the exact same thing. Two breakfast sandwiches, egg protein box, and a large açaí refresher. Never have I ever had a problem here. I feel bad going through the drive through especially when there’s multiple cars ahead of me and that does take a considerable amount of patience to endure sometimes but the food and drink always comes how I ordered it so it’s worth the wait. I went in on thanksgiving twice in the same day, once in the store and once in the drive through and both times I got what I ordered and the staff were (and normally are) very friendly. One star taken off simply because the pricing is insane :)“
