“Walked in roughly around 8pm, was instantly seated, my server was named Chuy, hands down the best server I’ve ever had. He asked us everything that we wanted instantly brought out our drinks and side courses while we waited on our entrees, made sure everything in our table was full. Treated us with so much respect and allowed us to eat without bothering our conversations. Above and beyond worker, made us feel comfortable and we truly enjoyed our meal because of the excellent service.
Recommended the frozen margarita

“Passed by this place 100 times and finally decided to give it a try. Kept it safe with my 1st time order and tried the chicken pad Thai and the crab Rangoon. It was amazing!! I've eaten tamales most of my life and I brought some for my grandma who came to Chicago from Mexico and she absolutely loved them she has been eating them for 70 plus years and for her to provide her stamp of approval means a lot. “Came around 10pm server was a nice man, food could’ve been quicker, as we started filling up on breadsticks during the wait. The two hostess, however were conversing very loudly about their personal lives and were glued to their phones, no greeting and neglected us leaving without even a bye, not a good look. Hope you like the $1500 spacious apartment with great natural light on the 6th floor with patio access with Spencer( hence the loud conversation).“

“Alma R was fantastic give her a raise. It’s airport food but extremely solid food. Expensive but great. Two double jack and cokes and a Italian omelet with chicken Apple sausage was $63 without the tip.

“best sushi in the chicagoland area for me! this little stall inside Hmart Niles’ food court is such a hidden gem. my husband and i actually come here once a week now, it’s officially become our comfort-food spot. i’m not a raw-sushi person at all, but they have amazing cooked options. i'm obsessed with the salmon yaki roll. seriously, it’s that good, always fresh and consistent.

we chatted with the owner once, and he told us he even makes the wasabi from scratch. the wasabi alone deserves an award, so flavorful, not the harsh store-bought kind. the owner is almost always there, making the sushi himself and running things with such a friendly vibe. he truly deserves recognition. this is literally the only sushi my stomach can tolerate, so that says a lot.

and it’s not just the sushi. their entrées are unforgettable too. my husband swears by the chicken katsu: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the portion/price is super fair.

At the last minute, I added some bagels to my dinner order to have for tomorrow, and when the order arrived, there was an apology note about the Everything bagels being not up to standard and overdone, and small gift with the order to make up for it.
